I purchased one maggi rich tomato ketchup 500 gram bottle from paytm. But they send me the Damaged product. Then I given request for Return or replace it. They told paytm will not give return or replacement or refund for this product ..

On 02.01.2017, Rs. 5000 has been deducted from my account without my consent. In the Info it is written as " PAYTM APP " . I haven't done any transaction through bank at that time then how can PAYTM deduct money from my bank account directly.
