on 5.1.2017 i transferred 8000 rs to my bank account whose details are
Bank txn id: [protected]
wallet txn id:[protected]
rs 8000 deducted from paytm wallet but not credited to my bank account.7 working days has gone.
i complained so many times to paytm team to solve my problem but they told me that paym has rfunded to my bank and bank ref is[protected].i go to bank but they told me that they can not help me and contact paytm.
paytm has no contact number.
HAVE YOU NOT ANY VALUE OF MY MONEY??WHERE IS MY MONEY?? I AM STRICTLY IN NEED OF MONEY TO PAY SOME BILLS. kindly credit to my bank account or i will go to consumer court.
I kindly request u to credit today

      I have made transfer money from my Paytm wallet to my bank RS 5000 on 27.12.2016.
      But till now not yet credited the money to my bank.
      I have called many more times to bank side and Paytm side and also mailing.
      Bank people telling they can't traceout. Paytm people giving with in two days will credit to bank.. But iam waiting for this last 18 days..

              Bought a product through paytm from quikr.. on 14th december ...i havent received my item. I paid5000 for the product through paytm. Where is my product.. Quikr... Paytm.. I want my money back.. I transferred the amount to [protected].. I want my money back.. Quikr have a lot of fake or fraud sites like this.. Why are they allowing these fraud ads in their site.. Its causing lot of people to enter in trouble.. Paytm should increase their buyer protection.. Or otherwise the buyer will loose their money and he will not get his product.

                  Sir i had added 4900rupees to my paytm wallet then i refund to my bank account then i got the sms from paytm that, , paytm has successfully refunded the amount to bank and ur bank could take 7 days to deposite the amount. but today it is 18th day and i didnt recieve amount. solve this issue as soon as possible plzz i need my money back i will never trust paytm again. paytm is a fraud company.

                  it took around 27 days to solve my problem.. i complained on twiitter. i was getting fast reply on twitter. so i suggest people to complaint through twitter rather than email.

                    Have made this payment on the above date to my sbi account. I have been waiting for the payment to be made either to my sbi account or my wallet for more than “12 days”. On 10/1/17 one of your executive called regarding this issues and assured that an official superior to her would be calling to resolve this issue in one or two days. But they never did. This is driving me crazy! I cant wait any more. I need the Payment which i made “immediately”.

                      I transfer Rs. 4000/- money from My SBH account to my Paytm wallet, same time amount added the my paytm wallet after i can select the return to bank option, same time amount detected the paytm wallet and mail came '''we have refunded Rs 4000 to your SBI bank to your order ID [protected] on paytm. your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account'' but till now we have not credited in my bank account and in my paytm wallet.

                      So i am worried for my money, Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

                      We have sent several mail to paytm, but no proper reply from PayTm. Please investigate and help us.

                        But the money didn't receive in account no and I checked the atm debit card balance that money is debited and in passbook also it is showing that money is debited but it's not credited in account no
                        Either I want refund in my debit card or in my Paytm wallet or I want money in my account

                          I transferred Rs. 900 to my Paytm wallet on 9th January through my Axis Bank debit card (see attachment) but my Paytm account is not credited and showing a balance of Rs. 0 (see attachment) . In spite of registering several complaints with customer care and Paytm cyber cell, I got no response. Sick of all the time calling them and getting no response, I am compelled of launching a complaint with you.

                              Hello.. i have booked an ticket from vijayawada to vizianagaram yesterday from sambhavi travels through paytm. below is the ticket screenshot. so, i have called them to inform that i'll be at a point to be board. they said that its ok sir, we will reach u in half n hr. so i have been waiting for them from 10:30 pm till 12:30 am. at 12' clock one man called and said that bus is not coming through that route. then i asked 'i told u 2 hrs before abt my boarding point, y dint u inform me? he said i'll call again. but no one showed up.. i have been waiting in cold with my luggage and no one even returned to my calls. every person i called, after my call they all switched off their mobiles... so, please help me to get my refund...thank you..

                                I being a paytm user wexed by submitting repeated complaints but the company has not taken any responsible action so I hereby remaining you to take action immediately.i have added 5000/- to my paytm wallet on 8-1-2017 from my father's account (SBI) I got a message that payment of 5000/- received by paytm but within few seconds I got another message that payment has cancelled and refunded to SBI bank.when we made a query about this bank manager ordered to make a complaint against paytm since there was no money refunded.i also got other message on[protected] that 2000/- has been credited to my bank account (andhra bank) when I went to andhra bank they said there was no credit in your account I also updated passbook but there's no credit so stop sending fake messages and you have already proved that paytm is fraud...Fake...If this problem is not solved I will make a complaint against paytm with police authorities, Bank authorities and RBI too...

                                  It's not yet transferred to my bank account and amount deducted from my Paytm. I sent many mails and raised request no response received yet. It's a kind of fraud services by blocking our money in to their account.

                                      On december 25, at 5.05 pm, i added an amount of rs 10000 to my paytm wallet, i also got the msg from my bank that 10000 rs is being debited, but in paytm, it is showing that your wallet balance is 0 and your transaction has been failed..
                                      I have tried to reach paytm by sending mails but paytm care not replying to my mails, its all ready 13 th of January, i have not got the refund,
                                      Pls my humble request to look in to this matter, so that i can get my rs 10000 back asap...
