Sir, Maine apne Paytm wallet me kal date-night[protected] ki thik 5.33 PM ko apne debit card SE Paytm wallet me 500 RS add kiye uske bad maine apne dusre mobile no. Pe 500 RS dale jis mobile no .Pe payse dale wo no ka Paytm account nahi hai To payse kaha Gaye lekin wo abhitak Na hi bank a.c. me zama huye hai or Na hi Paytm wallet me to mere 500 RS kaha Gaye or Paytm check karte hai to 00. Balance dikhaRaha hai to mere payse louta do Paytm me.

I have added Rs.16000 to my paytm wallet and after that i clicked on 'return to bank' option but the amount didnt got credited to my bank account. on 2nd Jan i did thyis and paytm people asked me to wait for 7 working days... its been 15days and money still dint get credited to my account...im calling paytm customer care people from last 1week and they are not helping me out.

No refund reference number has been sent to me.

I contacted my bank for this and they asked me to contact Paytm as the the money is still with them, so is the reason I havent got the reference number.

Kindly look into this and fix the issue..

I purchased a Suzuki Access 125 bike fro Jyote Suzuki, Bhubaneswar using Paytm. The Order No is - [protected] on 11 Jan 2017. It is 7 days and I have not received my money. The order status still showing as "Ready For Delivery" although the bike is delivered on 12 Jan 2017. In my passbook, a transaction is showing as Cashback Received with status = Failure.

I was charged my prepaid mobile number of reliance com-[protected] through paytm wallet but credit not given till date neither i got my money back i also complain thrice to paytm and they not even reply to my mails my paytm order no is [protected] ( 30 dec 16 1.16) i never received any sms or mail from paytm or Reliance com for the charging of my mobile .

I tried booking movie ticket through PAYTM on 06 Jan but it showed a failed message, but the money was deducted for same Rs 602.08. I also did not received any message for the ticket booking for same

The transaction for same is #[protected]. I wrote a mail to [protected]@paytm.com but no revert was received.

Request you to please refund the money

I ordered iphone 7 and received at 7th Jan. I got damaged product and i tried calling customer care but i dint get any response. Its been 12 days since I raised the request for return and refund the money back. Please let me know by when it will resolved. I am highly disappointed from the service. Nobody from customer care is reachable.They just say we will call back in 24 hrs but I dont get any call.

Dear sir, on 6th jan 2017 mob no [protected] sent me money by paytm worth 1000 rupees.he deducted money right that time and I received msg that u received 1000 rupees but my wallet showing 00 rupees .when I call [protected] it says that u have 1000 rupees but wallet still showing 00 to check it again I paytm 100 rupees right now by mob no [protected] he deducted but my wallet still not showing money and call center says that u have 1100 rupees I writen on fb also but still not solved, transids are [protected],[protected],[protected] plz help

Me send to 450 rs for this no [protected] to this no [protected] patym wallat. money dedict [protected] this ac but not comming for this ac [protected] pls solve tha problm as soon as.

Paytm has deducted two times Rs.5, 000/- from my SBI account. As soon as I come to know about this forged deduction I contacted my bank, but they said it is a POS by paytm and bank has no role in this.
The thing is my mobile number is not even registered on paytm how cum paytm has deducted such amount.
Please resolve it otherwise I will knock the comsumer forum for this forgery.
I am really upset of such kind of forgery done by paytm.

I have transfer twice Rs.100 to another Bank account using mobile app on 30.12.2016 but transaction has been failed Rs.200 was added to my paytm wallet again i transfer to my bank account i have recieved a e-mail your order has been refunded it could take upto credit within 7 working days. But there is no refund process have been done.

Order no [protected] complaint no 15376415 the case for return raised on 22 dec 2016 still the case has not been addressed and everytime receive a mail that your query will be answered within 48 to 72 hours this is very unprofessional as if i want to return a product there shouldn't be any arguments around it since one will return an order only when there is an issue with the product

I paid bill of gujarat electricity board on order no #259037...
259037..., 259036..., 259037... on 16th jan shows success but payment not received by Electric board. They have come to cut our line.
Secondly why order no is not shown fully.
Also when I made payment of Rs1224
It got added up twice. Now the problem is nobody knows where the money has gone. MGVCL says we haven't received the amount.
can you confirm it through mail.

Hello PAYTM

I have transferred 5000/- from my pnb Bank to PAYTM WALLET it states that my amount has been debited from my BANK but where PAYTM WALLET SHOWS 0 as Balance

I recieved a message to my Mobile stating it gets refunded with in 7 working days but still it has not yet processed

kindly request you to look in to the issue and help me for return back my money in my paytm wallet or my bank account . I hope Paytm management helps me at this issue to resolve it.

Yesterday dated 17.01.2017 Rs 5000 debit from my Bank Of Baroda debit card in threw paytm against Trans. Id Number S20284150 without my permission rs 6000 against trans.id number S20268507 both of transcion are use without my permsion kindly resolve it urgent basis and refund rs 11000 in my debit card my mobile number is [protected] this is very serious issue for paytm user.kindly check both of trans. ids and confirm .Thanks

I'm Working In Paytm Trivandrum ( Kerala ) Just 1 Month Before. Almost 50 Employees Working With Us. They Are Torturing Us Daily. Paytm Just Started In Trivandrum But Monthly They Are Increasing Their Targets. Now The Daily Target Is 8. They Are Increasing It To 10 Next Month. Salary Is The Same 15, 152. They Are Torturing Us To Do More Than 8 Numbers. There Is No Job Security Here. They Are Not Giving Us Any Proof That Help Us To Prove That We Are Working In Paytm. Yesterday 17/01/2017 Our Two Friends Who Is Also Working In Paytm Got Arrested By Police. Because A Customer Of Paytm Filed Paytm Cheating Case Against Them. But The ASM BIJU Sir Or Anyone From The Company Did Nothing To Help Them. They Accused These Two Poor Guys. ASM And Other Higher Official In Here Don't Know Anything About Paytm. They Are Just Giving Huge Pressure For All O[censored]s. If We Didn't Do 8 Numbers They Are Marking Leave. There Is No Technical Support From The Team. When Customer Calls Them And Asks About Any Problem, They Just Behave Rudely To Customer ( Like - Who Told You To Use Paytm. You Do What You Can. You Go And File A Case ). It's Us Who Suffer Later. Many Customers In Here Started Addressing The Company As Fraud And Scam So Today We Asked About This. They Said They Won't Give Any Technical Support To Us. And Asked Us To Resign. But THEY REMOVED 4 O[censored]S FROM PAYTM COMPANY. Many Are About To Resign. Because We Got No Option. They Told Is We'll Get Promotion. They Won't Take Anyone From Outside. But When We Are Working Here ASM Appoint His Friends As SM TL Etc.
