I had ordered an item via mobile app and the seller could not deliver after 15 days I recieved sms that money is refumded but now 2 days stil money is not refunded

I am a NRI living in Kuwait . I had earlier made a paytm account and it worked in lkuwait and even I paid my indian mobile bill from kuwait after logging in. Late paytm website stopped working on mobile as well as on PC . I have complained many times but it was fruitless and I got useless automatic answers to solve it from customer care . I wonder why Paytm has careless attitude towards Indians living abroad.br...

I purchase fuel using paytm qr scan code at IOCL petrol pump (Sharda Suman Enterprise) in shalimar bagh, Delhi vide transaction id - [protected] on 30/12/2016 for Rs. 500. As per current government regulations, the fuel transactions have 0.75% rebate on the amount of fuel purchase when paid using wallets or cards (or cashless payment options)

However, at the name sake of cashback, paytm just reversed this 0.75% transaction amount...
