A customer had sent me money from his paytm account to my paytm account and I received the above messages but if I open paytm app the above two amount has not been credited. It does not show any transaction on that date and I have not received money till now. I also mailed them regarding this but, no reply till now.

    I had bought La Opala Diva Lavender Dew Dinner Set of 19 items on 31 December 2016 from paytm. In the description of the product, it was mentioned to be break resistant. The item was delivered on 5th january 2017. Since it was ordered for gifting purpose we didn't open it. But when the person whom we gifted it opened the pack on 15th January, he found that the serving bowl was broken. On complaining to the paytm about wrong description of item as "break resistant" they simply denied to replace or return the item. I accept that the item couldn't be checked before and we miss the return time as per vendor's policy but the vendor shouldn't provide wrong description of the item. Since it was described as "Break resistant" we didn't open the item. Also, the vendor is also not providing the warranty which is generally applicable on La Opola products.

          I recharged my paytm wallet amount today with a bank transaction amount of
          Rs.10000/-. using my credit card.The status of the webpage shows invalid, but money was
          deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the
          wallet. I am very much concerned, kindly refund my money to bank account or to the wallet.My registered mobile number is [protected].

            my name is rajat i leave in jalandhar city. basically after demonetization i think its better to use electronic media for money and i start using paytm when i do my first transaction of 1550 rupees and that gone failed after i submit a mail to paytm they said money will be refund within 7 days in your bank but after 7 days money is not refunded when i again contact to them they said please check with your bank so i check with my bank but they said transaction is completed and no refund is credited in your account again i mail to paytm and they said we did not receive your money please check with your bank i have all thing the screen shot of the transaction that i done my mobile no and my account no of paytm is [protected] and my transaction no is [protected] and 2nd transaction no is [protected]

            thanks please help me for my refund

                I had a transaction with dominos on 14 Jan2017. Due to some failure in dominos side the transaction were failing even after amount was getting deducted. I tried twice from my Citibank credit card and that failed. Next I thought of trying with Paytm and that was my biggest mistake that I can say now. The amount deducted from credit card has come back after 3 days but Paytm amount is still not reversed. I have send two complaints from app and two mails to [protected]@paytm.com but of no use. Really pathetic customer support. If somebody from Paytm is looking at this, kindly look into this.

                  But the money didn't receive in account no and I checked the atm debit card balance that money is debited and in passbook also it is showing that money is debited but it's not credited in account no
                  Either I want refund in my debit card or in my Paytm wallet or I want money in my account

                      I had booked three seats on the front part specially keeping in mind the convenience of my pregnant wife. Unfortunately, we were shocked when the conductor asked us to sit on the back seats. We told him that we had booked front seats, not back seats. He replied that he was helpless. We could find that the seats booked by us were already occupied by others. Though we argued with the conductor, we were not given the seats entitled to us.

                      The time was 11.30 pm, the place was new and strange to us and the weather was so cold that we could not think of going out of the bus. In addition to this, we felt that if we were continuing with the argument, we would be putting other passengers to inconvenience. Hence, we decided to proceed with the journey.

                      The journey was nightmarish. We were not able to sleep even for a moment. Besides, the seats were not reclinable. The experience of my wife was the worst as she was afraid of her pregnancy getting affected because of the rocky ride

                      Paytm has spoiled our vacation. We paid them for a semi-sleeper ticket on the front side. But we were given an ordinary seat at the tail-end. This is a serious violation of the deal between us.

                          I have ordered a product of rs 35000 payed successfully later i cancelled the product and got a message that Paytm has refunded the amount but i am still waiting for refund. Please help this is not a small amount. Service is very poor. If payment is transferred then it should not take so long to process. Its very irritating.also i have raised a ticket on theor website but there is no response from there side. If possible please help me in this issue.

                            On 5 dec 2016, I did a transaction on PAYTM to make payment of my electricity bill via my SBI account - *******0427 using debit card **** **** **** *285. The amount was deducted from my account but was not updated to make the electricity bill payment. I have evidence for the same ie account statement of my account which shows that amount has been deducted via paytm but not has been refunded so far. Therefore I request for the Refund of the same.

                              actually the amount has been deducted from my account but it has not been transfer into paytm account but till now amount has not been refunded to my paytm account i have called to customer care so many times but there is no responce from there

                                My money not refunded to my account from paytm wallet. It's going to 1 month now. My profile is a vip profile but, customer care facility is so much bad that they don't recieved any phone call. How we know that whats the problem is going on??!! Kindly refund my money. Otherwise I will go to court for this frauding and if any wrong done by me, kindly inform me.

                                  I have cancelled my order before the product was even dispatched so why there is delay in refund already it's past 4 days . N Ur paytm rules say it's should be refunded instantaneously but here it's not done, why such delay . Your customer care is not responding . If it's not solved I'm gonna sue you people (paytm)
