My order of flight ticket from Pune to Delhi and back total amount debited from icico bank is 11045 were as rs 708 also debited from wallet. When took print of tickets my total value of tickets was only 10977. You have debited rs 776 extra for tickets. And credited 570 as cash back want to know why extra 776 is debited from my account how.pls need solution of this difference.

    My IRCTC train ticket is not generated the reason shown is payment declined by bank but the amount is deducted from my paytm balance.but in paytm app transaction successful is shown. IRCTC E Ticketing Order #[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] at[protected]:01:52 AM.
    so sir please help me for refund.

      On 4th January 2017, i tried to add Rs.1000 to my paytm wallet through my bank debit card. Rs.1000 debited from my account on that day but i didn't get that amount in my paytm wallat. And even after more than one week i don't get the refund of that money.The transaction reference no of that transaction is "POS[protected]" .The give me my money back to my account or add that money to my paytm wallat.

        I was trying to book IRCTC E Ticket via paytm .In IRCTC website we used the payment options as cash card/wallets .Then i used scan code and pay via app .Suddenly from my mobile app the scan coder was success i paid Rs.724.70
        Transaction ID :- [protected]
        Transaction Date :- Jan 14, 2017 21:29:33
        Enter the last 4 digits of Wallet Transaction ID to confirm the payment (7894 i used )
        But my IRCTC ticket booking got failed .

        Please help me in getting my money (Rs 724.70 ) get back soon .

          With reference to a transaction dated 08/01/2017 has been deducted from my SBI account without showing any transaction number in PAYTM wallet and till date its not showing any transaction in wallet. After showing successful transaction how can it be possible ? ?? As of now I did not receive my money back to my account. Its already more than 7 days.

            I bought some poker chips from zynga via patm on 15/01/2017 twice both of Rs 1641.64 in which the transaction ids from paytm shows success but i havent recieved the chips yet. I used rupay debit card for it. Plz refund as soon as possible and check the attachment regarding the paytm passbook.
            And it will be glad if you guys can call me at [protected] to resolve this issue. i called up your customer care but it wasnt helpful.

To my friend's bank a/c using paytm but unfortunately the amount the amount is not credited in his account but debited from my account and for this more then 1 month has passed away ... Before this already i have submitted complaint many time about this issue but i didn't get any fair response from them... the details are here... order no.                 I was trying to add money from my SBI account through my ATM card .2to 3 of my transactions were cancelled first becoz of my slow net .But one of my three orders (I don't know which one ) debited 3100 from my account .Plz help .And what if I don't know which order no debited that money .Will it be refunded to my bank automatically or paytm will keep it and don't return it .Is there any process that I can give the transaction I'd and Paytm will verify if that amount was added to their bank account.plz help or do I have to go to bank or I have to complain against Paytm in consumer forum ??

                  I have a serious issue as I have transferred 5000 from my PAYTM account to my SBI Bank however, it is been a week and I did not get my amount credit to my SBI bank I did visit the bank and confirm the same my bank manager told me that the amount is not been credit from PAYTM so why is it showing in PATM passbook that it is already been credit to my bank.

                  Also on top of that If I recharge my mobile phone the amount is deducted from paytm account but recharge is not complete.

                  There is something wrong with my PAYM account and I scared to us this services I need to fix this issue at the earliest.

                    I added 5000 to paytm wallet from my sbi debit card.
                    It showed the green screen of successful payment but later after few moments the wallet showed failure.
                    Reported to paytm. And paytm told "paytm has refunded inr.5000 to your bank under order id [protected] on[protected] and your bank has shared a reference number arn or rrn no. 74332747012701156215161 as a prof of successful refund with us."

                    Went to my home branch and they said that this reference no is of no use to them.
                    Now paytm tell what to do. Give my money back.

                    DONT know if the problem was with paytm or the bank . but i got my money back after 7 days . the money was given by the name BULK POSTING . which i think is the bank issue as i have seen this "bulk posting" message for my failed payments at the restaurants too.

                            I paid my electricity bill via paytm and the order number is [protected]. The amount of Rs 1, 110 is deducted from my bank account but it did not reach CESC who is my electricity supplier. I paid the amount on 14th Dec 2016 and yet the refund has not reached my account till date. I repeatedly complained them against my order ID but unfortunately there is no response from their side. I have an updated passbook till the date of as a proof that i did not get the refund. I will be highly obliged if you look into this matter and resolve the issue because CESC is sending me warning letters that they will cut off the electric supply if I do not pay them as soon as possible.

                              I have received 5000 cash in my paytm wallet from my wife and after that i have click on return to bank option in my passbook i got bank txn id [protected] and wallet txn [protected] and i got notification your payment will get transfer within 7 working days but it's been a 10 days today i have not received any payment and their is 2 card added to my paytm but i have not received in any of the card till now, i had done transaction on 4 jan 2017.please refund my money my mobile number is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    paytm id- [protected] miss-used by some one and the one item (iphone mobile) has been purchased against my credit card issued by city bank. I want to cancel that latest order made by the paytm id no- [protected].

                                    Please not that payment has been made by my credit card name mentioned on card yugal phor.

                                        Sir, my friend sent me Rs. 1500 through paytm wallet using mobile no.[protected] to me at my mobile no. [protected] vide id No. [protected] dt. 11.01.2017 at 14.21 hrs., but till now, my paytm wallet has not been credited with that amount. Where is that money? please sort out this matter, if you are unable to sort out then suggest me as to where I may approach.
