I have recharged my paytm wallet from my bank account around 5pm today it self and the money hase been deducted from my bank account but never arrived into my paytm wallet til now, it showed me a message saying it may take up to 4h before my problem get resolve and the money arrive into my paytm account, that what i fund not good because its been more than the amount is 750rs.

    I booked a ticket in Chabra travels from pune to indore with *PAYTM* on 1 jan 2016. date of journey was 25th jan 2016. the cost of ticket when i booked it was 711.
    Now i get a call from paytm that the bus is cancelled and they are processing my refund and reason which they told me was operator cancelled the bus.
    But at the same time when i checked the paytm bus booking portal, it is showing that the ticket in the same bus is available in 1500 rs(they cancelled my confirmed ticket and hiked the price). they shifted the departure time by 15 mins and are now claiming that its a difference bus.
    Then i asked them, if there are two buses available of that provider on pune to indore route then he can show me a proof that at a particular day, chhabra travels have 2 buses in which tickets are getting booked which they failed to provide which i already knew as i am a freq traveler on that route and i know for a fact that there is only one bus of chhabra travels on that route.
    So basically first paytm send me a message on 1 jan 2016 that my ticket is booked and then on 16th jan 2016, i get a call from paytm stating the bus is canceled and i can see on the portal of paytm that there is still that operators bus listen in bus booking section
    also attaching screenshots of tickets and a mail which i got from paytm

                On 9 jan 2017 i deposited rs.10100 in my paytm wallet but when i relogin my paytm wallet shows zero balance. My old balance rs.185 also gone. I lost my full balance rs. 10285. I my in shocked. I already complaint to you but till now, my balance not deposit by patym. I already give all details to you but there's no result for it. I want my full balance.
                Plzz immediately deposit my full balance rs. 10285 in bank a/c or my paytm wallet...

                          I had did a recharge but before successfuling that recharge I come to know that amount that I entered is wrong and I had cancel that recharge and also made a cancel request but after that 2 hours paytm shows that recharge successful and didn't giving my m money back and I want m by solution earlier as you can.

                            I transferred Rs280 in my Paytm wallet through net banking.
                            The money got deducted from my bank account but did not reflect in my Paytm wallet. Everytime I contact them they just say to wait for it or register issue but it has not been resolved till now. Neither it is coming in my Paytm wallet nor it was refunded to bank account.
                            Please help me regarding this issue.

                              I am using paytm money wallet . l transferred Rs 30/- from my Karnataka Bank a/c [protected] on Sunday 8 th January 2017 to my paytm wallet. The money was debited from my bank a/c but not credited in my wallet. I used debit card for transferring the money. Even after three days money is not credited to my wallet.                               My account is blocked i am not able to access it.

                                  An amount of rs.354.36 deducted from my bank account under bank narration 6483*5-paytmcinepolisindiap, bank reference no. 16357*0 on 22/12/2016. At 01:14 pm towards booking of 02 tickets (Fun cinema dd city mall, gwalior).
                                  But after deducting amount trough paytm netbanking i have not received tickets confirmation either on my mobile nor at my email.
                                  Paytm deducted amount, not refunded till date.

                                    I have my paytm balance of rs, .2214.29 on 5.1.2017 as per the statement sent by paytm on email. But whenever i open my accounts after 5th january the balance is being show as rs.0.00 i have made some queries on the site of payment they have shown ticket generated but could not give me any number and any reply till date please help me in this regard.

                                      I had done a purchase on an app called "bigbasket" and paid thru the paytm wallet on 5th of january. The transaction failed the first time, at least thats what the message that came up. second time it went through. Now when i check my bank statement the same amount got debited twice.
                                      Both my Bank customer care and Paytm are not responsive of my complaint. Paytm had asked me to follow up with ICICI, ICICI had asked me to wait for 8 days. Done both, Still do no have the amount back in my account.

                                        My phone [protected] is the number I use for Paytm : I forgot my password and ended up blocking my account. Thereafter I have been seeking asstt from Paytm to reset my password from Friday 13th Jan 2017 as its just not possible to reset either on net or on phone. They called me up once and told me to login after 24 hrs and it shall be okay but I am still having the same problem. Is it so difficult for paytm to assist a person. I wish to withdraw my money now and close my paytm account.
