I bought a laptop from HP site using HP employee coupon and for HP employee Paytm was giving an offer “10% or 5000 cashback on payment which one is minimum”.
My friend (HP employee) did payment of Rs. 60489 on 3rd October order id : 783785 using my Paytm account for payment using ICICI bank debit card. He got confirmation too(Paytm payment mail attached) but this transaction did get listed in my paytm wallet(Screen shot attached).br...

I have transferred amount Rs.200 and Rs.3000/- on dated 16.12.16 to Account HDFC A/c No.[protected] but till now amount not credited in my account. after long chase up mail recd from care amount they are provide the details of Account No.[protected]. kindly revert the amount in my account above mentioned. i want to know how is possible u have transferred the said amount in another account....

Hi Paytm Team,

we start from the beginning, i purchased a new mobile and reset my old mobile functionality in which my paytm account was activated.

we start new mobile and logging with subjected no(same) in paytm but paytm wallet account balance is showing Zero(Nil).

Please help here to recover my paytm balance.

I have booked mobile on 31 December 2016, but after 10 days i did not received my mobile then i have cancel this order.

On 29th dec 2016, i paid 5302 rs. to om chugh ([protected]) in 4 transactions as shown in the image. I checked the number of receiver twice before transferring the amount.
The amount which he (om chugh [protected]) received was 1 rs. in total out of 4 transaction (see the image below). This is his current wallet statement.
So if you see these two statements,...

I haven't received my money yet it's been more than a month now whenever I complain the response is same as the email is from robot. My order ID is [protected]. The amount is 3370. I want to ask only one thing that is there any charge for the wallet upgrade in paytm because the concerned persons coming for kyc to the customers are asking for some money for the upgradation but it was never said by the paytm that there is any charge for the paytm wallet upgrade. So kindly let me know if there is any and if there is not any charge then kindly take some actions....

I have recharged my paytm wallet from my bank account around 5pm today it self and the money hase been deducted from my bank account but never arrived into my paytm wallet til now, it showed me a message saying it may take up to 4h before my problem get resolve and the money arrive into my paytm account, that what i fund not good because its been more than the amount is 750rs....

I booked a ticket in Chabra travels from pune to indore with *PAYTM* on 1 jan 2016. date of journey was 25th jan 2016. the cost of ticket when i booked it was 711.
Now i get a call from paytm that the bus is cancelled and they are processing my refund and reason which they told me was operator cancelled the bus.
But at the same time when i checked the paytm bus booking portal, it is showing that the ticket in the same bus...

Sir I Request Paytm to Return My 18000 rupees to my PNB bank account from my Paytm Wallet, Paytm deduct my 18000rupees from my wallet but money does not get credited in my PNB bank account. On 9 jan 2017 i deposited rs.10100 in my paytm wallet but when i relogin my paytm wallet shows zero balance. My old balance rs.185 also gone. I lost my full balance rs. 10285. I my in shocked. I already complaint to you but till now, my balance not deposit by patym. I already give all details to you but there's no result for it. I want my full balance.
Plzz immediately deposit my full balance rs. 10285 in bank a/c or my paytm wallet......
