    I used my debit card to load money Rs 3000 in paytm wallet, money got deducted and also showed transaction is successful but not displayed in wallet. When complained they said amount is settled in account. Its been 1 week from now i havent recievd the money. Please lookinto the issue.

        Hi this is Bhalchandra kumbhar from Mumbai. I was paying my electricity bill by Paytm but it was not paid. But the money was debited from my A/C. The total sum of bill was ₹1120. Due to unpaid of bill the man had came to cut our light. I apologize them and asked for more time. So i request to at this and help me to get the money refunded.

            हमने अपने अकाउंट से दूसरे के अकाउंट में ट्रान्सफर क्र रहे थे जो नही हुआ था और बैलेंस peytm में आ गया था और अकाउंट से पैसे कट गया था
            फिर हमने इसको 05 /01/2017 को पुनः अपने अकाउंट में ट्रान्सफर कर दिया जिसका order id[protected] है जिसमे कहा गया था की बैंक में रूपये 7 दिनोंके अंदर पहुच जायेगा जो अभी भी नही पंहुचा
            कृपया पैसे ट्रान्सफर करने की कृपा करे

              On 20 december amount of 2200 was deducted from my sbi account duringt add money tranfer but didnt got tranfered to the pattym wallet and i receiveced a messages that your amount will be refunded in 48 hours but it didnt happened .I have tried to contact customer care no. The reponse i got was the server is down and within 7 days the money will be refunded but untill today the money is not refunded being a college student the amount is huge for me .Plz try take my request into consideration .

                        Hello this is gettin serious when my money was deducted from my wallet for something which i had to pay and i couldn't not due to some issue.Hence requested for refund after which i got a message that amount was refunded to my paytm wallet but i didn't n there was no record of the amount which I have paid through the wallet as well.I would want a quick response I'm not jobless to mail u back to back for 89 rupees but it's my right to get back my money.

                              1 Dear concern I am Varsha . I have transferred amount of Rs 12050 to paytm wallet from my credit card on 30/12/2016. when I was trying to refund that amount to my credit card back on 01/01/2017 and it was showing that amount has been refunded to bank but I did not received the amount back in my credit card I am facing so much problem with paytm its highly disappointing for me as a costumer that I am not getting any proper resolution for my problem from your customer support as well. I am attaching all screenshots regarding the transactions kindly resolve my problem otherwise I will move for further legal action.

                              2 Dear concern I have complained yesterday about the same reason and I have received a call and they asked me to transfer Rs2000 to my paytm account and also they asked me for my password and other details . Now question arises is that when my previous problem is not resolved then why would I transfer more money to paytm wallet do am I insane or mad ? transfer my money as soon as possible .

                                I ordered pizza through online from the Vendor on Dec 11, 2016 using PayTM account. Vendor could not deliver and cancelled the order. Vendor sent me email on the amount being refunded back to PayTM.

                                However the amount is not reflecting in My Wallet in PayTM. Even after repeated submission of ticket to PayTM customer care this is not resolved yet. No response from anyone in PayTM. I request you to please see this matter and help me to solve this query and credit the same amount to my wallet.
