I have transferred 1500/- from my ICICI Bank to PAYTM WALLET it states that my amount has been debited from my BANK but where PAYTM WALLET SHOWS 0 as Balance

I recieved a message to my Mobile stating it gets refunded with in 7 working days but still it has not yet processed

kindly request you to look in to the issue

    I have added money from my card to my paytm account...i have checked my account balance before adding money, this happened fours days ago...money has been deducted from my account but at the same time my paytm wallet is not increased...i am not able to use my own penny and even there's no perfect garranty ( assurance message that your money is safe )...please check it out soon

          Sir i have add 10000 rs in my paytm account on date 04 January 2017. After
          some time on the same date i returned back that amount to my bank acount. I
          was received a mgs that your amount will credit in account after 7 working
          days. But till today i did not get back my amount. Please look at the
          problem and process it to further, and return my amount as soon as possible

            I had received a mail from paytm that I have received a payment of Rs 300 from TPS incentive for a specific order number. Its been two days now, but the payment amount is not reflecting in my wallet. I have contacted Paytm 24x7 support via [protected]@paytm.com but till date no revert is received.

                  I bought Nikon camera from PayTM on 4th January 2017, delivered on 7th January 2017. I found that the lens of the camera was not of the same specs/model as mentioned in the product description. I initiated the return last week and after raising so many requests they came back to ask for pictures of the product. I sent them the requested documents same day.
                  It has been 4 days since i submitted the documents and almost a week since I have initiated the return and I have not heard from them. The return is still in requested stage.
                  Also, In PayTM customer service, I can't even talk to the executives. All I can do is respond to IVR and raise request. No call back from them even after raising request through IVR.
                  PayTM's return policies are pathetic. Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal are way way better.
                  I am having very bad experience with PayTM. Never had similar issues in other ecommerce websites.

                      Under order no#[protected] dated 22 dec16, i booked two item, but received only one item. The second item is shppied via EMS speed post tracking no #AU[protected]IN dated 23 dec but it is still showing old status of 31 dec (item baged for leh from palam) there is no update after that..i think item is lost in the way..Now i want my money back but paytm care is telling from last 15 days that they are trying to deliver the order as earliest as possible...i dont want that item so i have cancelled the order...the item is neither being delivered nor returned. What should i do now...

                              Its been 2 weeks im receiving the error that bank systems are overloaded, please try after4 hours, and even after sometime when i try to add ;it get fails, i tried to reinstall the paytm app but same result and even i lost my previous wallet balance.Im getting hard time to resolve the issue as the customer car is also very poor, only machine is answering the call

                                Hello Respected Sir,

                                My reference transaction Id is [protected] . I had made payment of rs 630/- to a retail store via paytm through scanning the QR code. At that paytm was running an offers upto 100% cashback when paying to a retail store through paytm app. So as per the offers i must get some cashback but paytm guys say that i have'n done any payments at all. Even after waiting for such a long time and complaining them many times to their customer care department there isn't any satisfactory solution to it. So please do the needfull and save the other customers from being fooled by the paytm and other fraud websites. Here i have attached the proof of the payment i had done.

                                  i had rs. 1000/- paytm wallet balance on and before 15/12/2016...
                                  Again i transferred rs. 5000 to my paytm account on 15/12/2016... (ecom transfer reference no. From pnb to paytm is[protected]
                                  which was updated and total wallet balance became rs. 6000/-
                                  when i see my wallet on january 11 2017..
                                  My wallet balance was showing to zero, date of birth was wrong and email id was also wrong, which was corrected by me on 12/01/2017
                                  but wallet balance is zero now and no passbook update of debit or credit of rupees are available
                                  kindly resolve the matter

                                    I have recharge my vodafone postpaid bill of 331. by two instalments of Rs, 151 and 180 .on date 12/01/2017 .transaction id [protected] and [protected].

                                    even then 331 adjusted from my wallet but vodafone bill summary shows Rs.180 outstanding till date.
                                    so please return my 180 Rs. to my wallet or Diposit my vodafonr postpaid bill on mobile no. [protected].
                                    My mobile number [protected] is having two separate accounts, different with Mobile and different while opening thru laptop, I had lodged a complaint earlier also but no action has been taken till date, there are two pass books showing different balances.

                                    I am ranjit singh i have apaytm account and my email id [protected]@gmail.com .i have sent 4000 rupees money to wrong number on 30 12 2016 . Refund my money to my paytm account.i have sent money to[protected] this wrong number.
                                    I have booked train ticket through irctc and I made the payment through paytm. But unfortunately tickets not booked but money deducted from my wallet and I am very disappointed with this. Please help

                                      On 6/01/2017 Friday, when I was transferring 5000 Rs. to my ICICI Bank account, I provided my name Sagar Kathe and account number (Wrong account number[protected] I suppose to provide[protected] but then transaction suppose to cancel due to wrong information, but PayTM transfer money in wrong account without matching (name of account holder and account number) information.
                                      and when I tried to contact to PayTM customer care more than 50 times call get disconnect after 30 seconds
                                      when i mailed to paytm/care they just wrote 5000 Rs. transferred to account number for further process contact Bank, when I went to bank they said ask PayTM.

                                        I transfered 5k from Wallet to bank. But till not getting and amount debited. Wat is the issue. More than 11 days over.paytm said already refund ur bank like that. But till I m not getting. Customer care people not responding.daily I called cc also. But money not refunded...y paytm cheat like this. 5k is big amount for me. I attached proof.please take action.

                                        I have added re's 6000 from Pub debit card against order number [protected] date 12.01.2017 but money not added in wallet not refund in bank order status is canceled refunded to bank but money is still not refund kindly resolve Issue.                                         I transfer rs 5000 from my paytm a/c my PNB A/C on DT[protected] but the money is not credit to my account till date. Paytm says that the fund has been transfer to my account via ref.no30001263626362214876755 please verify the above trans and provide me detail why the fund is not credited to my account
                                        By the usual way i have credited my wallet by my bank debit card, money has been deducted from my account but my wallet is not shown any credits, there is no entry in the passbook tooo, this is tooo bad pls take action as soooon as possible .due to this one i have lost many things so my pos no-[protected]
