I have use Paytm app for my electricity bill payment of Rs.2350. on 27th dec 2016 its 20 days now but same is not paid by paytm to Mahavitaran.

Amount is deducted from credit card account. further there is no communication system to directly contact paytm service provider

Raised complain before 8 days but same is not yet resolved. furth

      My money has been wrongfully transferred to unknown bank account the amount of 2900 Rs / the transaction ID number [protected] on 12th January . I have already submitted my complaints so many times . And Paytm service is completely ignoring my complaint . I need immediate action taken by you and I need my money back. I have transferred money from my Paytm wallet to yes bank account . The name, ifs code was correct but single digit of account number was entered wrong and this is not done . I need my money or or tell me what I have to do now on a serious note . I'm getting harassed by Paytm service

        This grievance is regarding one of my transaction failure for which the amount was not refunded back till date. The transaction was made for the vodafone postpaid bill payment of Rs.2, 110/- on 21st February 2016. After constant mailing and complaining of this issue I got the final response on October 6th, that the amount was never transacted from the account of SBI.

        On inquiring from bank, the bank officials approved that the amount was transferred to the paytm account on the very day, also that no such amount was ever refunded back in case if the transaction was a failure.

        Also, no sign of that transaction is being reflected in my paytm account now. The order ID for that transaction was [protected]

          Hello sir,
          I have paid a bill for torrent power limited which customer id is- 2250191 on 09 January 2017.
          My order number of paytm is- [protected].
          The problem is payment had been deducted from my bank account but payment was failed.
          Please refund money in my bank account / paytm wallet. I have been attached paytm order's screenshot.

          I have been done 2 times payment in it first time payment was unsuccessful and second time payment was successful.

          Please refund me money as fast as...

            I never used Paytm before. I tried it for the first time.
            I tried to put ₹500 in my Paytm wallet .
            The money got deducted from my bank account but did not reflect in my Paytm wallet. It's been 3 days and still there's no news of it. Its not coming in my Paytm wallet and also its not being refunded
            Please help me.Hope you guys will help.

              My payment against the bill payment of mseb on 09/01/2017 order id no. [protected] rs 1700 was fail and money got deducted from my bank of india debit card. It has been more then 7 days i have continuously posting the complaint on paytm app but there has been no response from paytm. i request you to take this matter ahead and issue my query asap

                      Did a Send to Bank transaction on 15-Dec for Rs.3000. Amount deducted from my account and it was not reflecting in wallet. After repeated follow up, paytm updated the status as refunded. But still the amount is not credited to my bank account. Almost calling them daily to reach a customer care executive and raising complaint daily, but still haven't got any call or response to my queries. Feelign dejected as I have lost my 3K.

                          Bank denied arn no or any refund even after 12 daz.
                          I have contacted wid bank showing reference number (30001070057004154042207) they totally denied any refund on this no.
                          What to do.???
                          Need money but no solution from paytm or bank.

                            This is height of misleading a customer.

                            I am seriously not sure why Paytm is providing me with wrong information and what's the benefits they are getting out of it?

                            I called my bank n number of times and their response is same that they have not got any kind of refund from "Paytm".

                            The reference number provided by paytm is "not authenticated" as per the bank.

                            Bank told me that both the amount of 4000 Rupees each have been claimed by Paytm only and please note that out of two 4000 Rupees transactions, one was returned to bank by me which is causing the issue here as it is not yet received by me.

                            Note down the auth IDs provided to me by bank : 873370 and 487140 and check and then provide me with the correct information this time( Don't just copy and paste the last e-mails, you are asking me to trust and I have trusted you many times and now I need solution for this. This is my hard earned money and I am seriously not happy by this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior shown by you)

                            Show professionalism and sort out this issue refunding my amount on a serious note.

                            -- Please don't provide me with the "Not authenticated" reference numbers now and have some investigation and come to me with "Right" information.

                              Hi,

                              I am writing this mail as I am very much disappointed with your services. I am continuously following up with your customer support team from last few weeks but haven't received any satisfactory reply from them and many times they hang up the call without providing any proper answer.

                              Below is the detailed description of inconvenience which I have faced :-

                              I had booked a flight (PNR- IDWW9N) dated 9th December from Mumbai- Tiruanathpuram- Kochi. But later that flight got delayed and its route was changed to Mumbai-Bangalore-Kochi. We travelled from Mumbai to Bangalore and again we came to know that Bangalore to Kochi flight was cancelled due to bad weather.

                              When enquired with Indigo customer care, they said that partial refund will be credited to my account which was approximately Rs.4500/- and they also confirmed that it has been credited to easemytrip as I had booked ticket through them. But till date I haven't received any payment from easemytrip.

                              Please take necessary action on this and refund my amount ASAP or else I'll accelerate this matter on social websites and will take legal action against it.

                              Your prompt response to resolve this will be highly appreciated.

                                Hey hi, this is Prashanth i have transferred Rs.5000 and Rs.1000 i.e,
                                a total of Rs.6000 to my friend bearing contact number [protected]. my
                                paytm shows a successful transaction but the problem here is my friend
                                bearing contact number [protected] have not yet signed into paytm. the
                                moment i got to know that my friend bearing contact number [protected]
                                dont have a paytym. i informed my friend to sign into paytym. though
                                my friend has successfully signed up to paytym, he still didn't
                                received my transferred money i.e. Rs.6000. I want paytym to take
                                action to solve my issue as soon as possible. I want Paytym to refund

                                  My order of flight ticket from Pune to Delhi and back total amount debited from icico bank is 11045 were as rs 708 also debited from wallet. When took print of tickets my total value of tickets was only 10977. You have debited rs 776 extra for tickets. And credited 570 as cash back want to know why extra 776 is debited from my account how.pls need solution of this difference.

                                      On 4th January 2017, i tried to add Rs.1000 to my paytm wallet through my bank debit card. Rs.1000 debited from my account on that day but i didn't get that amount in my paytm wallat. And even after more than one week i don't get the refund of that money.The transaction reference no of that transaction is "POS[protected]" .The give me my money back to my account or add that money to my paytm wallat.

                                        I was trying to book IRCTC E Ticket via paytm .In IRCTC website we used the payment options as cash card/wallets .Then i used scan code and pay via app .Suddenly from my mobile app the scan coder was success i paid Rs.724.70

                                        Transaction Date :- Jan 14, 2017 21:29:33
                                        Enter the last 4 digits of Wallet Transaction ID to confirm the payment (7894 i used )
                                        But my IRCTC ticket booking got failed .

                                        Please help me in getting my money (Rs 724.70 ) get back soon .
