I added 5000 to paytm wallet from my sbi debit card.
It showed the green screen of successful payment but later after few moments the wallet showed failure.
Reported to paytm. And paytm told "paytm has refunded inr.5000 to your bank under order id [protected] on[protected] and your bank has shared a reference number arn or rrn no. 74332747012701156215161 as a prof of successful refund with us."
Went to my home branch and they said that this reference no is of no use to them.
Now paytm tell what to do. Give my money back.

Complaint marked as Resolved DONT know if the problem was with paytm or the bank .
but i got my money back after 7 days .
the money was given by the name BULK POSTING . which i think is the bank issue as i have seen this "bulk posting" message for my failed payments at the restaurants too.
I booked train tickets, I paid through my debit card.
Now I cancelled my ticket. They says that your amount is refunded to PaytmAG but I have not receive my amount what should i do fo this. Cancellation details are as follows
