Today, 21.09.2020, i have paid rs 1, 94, 017.70 (Rs 1, 94, 000 to vellore institute of technology, vellore and rs 17.70 towards net banking service charge) towards tuition fee of my daughter gundakaram jahnavi through my icici bank account, dwarakanagar visakhapatnam. The amount has been debited from my account but a message from vit has been shown as ' transaction failed'. Received confirmation of payment mail from icici bank indicating payment made to, paytm mobile solutions pvt

The payment seems to have been not made by paytm mobile solutions to vit vellore.

The transaction reference of icici bank is bil/onl/[protected]/vellore in/20200921.

Requested to confirm me the status of the above payment.

The mail of icici bank and vit vellore message are attached for reference.

    Today i received a post from paytm mall pvt limited, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkata - 700053.
    Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, insteas contact their number [protected]. Is it correct or fraud please take necessary action.

      On 28-sep-2019 i have sended rs.799/- from my wallet to my bank account my my bank account was wrong but i takes my account details automatically. After no receiving my money i habe complaint to paytm they told me to fill indemnity form i have filled indemnity form 8-9 times but i have didn't recieved my money back till now one year have been completimg but didn't received my transaction [protected]

        I was making a payment to mahavitaran through mahavitaran app on 17th september 2020. Used payment mode as paytm. After entering otp, i got error message. Rs1100 amount got deducted from bank account. It did not reflect in mahavitaran account.

                  I purchased fastag from paytm on[protected] but there is no activation from paytm. There for i complaint on paytm on[protected]Complaint no[protected] for activation. As per government rules there is no fastag active you have to pay double charges on toll plaza so i already pay too much money

                      My order no [protected] on paytm was not delivered by courier delivery guy and marked as delivered. I complained about it on paytm customer care, it undertook an investigation and found that it has been delivered. They provided a signature copy which was fake one. I wasn't provided a refund. Xpressbees courier AMB no[protected]. What should I do?

                          I booked a ticket from hyderabad to bangalore using paytm app. I had done 3000/- payment to paytm for the ticket. On travelling day i got a call from travels saying they didn't receive 3000 from the paytm. They suggested me to contact paytm costumer care. I raised a complaint in paytm app. As per patym policy they should assign a executive with in 2 hours after an complaint is raised but it didn't happen. I raised another ticket after 3 hours but is of no use. I approached bus service provider and i explained him the issue. He openly said he will allow me to board the bus only if i pay 3000rs. I also suggested to cancel the ticket from his end if he didn't receive the amount paytm. He neither doing that.

                          I completely frustrated with the paytm management. I went to the boarding point and had conversation with the bus driver but is of no use. The bus driver with anger told me that he allow me to sit in the bus only if i pay 3000/-. I forced to pay 3000rs to cancel the ticket from his end. As he said he cancled my ticket but i didn't get any mail or message to my mobile. He showed the proof that he cancled my ticket.

                          On the day of travel, i raised the first complaint at 12pm which is 8 hours before the boarding time (8:30pm). Its been 4 days, i didn't get any response for my complaints on paytm. I completely fedup with these unethical behaviour of paytm.

                            My name is rachhpal singh
                            I'm complaining about this issue to the paytm form the last four months from 15th may 2020. I'm facing a problem when i am about to open a merchant account or accept payment method all in one qr code. Every time it says that you name is not matched with you given pan card. But that jus annoying. I've been using this pan card for multiple pursoes to pay tax/gst bank accounts and many more. Whenever i call merchat department the would say that it is kyc related issue and transfer my call to kyc department and the kyc department says that they only deal with normal paytm accounts related kyc and says that merchant account kyc department is different that i should merchant department. As you can imagine they shifting my call to merchantkyc # kycmerchant and vice versa. Nobody knows what to do. Last month in august 2020 some from you support service said that i should d-link my documents and i'll be able registered again in paytm and successfully open a merchant account. But it didn't work.
                            I just want to open a merchant account in paytm and you guys arn't helping.

                              I booked an air ticket for Indigo airlines using Paytm. The amount paid was Rs. 8934.(Rs 8000 using Paytm gift voucher + 934 from Paytm wallet)

                              Due to lock down the flight was cancelled and the airline initiated full refund without any deductions. As per airline, a refund amount of INR 483 was processed on 29 March 2020 and the remaining amount was processed on 07 June 2020.

                              But Paytm failed to refund any amount. They showed wrong calculation and the refund amount is zero

                                I purchased clash of clan september gold pass amounting to rs. 399/-only inr on 05.09.2020. I neither received gpa number nor email for the same. The said amount is debited from my account and credited to times of money limited through inb, but i am yet to receive my purchase or my money refunded. Have also contacted clash of clan support and google pay customer service and they said they ate not responsible.
                                Kindly activate my purchases or refund my money at the earliest.

After entering OTP, I got error message. 2150 amount got deducted from bank account. It did not reflect in mahavitaran account. Also I Did not receive Receipt/mail. No details in paytm app either.
                                        Bank deduction details as given in screenshot mentions only name and amount.
