    I did try to pay swiggy from my registered number [protected], but transaction failed and my order did not get placed. But money was deducted from my bank and paytm account. Swiggy said they have not received money and it's with paytm. Bank says it had transacted money to paytm. Paytm has not been reversed my money yet. It's been 15 days.i don't know what to do. Hopefully this will help

        Dear Paytm Team,

        With reference to the subject & attached FIR, please note that on 06.01.2017 I received a call from a unknown person telling he was from ATM office. I mistakenly shared the OTP details to the calling person considering he is from ATM office.

        Later on after receiving SMS, I realized that the total amount of Rs. 49997 was deducted from my account & transferred to Paytm.

        When he again called me I didn't share the details, therefore I strongly believe that my amount is still there with Paytm.

        My Account & Card Details are as given below.

        Bank - SBI Branch, Hinganghat

        IFSC - SBIN0000382

        Account Name - Ashwajit Mane.

        My contact Number - [protected]

        However considering all the above information, I request you to take the matter on urgent basis & proceed for the reversal of the said amount to my bank account.

            I have already paid my Electricity Bill of Rs. 630 against Order ID [protected] and transaction was successful.
            However my service provider says its still unpaid and they added Rs. 630 as previous due payment in my current Bill.

            Kindly refund my money (Rs. 630) as I am going to paid full payment of my Electricity bill now.

            Kindly Escalate this request and resolve this issue at the earliest as its been more then 1 month to made that payment.

              I have transferred Rs 100 & Rs 200 (Back to back) on 8th January 2016 at around 8.15 AM from my savings bank account, the amount of Rs 300 is debited (Ref[protected]V as per the sms receives from bank), from my bank account but still not added to my paytm wallet.
              Now its more than 7 days i can not use my own money. The toll free number which is available for paytm customer care do not have any option regarding my issue & also do not have any option to speak directly with customer service agent.
              I have already raised this complaint on [protected]@paytm on 11th January 2016 on which i have received a reply in which I was requested for :-
              Request you to share the following details with us:

              1. Registered mobile number/e-mail ID
              2. Recharge value
              3. Order Number
              However my issue is not regarding recharge it is regarding wallet balance.
              I am very disappointed where paytm customer services are concern, it is pathetic that i have to beg again & again for my own money.

              Can I hope that money will be added in my paytm wallet earliest.

                  I made a payment of my electricity bill on 31DEC2016. Amount got debited from my account but the electricity board has not received the payment. I checked into paytm wallet, it was showing my deducted amount of Rs. 2080. But now it is showing my paytm wallet balance is zero. For your reference, I am attaching here screenshot of payment made (Transaction ID:[protected].
                  Please raise this concern to higher authorities of Paytm who responsible for its security or impreachment with my paytm wallet.

                  Hello PayTM,

                  It has been long time, paytm have not come up with any solution. I have tried all the ways to contacting to paytm for knowing the status of my debited amount. Even it is not showing up in paytm wallet. Please escalate this issue to higher authorities or to concern people and try to improve your services or system update regarding payment failure. Please find the attachment to look into transaction details.

                    On 11 January at 8.06 pm amount of 5000RS was deducted from my bank of maharashtra account(acc no-[protected]) duringt add money tranfer but didnt got tranfered to the pattym wallet and i receiveced a messages that your amount will be refunded in 48 hours but it didnt happened .I have tried to contact customer care no. The reponse i got was the server is down and within 7 days the money will be refunded but untill today the money is not refunded being a college student the amount is huge for me .Plz try take my request into consideration name- vinayak marathe.

                        Once I had posted the issue on Consumer Complaints I have received a call from the number [protected] agent name Kabir. He did say that he will process refund and started asking for the card number. I have not provided and the number is connected with PayTM. Is PayTM into any fraudulent activities? If yes then it is a shame for a Indian company PayTM now connected with Chinese company Alibaba.

                          I used my debit card to pay ₹5300 in paytm wallet of a shopkeeper on date 12/01/2017. Once it failed so i tried for ₹4000 but it again failed. The amount of ₹[protected]+4000) has already been debited from my bank account (Sbbj a/c no. [protected]). No reference id or number provided by paytm. 2 days passed but the amount is still not loaded into the shopkeeper's paytm wallet.
                          Please help.

                            I made a payment of 378 rs on 24th dec. 2016 at dominos from paytm no. [protected]. As the payment was not completed but the amount debited from my account. But still I don't get the refund. As the bank confirmed they claimed the money and the claim is pending with paytm. So pls give my refund asap as it is about 20 days from the date of purchase. Take this as high priority.

                            I made a payment of 500 from paytm and the payment was done but I don't get any order as tbe payment page showed error. So i want to get the redund of 500 rs in my bank account as it is already more days from now . So take this as high priority. So so pls give my money back so give my money as it took time for u . U can call me anytime so give money back.

                                    Hello everyone,
                                    Today, I am telling my incident that how many time paytm deceived me.
                                    At first I added money to paytm wallet from my SBI account of amount RS 2000 for paying my fees, it was on 27th Dec 2016, but i did not use it. After that I refunded the money to my SBI account through paytm wallet with Wallet Order Id: [protected] and Bank Txn ID: [protected] on 5th Jan 2017. Then, paytm said your money has refunded to your account, it will takes 7 days for working days.After 7 days, the money doesn't credit to my SBi account. I was trying to talk the paytm customer care, only dailler tune heard from paytm and took charges without talking paytm members. I made the complaint to this Indian consumer complaints forum two times, after some minutes they phoned me and asked my debit card detail ( 16 digits card number, cvv number, date of birth and register mobile number ) then they said that your money will send in 30 sec, but it didn't do. Again another number phoned me that your money couldn't send to your account and he asked me to give another SBI account number who registered to transfer my money. I gave my friend account number and debit card details.After that he took all money from my friend account ( rs 3200 ) and he said that the total money ( 3200+2000 ) will transfer to friend account within two hours, I was waiting until two hours but it had not credited the total money to my friend account and he kept his number switch off still. I am very disappointing as paytm took all money and deceiving us several times. Now I am requested you to return all money.
