But the money didn't receive in account no and I checked the atm debit card balance that money is debited and in passbook also it is showing that money is debited but it's not credited in account no
Either I want refund in my debit card or in my Paytm wallet or I want money in my account

I transferred Rs. 900 to my Paytm wallet on 9th January through my Axis Bank debit card (see attachment) but my Paytm account is not credited and showing a balance of Rs. 0 (see attachment) . In spite of registering several complaints with customer care and Paytm cyber cell, I got no response. Sick of all the time calling them and getting no response, I am compelled of launching a complaint with you....

I transferred the money yesterday from my Paytm account to my bank account.
It's not yet transferred to my bank account and amount deducted from my Paytm. I sent many mails and raised request no response received yet. It's a kind of fraud services by blocking our money in to their account....

I have sent 4000rs to [protected].
But the transaction got successful from my end. But it is not received by the receiver.

I am sending mails or complaints to them but initially they were saying that transaction is successful but from last week they are not replying back to me.

On december 25, at 5.05 pm, i added an amount of rs 10000 to my paytm wallet, i also got the msg from my bank that 10000 rs is being debited, but in paytm, it is showing that your wallet balance is 0 and your transaction has been failed..
I have tried to reach paytm by sending mails but paytm care not replying to my mails, its all ready 13 th of January, i have not got the refund,
Pls my humble request to look in...

My neighbour who is a security guard in coco Cola company, his name is Sony Tamang, I gave him advice to use paytm, he added Rs 6000/ rupees in paytm wallet on 22.12.2016 & transferred in his account on my advice, but amount didn't credit in his account, than called to customer care, but he didn't connect with customer care, than we mailed to paytm on this web page dated 11.01.2017 Name Lakpa chiring, we get a call from paytm customer care...

I have done the of 800 rupees transaction to my friend, I got the transaction successful message and amount is deducted from my account, but it is not credited to my friend account.

On 27/12/2016 my 4000rs not refunded to my bank and today again my 4000rs I transfer to other bank but the application shows pending process I am going in loss of rs8000 what can I do please tell... SIR, I had been refunding Rs 12050 to my SBI card from PAYTM WALLET on 1st January 2017. After that I got a message that "Paytm has refunded Rs. 12050 your SBI bank card for your order id: [protected] on paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account".

When I going for any transaction it shows "your mobile number is not registered"

When I go for recharge, all process done but at last moment it says mobile number is not registered so I couldn't get OTP. I was change email n mobile number also but same problem repeated.. I need paytm as I do many transactions online.....

i Regularly use paytm for shopping, billing, etc all these days.
during my transactions paytm use to show transaction failed, after retrying payment was successful.

but on 29th dec, 2nd jan and 9th jan during these i have not even used paytm but in my account statement says its amount paid in favior of (one 97 Community Paytm).totally i have lost 1900rs.
i tried to even post a complent in paytm...
