    It happened on 25th of December 2016 i made transactions twice of RS. 500 hundred and both th time money got deducted from bank account but the transaction was failed.
    And then after i lost my debit card from which i made the transaction so i blocked it and got a new one so please help me to get my money back

      I transferred two transactions
      I is transferred the 1200 amount from my account num [protected] to another num [protected] this num no Paytm account but my account also deducted the amount

      Second transaction is the 895 amount transferred from my account num [protected] to another num [protected]
      This one same issue

      So plz return the amount in my paytm account num-[protected]

        My friend transferred $4999.00 to me, however i am not able to find money in my wallet.
        I have sent multiple e-mail and did not received any response, kindly review as soon as possible and let me know.

            Sir, Maine apne Paytm wallet me kal date-night[protected] ki thik 5.33 PM ko apne debit card SE Paytm wallet me 500 RS add kiye uske bad maine apne dusre mobile no. Pe 500 RS dale jis mobile no .Pe payse dale wo no ka Paytm account nahi hai To payse kaha Gaye lekin wo abhitak Na hi bank a.c. me zama huye hai or Na hi Paytm wallet me to mere 500 RS kaha Gaye or Paytm check karte hai to 00. Balance dikhaRaha hai to mere payse louta do Paytm me.

              I have added Rs.16000 to my paytm wallet and after that i clicked on 'return to bank' option but the amount didnt got credited to my bank account. on 2nd Jan i did thyis and paytm people asked me to wait for 7 working days... its been 15days and money still dint get credited to my account...im calling paytm customer care people from last 1week and they are not helping me out.

              No refund reference number has been sent to me.

              I contacted my bank for this and they asked me to contact Paytm as the the money is still with them, so is the reason I havent got the reference number.

              Kindly look into this and fix the issue..

              Hie. I had transfered rs.600 to my bank account from paytm wallet. The money has been deducted from my wallet and the status shows pending in paytm wallet. Yet I have not received my amount in my bank account.

                  I purchased a Suzuki Access 125 bike fro Jyote Suzuki, Bhubaneswar using Paytm. The Order No is - [protected] on 11 Jan 2017. It is 7 days and I have not received my money. The order status still showing as "Ready For Delivery" although the bike is delivered on 12 Jan 2017. In my passbook, a transaction is showing as Cashback Received with status = Failure.
                  I am unable to login in paytm account and which I have been telling from past 4 days and there is no response from them..And more over I have not received any confirmation mail or message from paytm..And I need a immediate action..
                  I tried to add Rs950/- in my paytm account with mobile no#[protected] but it failed and the money was deducted from bank, although paytm is saying that they have refunded the money but I haven't received in my account. The order number is [protected]. Please look into it.

                    I was charged my prepaid mobile number of reliance com-[protected] through paytm wallet but credit not given till date neither i got my money back i also complain thrice to paytm and they not even reply to my mails my paytm order no is [protected] ( 30 dec 16 1.16) i never received any sms or mail from paytm or Reliance com for the charging of my mobile .
                    Actually I ordered an watch. But due to late dates I canceled the oder I got my refund of paytm wallet but I didn't got refund that I paid through debit card. I got paytm msg that your amount is been refunded but I'm didn't got yet

                      I tried booking movie ticket through PAYTM on 06 Jan but it showed a failed message, but the money was deducted for same Rs 602.08. I also did not received any message for the ticket booking for same

                        I ordered iphone 7 and received at 7th Jan. I got damaged product and i tried calling customer care but i dint get any response. Its been 12 days since I raised the request for return and refund the money back. Please let me know by when it will resolved. I am highly disappointed from the service. Nobody from customer care is reachable.They just say we will call back in 24 hrs but I dont get any call.

                              Paytm has deducted two times Rs.5, 000/- from my SBI account. As soon as I come to know about this forged deduction I contacted my bank, but they said it is a POS by paytm and bank has no role in this.
                              The thing is my mobile number is not even registered on paytm how cum paytm has deducted such amount.
                              Please resolve it otherwise I will knock the comsumer forum for this forgery.
                              I am really upset of such kind of forgery done by paytm.

                              So many days have gone but I did not received a single call from you end. I think paytm is making money out of innocent and genuine people's pocket. If this will be your criteria to make money then I am really sorry to say that people will stop using this app and will move on to a better option.
                              Customer satisfaction must be yours first preference.
                              I hope atleast now you will resolve my problem and give back my hard earned money.

But there is no refund process have been done.

                                  Order no [protected] complaint no 15376415 the case for return raised on 22 dec 2016 still the case has not been addressed and everytime receive a mail that your query will be answered within 48 to 72 hours this is very unprofessional as if i want to return a product there shouldn't be any arguments around it since one will return an order only when there is an issue with the product

                                    I paid bill of gujarat electricity board on order no #259037...
                                    259037..., 259036..., 259037... on 16th jan shows success but payment not received by Electric board. They have come to cut our line.
                                    Secondly why order no is not shown fully.
                                    Also when I made payment of Rs1224
                                    It got added up twice. Now the problem is nobody knows where the money has gone. MGVCL says we haven't received the amount.

                                      I have transferred 5000/- from my pnb Bank to PAYTM WALLET it states that my amount has been debited from my BANK but where PAYTM WALLET SHOWS 0 as Balance

                                      I recieved a message to my Mobile stating it gets refunded with in 7 working days but still it has not yet processed
