    Paytm-money send to wrong number to be reverted

    Dear sir
    I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected]
    And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person....

    My order dated 16th october 2020, order id [protected]. Is in complete. The order says evior 6 blade shaving razor system with brush fingers band + pack 4 blades. It did not get the razor and just got 4 blades. Cash memo number 06D[protected], hsn code 8212. The description and pictures on the delivery shows both razor n blades. May be the product descroption was misleading.

        I ordered a product on paytm which stands with no return policy, i paid for it on 14th oct 2020...but the seller cheated me with a different product, the delivered product is entirely different even with a different colour...

        So i request to make actions against this fraudulent, i am totally harassed with this kind of marketing...
        Plz help me in returning the product with full refund...

                I booked a flight ticket on 12.sep.2020 (03.24 am) Mumbai to Kolkata air asia flight date and time is 17.oct.2020 saturday morning dep.- arri time (01.05 - .03.55) non stop flight. they cancelled my flight and reschedule into a one stop flight. the next flight time and date is 17.oct.2020 (5.50 am stopage on Bangaluru then Kolkata 4.55 pm).i booked a non stop flight and payed for that Rs-5, 740 the reschedule my flight to a stopage flight that is the reason i cancelled my ticket and claim Rs-5261 refund and cancellation charge is Rs-479.i waited 7 to 10 days but it was not done, then they shoes in the app that your refundable amount is Rs-1812 and it will be reflect on your account by 11.oct.2020 which is not done!!! and then i got an update that your refund is successful but i didn't get any amount i tried to call there customer services a lot of time they didn't take my call now i am hopeless i want my refund amount which is Rs-5261 please help me.

                    I ate at a restaurant and then tried to transfer the money through the paytm UPI QR code there. But after taking that money from my bank account the transaction ended in failure. So I called paytm customer care to send me my money back. They are not properly explained. So I humbly ask you to help me get my money back as soon as possible.                           Yesterday morning I make UPI payment wrongly to some other person and Immediately call the paytm customer care . they reply me kindly approach the bank. today morning I went to the bank they said we cannot do anything regarding your Paytm transaction bocz that private kindly approach the Paytm customer care they told.

                            I have paid ₹448 to Amazon through amazon upi bank name Paytm payments Bank Is Amazon telling they didn't receive the payment so the order has been cancelled automatically they told as the money has been didn't received so Amazon cannot do anything Amazon told me you have to contact your bank as your money has been deducted but didn't get received by Amazon as the transaction is successful money has been deducted but order didn't placed on Amazon I have contacted Amazon they told they didn't receive so I have to contact bank
                            I have contacted Paytm Payments bank they told as per Bank side they can't do anything as money as the transaction is successful then I have again contact Amazon they told tell your bank to charge back request but then also Paytm has ignored me but finally they have register complaint regarding chargeback and tell me too wait 15 days 15 days + completed no information has been provided and when I call they don't even take a single response they told wait wait wait Amazon provided me a number purchase id I have told this number to PayTM payments Bank but then also didn't agree with me they told wait 15 days I have waited but till now they didn't have been provided me information the whole matter is I have paid 448 rupees to Amazon through Amazon pay upi and my bank was Paytm payments Bank but order didn't placed on AmazonI have contacted me bank bank is telling tranaction has successfully done so Bank cannot do anything then they requested me to wait 15 days as they will chargeback against Amazon or what I don't know but 15 days completed no action where taken I am waiting till now I have paid on 9th of September 2020 & I was complaint on 16th or 17th of September on Paytm payments Bank till now I have also complaint regarding Amazon on consumer helpline Amazon clearly tells that we can issue the refund but Amazon didn't receive the money so Amazon cannot do anything so you can contact your bank ok with your reference number I have reference number also and I am still waiting please solve my issue as fast as possible thank you

                              Hi Team,

                              I have not received payment for my Business account of Rs 1980.18/-. I have been follow up with their customer care executive and call them many times, But they are not responding back properly. Last time they asked they respond with query no 39063119, I was been asked to submit 3 month bank statement. I provide it to them. they told they will verify and refund it back soon. But I haven't been received any response from yet. I have been follow up with them for last 1 month for the payment. Could you please help me on getting the payment.

                                I tried to pay my jewel loan of 2000 for the month of October 2020. As I logged in to your prince jewelers online portal I only had the option of Paytm which I chose and then on next page I was given other options. I went ahead and made the payment of 2000 via net banking with axis bank. However, funds debited my account but I do not see the credit into my jewel saving scheme and also my sms confirmation message reads as payment to Paytm mobile solutions. I have disputed this transaction with my bank as well and I hope you will also be able to help credit my account with the debited amt of 2000.
