Dear Sir/madam

This complain against issue in my paytm wallet. I have reacharged my wallet from my PNB account with 2700.00 rupees on 13/01/17 at 7:00 p.m. Balance has been debit from my account but I have not recieved any amount in my wallet. It is 2nd time, I am facing this problem, I want use this service for my daily usage but not able to do same.Kindly do the needful.

I had made Rs. 300/- payment for metro recharge on 5th Jan 2017. amount is debited from my account but at paytm this particular transaction shows field.
till today 16th jan 2017 i havnt received money back in my account. i had logged compailnt on paytm site 5-6 time but no reply/no updates got from paytm team.

I transferred Rs280 in my Paytm wallet through net banking.
The money got deducted from my bank account but did not reflect in my Paytm wallet. Everytime I contact them they just say to wait for it or register issue but it has not been resolved till now. Neither it is coming in my Paytm wallet nor it was refunded to bank account.
Please help me regarding this issue.

we have Transferred INR 2000.00 to BOB Bank Dt. 29.12.2016 but still we have not received the same in my account to till date.

we have tried many times to contact paytm customer care but all times he is sying only your quiry has been submitted but we have not received any solution and call from paytm to till date.

An amount of rs.354.36 deducted from my bank account under bank narration 6483*5-paytmcinepolisindiap, bank reference no. 16357*0 on 22/12/2016. At 01:14 pm towards booking of 02 tickets (Fun cinema dd city mall, gwalior).
But after deducting amount trough paytm netbanking i have not received tickets confirmation either on my mobile nor at my email.
Paytm deducted amount, not refunded till date....

I have my paytm balance of rs, .2214.29 on 5.1.2017 as per the statement sent by paytm on email. But whenever i open my accounts after 5th january the balance is being show as rs.0.00 i have made some queries on the site of payment they have shown ticket generated but could not give me any number and any reply till date please help me in this regard....

I had done a purchase on an app called "bigbasket" and paid thru the paytm wallet on 5th of january. The transaction failed the first time, at least thats what the message that came up. second time it went through. Now when i check my bank statement the same amount got debited twice.

I have use Paytm app for my electricity bill payment of Rs.2350. on 27th dec 2016 its 20 days now but same is not paid by paytm to Mahavitaran.

This grievance is regarding one of my transaction failure for which the amount was not refunded back till date. The transaction was made for the vodafone postpaid bill payment of Rs.2, 110/- on 21st February 2016. My payment against the bill payment of mseb on 09/01/2017 order id no. [protected] rs 1700 was fail and money got deducted from my bank of india debit card. It has been more then 7 days i have continuously posting the complaint on paytm app but there has been no response from paytm. i request you to take this matter ahead and issue my query asap
