I made a payment of 378 rs on 24th dec. 2016 at dominos from paytm no. [protected]. As the payment was not completed but the amount debited from my account. But still I don't get the refund. As the bank confirmed they claimed the money and the claim is pending with paytm. So pls give my refund asap as it is about 20 days from the date of purchase. Take this as high priority....

While booking tickets online at IRCTC, my payment failed due to unknown reason using paytm gateway. But refund has not been processed. I have been trying to call Paytm but it is just IVR and there is no option to help in this regard.

Today, I am telling my incident that how many time paytm deceived me.
At first I added money to paytm wallet from my SBI account of amount RS 2000 for paying my fees, it was on 27th Dec 2016, but i did not use it. A payment i have transferred to my account. Paytm shows sucesfully transfered to your account gave me a ref. no. stating sucessful transfer to your account. But I contacted with my bank. they said there are no such payment received in your account please contact to paytm beck. Please solve my issue.

I was transferred 5000 rs to my bank account, money deducted from paytm but still not transfer to my bank acc. Plz help me its a humble request...

I used my debit card to load money Rs 3000 in paytm wallet, money got deducted and also showed transaction is successful but not displayed in wallet. When complained they said amount is settled in account. Its been 1 week from now i havent recievd the money. Please lookinto the issue.

Hi this is Bhalchandra kumbhar from Mumbai. I was paying my electricity bill by Paytm but it was not paid. But the money was debited from my A/C. The total sum of bill was ₹1120. On 20 december amount of 2200 was deducted from my sbi account duringt add money tranfer but didnt got tranfered to the pattym wallet and i receiveced a messages that your amount will be refunded in 48 hours but it didnt happened .I have tried to contact customer care no. The reponse i got was the server is down and within 7 days the money will be refunded but untill today the money is not refunded being a college student the amount is huge...
