Hi,

The amount for the monthly pass rs 2000/- has got deducted from my bank account while making a transaction through the UTS app on 5th June 2023.

I tried contacting Paytm but no response received from customer support.

Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount asap

Details are as follows:

Mobile number registered on UTS - [protected]
Transaction date: 5th June 2023
Amount deducted: Rs. 2000/-
Transaction made via - PAYTM payment gateway
Payment for : Booking First class monthly pass from mumbai to Andheri

    My name is Arbaaz Khan and I had ordered "Loop Group Female Mannequin" of RS.3, 999 in Amazon on 07 September 2022 and after 11 September 2022 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13 September 2022
    Amazon initiated the amount to my Paytm Payments bank but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Paytm Payments Bank doesn't have such policy. So
    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent it's almost 9 months but still not get my money. My Account number is[protected]

      I had applied for the Paytm personal loan today 06june23 and I got the message that your loan is disbursed in a couple of minutes but the loan amount is not credited to my bank account. I'd contacted Paytm and they asked me to create a ticket through a personal loan 24x7 help channel from the app, I tried that too but still my issue is not resolved.

        Paytm has my 30k... I am a small mobile shop owner where some of my customers paid some amount and total is 30k but paytm hasn't setlled this amount after so many follow ups
        They always said wait for 2days. But its almost 3months.

        Please help me with my amount.

          Remove the platform fee or convenience fee on paytm and refund my 1 rupee was charged extra by paytm to jio recharge. The MRP of jio recharge is 125 rupees and paytm was charged 126 rupees. In india as per legal laws, selling the products or collecting extra money more than MRP is illegal in india. I know the paytm was doesn't follow legal laws of india, if paytm repeated this type of illegal activities then paytm will ban from india soon and Remove the platform fee it still asking me to pay extra money and refund my 1 rupee right now by paytm

          Remove the platform fee and refund my 1 rupee was charged by paytm to jio recharge, Why you not accepting to take screenshots and allow me to take screen shots right now.

            Hello sir,

            In 16-19February 2023,
            The agent from Paytm advertising for a sound box service. He told me this sound box is free and don't told me the rental price. So, I okay start my sound box and he charged for Rs.1 and he ask for some OTP then I give him.

            After some time the agent say, " This sound box show some error for activation I will replace your sound box tomorrow and he don't come again.

            Now, . I have the charger for sound box, sound box packing cover and the sim card packing cover .

            My rental price increase per month I am complaint many times in payment and he don't resolve my problem.I want to deactivate my sound box service and refund my money taken by in rental price and I'm not pay the rental price because I don't have any sound box why I'm paying.My device serial no.-[protected].

                I’m facing terrible experience with paytm bus booking. I booked a bus ticket from paytm for 18th of February from Delhi to Rishikesh on 11.20 PM. My boarding point was Kashmiri gate.

                I tried to reach to the bus operator like 100 times on the contact information provided on ticket but nobody answered to my calls. Anyways I rushed to the boarding point and reached 20 mins before the pickup time. Upon reaching I got to know that the bus had already left from the boarding point. Upon tracking the bus I saw that It had left almost half n hour before the pickup timing (having the screenshot for the same).

                I couldn’t board bus even reaching the pick up point way before the mentioned time. Wowww…Shouldn’t it be communicated to me if there was change in timings.?

                I contacted Paytm support immediately and told them to schenario, they also couldn’t reach out to bus operator. Anyways I asked for the refund for my booking same day and I was told that I will be provided resolution in few days.

                After few days I contacted paytm support many times and now I’m being told that operator refused to refund for the ticket. Paytm also refusing to pay for the refund saying they are just an intermediate platform and can’t-help with it.

                Executive on call didn’t offer much help, all he could provide is bus operator number which I already had tried 100 times and was never reached. I asked to transfer my call to his supervisor, he couldn’t do that too.

                I’ve contacted them many times even posted on social. No help at all.

                  Hello i done a payment on 18th of May through Paytm wallet, amount 2399₹ but the merchant initiated refund next day on 19th but it's been 3 days i didn't received my refund amount in my Paytm wallet, neither they are giving me reference number of the payment, please help to get my amount back into my wallet

                      I have used Paytm postpaid service by mistakenly as this will be default mode when you use to pay...hence i pid my due in October2022 but then again I got calls saying there is outstanding amount to be paid well... I explained them everything and asked plz share me statement so that I'll chk and if there is any so I'll pay. But since then I started getting some rude ..abusive...and worst calls continuously with everytime increased amount...and i was kee on asking same.

                      One last day i got connected to some superior of excutive who understood my issue and post discussion i said i was ready to pay this but i want clarification and now just because no one gave that it was due ...hence it was not my mistake they are asking bill with late charges...i asked plz share me payment link of the actual due I'll pay immediately.

                      But no reply...and that is causing my CIBIL ...please help due to this i am not able to get loans which i need

                        I have been charged twice from the CLIX international referring to paytm Postpaid services as they said they will clear the dues as I was not using the number for past 2 years they made the due of 10000. Once they charged me 1000rs telling that they will close the case and the next day some lady called me abused me regarding this consent after 2 3 days they again asked me to pay 1500rs and paid again this time everything was over the mail but after I paid next day they start calling me again to pay the dues. They promised to send the NOC and clear all the dues but they are scamming.

                            I booked a bus ticket with order id :- [protected] But then i wanted to cancel this ticket but it was showing you cannot cancel it, contact support. I tried to canceling in the given timeline but i am unable to cancel because of paytm’s app glitch. I immediately raised a complaint ticket about trouble in ticket cancellation but they responded late after my cancellation policy expired, then they responded sir your cancellation timeline expired what is fault in this paytm’s executive responds late I completed my all formalities in the given time.                                 I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the cancellation of my flight 9I-688 on 10-04-23 by Air Alliance. Despite the fact that it has been more than 15 days since the cancellation, I have not yet received a refund for the ticket.
                                The sudden cancellation of the flight without any prior notice or explanation has caused me immense inconvenience and financial loss. I had booked the flight well in advance and had made all necessary arrangements for my travel. However, the cancellation left me stranded at the airport and I had to make alternate arrangements at my own expense.
                                Furthermore, the lack of communication from Paytm regarding the status of my refund is unacceptable. I have contacted their customer support team multiple times, but have received only vague and unhelpful responses. I find this level of customer service to be completely unacceptable, and it has only added to my frustration and disappointment. I urge the customer complain forum to take immediate action and compel Paytm to process my refund at the earliest. I also request that the forum take strict action against the airline for the inconvenience caused to me and the lack of communication and transparency in the entire process. I hope that the forum takes my complaint seriously and addresses my concerns promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

                                    The order was promptly rejected by merchant and PayU status shown as refunded.

                                        Post paid late fee charges are reasonable, i have 2500/- post paid credit with them they dont give intimation with SMS or they dont setup nach to get these late fees collected this is i think one of the strategy to earn easy blaming customers as we at times miss payment due dates until they charge late fee they dont inform post one day late they add late fee charges and start calling .

                                        for 2500/- post paid they changed 600/- RS is it reusable ? do RBI allow this kind of penalty fees i.e approx 30% of the base fee . do this moral and ethical for paytm, not to intimate customer atleast app notification or SMS
