Today, I am telling my incident that how many time paytm deceived me.
At first I added money to paytm wallet from my SBI account of amount RS 2000 for paying my fees, it was on 27th Dec 2016, but i did not use it. After that I refunded the money to my SBI account through paytm wallet with Wallet Order Id: [protected] and Bank Txn ID: [protected] on 5th Jan 2017. Then, paytm said your money has refunded to your account, it will takes 7 days for working days.After 7 days, the money doesn't credit to my SBi account. I was trying to talk the paytm customer care, only dailler tune heard from paytm and took charges without talking paytm members. I made the complaint to this Indian consumer complaints forum two times, after some minutes they phoned me and asked my debit card detail ( 16 digits card number, cvv number, date of birth and register mobile number ) then they said that your money will send in 30 sec, but it didn't do. Again another number phoned me that your money couldn't send to your account and he asked me to give another SBI account number who registered to transfer my money. I gave my friend account number and debit card details.After that he took all money from my friend account ( rs 3200 ) and he said that the total money ( 3200+2000 ) will transfer to friend account within two hours, I was waiting until two hours but it had not credited the total money to my friend account and he kept his number switch off still. I am very disappointing as paytm took all money and deceiving us several times. Now I am requested you to return all money.
