Sir,
i had rs. 1000/- paytm wallet balance on and before 15/12/2016...
Again i transferred rs. 5000 to my paytm account on 15/12/2016... (ecom transfer reference no. From pnb to paytm is[protected]
which was updated and total wallet balance became rs. 6000/-
when i see my wallet on january 11 2017..
My wallet balance was showing to zero, date of birth was wrong and email id was also wrong, which was corrected by me on 12/01/2017
but wallet balance is zero now and no passbook update of debit or credit of rupees are available
kindly resolve the matter

    I have recharge my vodafone postpaid bill of 331. by two instalments of Rs, 151 and 180 .on date 12/01/2017 .transaction id [protected] and [protected].

    even then 331 adjusted from my wallet but vodafone bill summary shows Rs.180 outstanding till date.
    so please return my 180 Rs. to my wallet or Diposit my vodafonr postpaid bill on mobile no. [protected].
    My mobile number [protected] is having two separate accounts, different with Mobile and different while opening thru laptop, I had lodged a complaint earlier also but no action has been taken till date, there are two pass books showing different balances.

    Please get it fixed and confirm ASAP. Thanks
    I am ranjit singh i have apaytm account and my email id [protected]@gmail.com .i have sent 4000 rupees money to wrong number on 30 12 2016 . Refund my money to my paytm account.i have sent money to[protected] this wrong number.
    I have booked train ticket through irctc and I made the payment through paytm. But unfortunately tickets not booked but money deducted from my wallet and I am very disappointed with this. Please help

      To PayTM,

      On 6/01/2017 Friday, when I was transferring 5000 Rs. to my ICICI Bank account, I provided my name Sagar Kathe and account number (Wrong account number[protected] I suppose to provide[protected] but then transaction suppose to cancel due to wrong information, but PayTM transfer money in wrong account without matching (name of account holder and account number) information.
      and when I tried to contact to PayTM customer care more than 50 times call get disconnect after 30 seconds
      when i mailed to paytm/care they just wrote 5000 Rs. transferred to account number for further process contact Bank, when I went to bank they said ask PayTM.

        I transfered 5k from Wallet to bank. But till not getting and amount debited. Wat is the issue. More than 11 days over.paytm said already refund ur bank like that. But till I m not getting. Customer care people not responding.daily I called cc also. But money not refunded...y paytm cheat like this. 5k is big amount for me. I attached proof.please take action.

        I have added re's 6000 from Pub debit card against order number [protected] date 12.01.2017 but money not added in wallet not refund in bank order status is canceled refunded to bank but money is still not refund kindly resolve Issue.         I transfer rs 5000 from my paytm a/c my PNB A/C on DT[protected] but the money is not credit to my account till date. Paytm says that the fund has been transfer to my account via ref.no30001263626362214876755 please verify the above trans and provide me detail why the fund is not credited to my account
        By the usual way i have credited my wallet by my bank debit card, money has been deducted from my account but my wallet is not shown any credits, there is no entry in the passbook tooo, this is tooo bad pls take action as soooon as possible .due to this one i have lost many things so my pos no-[protected]

            Actually on Jan 2 2017 I requested refund from Paytm they said it will come with 7 working days to y r accoubt like that I have the proof too but today is Jan 17 2017 still now I didn't got any refund my bank is icici I asked them they said nun of refund came like that please I kindly request pleade refund my amount of 1500rs from Paytm actually still now I'm unable to contact Paytm customer service they said they will call back in 2 days but 5 days happened their customer service is poor please help me to recover and refund my money thank you !

              I have Transferred INR 5000.00 to INDIAN Bank Dt. 27.12.2016 but still not yet received the same in my bank account.I have tried many times to contact paytm customer care but all times he is saying only your query has been submitted but I have not received any solution and call from paytm to till date. the same i have queried to INDIAN Bank also they are also saying the same answer. After few days back my continues follow up PAYTM gave mail reply I have given below.

              "INDIAN BANK just gave us a reference number 30001263626362111956825
              for the successful refund of Rs 5000 from Paytm to your bank account for
              your Order ID [protected]. Your bank could take few more days to credit
              the amount to your account. Please contact your bank's customer care
              for any further query quoting this number."

              Then I have contact to the bank with the reference number, Bank people telling that not a valid reference number, they can't check with that number. again I have to contact PAYTM customer care, but again they are sending the same reply mail.

                  This information is in regard to the earlier complaint emailed regarding the added Paytm Wallet money via uber app for 500 rupees on 02/01/2017 for paying to uber. But, thereafter soon after adding money the account was logged out. [protected]@gmail.com and number registered [protected] and [protected].
                  Since, I am unable to fetch the account details, the login through correct ID having the amount of 500/- in my Paytm wallet is not able to be utilized for payments.
                  Kindly, let me know about the respective ID and password on which my Paytm amount has been added.
                  I am providing you with details of bank payment done in favour of PAYTM NOIDA POS PAYTM97998 at PAYTM txn#[protected]. Further, the information of the card numbers first 6digit and last 4 digit as asked by Paytm in the earlier email. The SBI Card via which i did the transcation contained First 6 digit are 459151 and last 4 digit are 2424.

                  Kindly, let me know the correct status of my paytm wallet money of 500/- added to the respective account login, so that i can utilize it for using paytm services as soon as possible.
                  This is the third complaint in regard to the status of my paytm wallet money and no resolution till date since, the money was drawan in favour of Paytm Noida Ltd on 02/01/2017.
                  I look forward to a valuable solution to my complaint from now or else appropriate legal action for deficiency in service will follow soon.

                    Sir, i started using paytm using my mobile no [protected] and added rs 1000/- in my paytm wallet from my axis bank account. I use my wallet amount for recharging my mobile. Sir i forget my paytm password and inadvertnly signup in paytm with my same mobile no [protected]and then click merger account option. Since then my wallet amount which is rs 642/- (Apprx) is shown as nil in my paytm wallet. I request to credit my wallet with my lost/missed wallet amount.

                      can any body help me immediately i losses my 15000 first while adding my money to wallet to take help i have posted my comment here after that some one from paytm called me by this number [protected] he asked my issue later he ask my all details about the issue and he ask my card details and all and he took 18000 from my account...
                      nothing is resolved finally i loss 18000 again...
                      Finally i will go to media about paytm app because paytm customer care guy itself cheated me.i am also from media only they cheated me only.

                        On 1st January 2017, I have transferred Rs 750/- in my nephew’s account. The details like Transaction ID and other details are mentioned in the attachments along with this mail.

                        After various follow-ups, my issue is still not resolved.

                        The way PAYTM IVR & Complaint resolution function behaves is absolutely pathetic. There are absolutely no robust Customer grievance handling mechanism in place to satisfy customers.

                        I must say that the amount of time the customer care spend to resolve queries is very disappointing.

                        There are no escalation matrix available & there are no details of Nodal authority & appellate authority mentioned in the website.

                        I would urge all seniors to please look in to the same and resolve.

                            I bought a laptop from HP site using HP employee coupon and for HP employee Paytm was giving an offer “10% or 5000 cashback on payment which one is minimum”.
                            My friend (HP employee) did payment of Rs. 60489 on 3rd October order id : 783785 using my Paytm account for payment using ICICI bank debit card. He got confirmation too(Paytm payment mail attached) but this transaction did get listed in my paytm wallet(Screen shot attached).
                            Because of this I didn’t get cashback, and we contacted paytm team lot of times but nobody reverted back properly.
                            And finally after long time they send cashback of Rs. 1000 (Cashback_details Attached) after so many arguments, But why will I refer a loss for Rs.4000?
                            If payment didn’t get listed that is Paytm fault not mine.
                            Why will I bare loss of Rs.4000?
                            Paytm should provide me the cashback and I contacted them they refused to pay that.

                                we start from the beginning, i purchased a new mobile and reset my old mobile functionality in which my paytm account was activated.

                                we start new mobile and logging with subjected no(same) in paytm but paytm wallet account balance is showing Zero(Nil).

                                Please help here to recover my paytm balance.

                                  I have transferred an amount of Rs. 5000/- on 05/01/2017 from other wallet to my wallet. after many quarry & lodging complains no one has taken action for settle this amount of my wallet. three-four time talking with you representative on phone, they had insured me amount will settled & his senior will talk to me, but till now amount is not settled and no body had talk to me. what should to do me. Any tall free number & costumer care no is working. i had tried lots of time to contact with them. Government should closed/banned this company because they are keeping other money in their hand and dont give any reply. with this company we cant see a dream of cash less india.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I ordered Royal Oak Berlin Entertainment Centre Dark Finish wall unit and Order # is [protected] on 8:52 pm, Dec 22 2016 also paid 12990
                                        INR .

                                        My deliveray date was 14-jan but i have not received my product also its i am not able to track with given tracker id.

                                        I wrote many complaints to you but no response from your side.

                                        I am poor coustomer and wondering my money is looted by you.Also product price increased by 3000INR and hng your seller was saying to cancel the order.

                                        Is this the way to treat your customer?I am very unhappy and planning for legal action .
