The amount was added in my vallet but now I have closed my above said no interchanged with [protected] new no. But the vallet amount is not yet transferred to me new account I am following up with you but I am not getting any feedback from you. I humbly request you to please do the needful

    From [protected]. I got all msg day by day. but on 25 dec I registered and verify my no. With Paytm. When I completed the process my Paytm Wallet show 800 rs only. After this I contacted u many times by different channels but my problem is still same. I checked sender passbook many times. I got many fake satisfactory mail by ur side. Plz transfer my 2200/- rupees in my active account...

      I made a bill payment through your app paytm mobile no [protected]. Bill amount of 500 was made against no [protected] on[protected]. The amount deducted but not credited in my bill account. I raised a complaint they are saying that there is no billpayment made then what about my paytm cash which was deducted and not showing in history of the paytm.
      Kindly check my issue again and solve it

        I have all the data of deduction.I have added 315Rs on 23rd Dec 2016 and till date I have received no money back .They replied that the fund will come in 2 days but till now I have received no fund back.
        I have posted number and trnx number also but the fund didn't came till now.so I ask to have action against it.

          Hi I am raising this complaint,
          I was booking ticket in IRCTC through paytm gateway I did my payment too... My amount was deducted and got an order id from PAYTM -

          order ID: [protected].
          My mobile number registered is [protected].
          email address: [protected]@gmail.com

          I raised complaint 3-4 times to paytm as I am not able to reach them.

          In my order page in my account no order found for ticket booking. after 10 days also my amount not refunded. Very disappointed with paytm as it is trusted gateway for money transaction.

          Kindly take an action on this case as this seems to be a big issue, as they blindly provide an order id. which is not reflected in my account and when I raise a ticket in PAYTM website no ticket ID also generated.

            Hello,
            I have done a payment (INR 1744) to Domino's on 26th Dec 16 at 10:05:09 PM.
            Paid for OrderJubliant Order #662fd64c41e95d4b1fe7Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected].
            Due to some technical reason this was not processed at Merchant's end.
            And now they have processed the refund on 2nd of Jan-17.
            But the money not yet credited to my account.
            I have been calling mailing Paytem care almost everyday but no response.
            Please find attached images for reference.

            Also please credit back the money INR 1744 to my wallet.

                I had written several emails to you regarding the above mentioned order and still awaiting 50% cash back of Rs. 2349.50/- only. Every time i receives reply to my email is vague and your executive writes to furnish more information like my transaction ID order ID and every time it is given by me, there is no reply, after 2-3 day another executive copy paste same reply and again ask for more details, in last reply received from PAYTM, your executive said my wallet is credited rs 46.99/- and 50% cash back is given in this amount, the amount credited is cash back transacted on IRCTC and not the order for which im writing you this email.
                Kindly look into the matter Kindly do the needfull

                    On 02.01.2017, Rs. 5000 has been deducted from my account without my consent. In the Info it is written as " PAYTM APP " . I haven't done any transaction through bank at that time then how can PAYTM deduct money from my bank account directly. I have lodged complaints through customer care number but no one called till date.
                    I received call from customer care and me to enter OTP on mobile to adjust reward points and deducted money from credit card to some one PAYTM APP. Message received as transaction done to PAYTM APP.
                    Kindly do needful to get back amount.

                      When I transfer amount from my bank a/c to paytm wallet instead of adding to the wallet it gets refunded to my bank a/c. What is the reason and solution? It had happened three times today morning. I am finding it difficult to make payments. Please reply early.

                          Very worst customer care center to support customer no one contact from paytm

                            I added 900rs 18/12 (transaction Id- [protected]) and I recharged 295 rs after that . But today when I opened my paytm wallet I found my balance is zero which is supposed to be
                            605 rs. It is not showing any any of my recharge and orders in order history and even there was no saved cards.
                            Solve this issue as soon as possible as without using paytm on time make situation even worse .

I have transferred money amount 14, 700 from my paytym account as i have also send uh the screenshot of the paytym msgs .. but when i have checked the account balance in my pnb account there is no money please kindly inform where is my money.Take a serious action
                                as per paytym msg sometimes it may take 7 days bt my money was transferred on 29th of december so its more than 10 days.

                                even i have a talk to my pnb bank they are assuring no money is being transferred from paytym.
