Added rs 1300 to my paytm account and despite continuosly writing to them / raising tickets there is no reply.

Also they do not have any call centre or any such facility that can be used to register and understand custom/specific complaints.

Because of these problems i have ended up creating an alternate account with the same mail id and what not. Still clueless despite writing strict mails to the organisation.br...

Hello sir i have used paytm to add money to my paytm wallet on 4jan2017 rupees 600 the amount has been detuctuded from my bank account on 4jan 2017 but didnt added to paytm wallet and yet not be refunded to me in any way either in paytm wallet or my bank account ...kindly resolve my issue 7 days gone but no refund is done to me...

On 9th Jan 2017 at about 6:15p.m. I deposited Rs.10100 in my paytm wallet by SBBJ debit card. After that I sign up my a/c, I saw my balance was zero. My before balance of this transaction was Rs.185. My total balance was Rs.10285 but my wallet is showed zero balance...Why???

Money transfer but not received the other paytm user or not refunded to me.

On 8th Jan 2016 I made three attempts to transfer Rs 2000 from my HDFC account to PayTM Wallet, on first two attempts i got message on mobile 'transaction reversed/credited' on third attempt i got message that the money has been deducted from my account but not added in wallet, however my bank account transactions shows that Rs 6000 has been transferred to my PayTM Wallet.

Then i made complaint at your website. Immediately...

I have booked flight ticket through paytm and cancelled.
I have raised a refund request but after mailing many times and raising request issue is not yet resolved.In mail they inform that they will get back withing 72 hrs but 6 days is over i didn't get any response.

There is no customer support provided where i can talk directly with any representative.Everything is recorded.

Sir.I am Vikas from pune purchased item from PayTm wallet on 03 jan 17. it was showing that the ordered item will be delivered by 06 of Jan 17. but till today they have not delivered and end of the day the courier service i.e Blue Dart is refusing to deliver the item and they made it "consignee refused to accept " statement by their own not even consulting me or nor a single call they try to contact me...pls help me out

There is a offer if your bill is above 4000 and you had to pay it through paytm so you get 400 rs cashback 200 is wallet cashback and 200 off at movie ticket. I used money refund to bank on 05/jan/2017 and refund 950/- rs to bank Bank txn id is [protected], and wallet txn id is [protected] and its successful but still today at 12/jan/2017 i didn't recieved money in my bank account. It is a several times when I am reporting this issue against the same Wallet Transaction Id: [protected]. I have made a "Refund to Bank" transaction of amount 1000 Rs. with Bank Txn Id ONE97.8024.[protected] as on 2nd Jan 2017.

AAs suggested by Paytm Customer support, this amount should have been credited instantly or within maximum 2 working days.

SIR, I had been refunding Rs 2000 to my SBI account from PAYTM WALLET on 5th January 2017. After that first I got message "we have refunded Rs 2000 your SBI bank for your order id: [protected] on paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account". And another message also got" paytm has refunded Rs 2000 to your account

I have been regularly using Uber cabs for commuting between my home and office at Hyderabad using PayTM wallet. For my ride on 09.01.2017 at 17:42 hrs, payment of Rs.69.84 is being shown as 'not adjusted'. I have balance of Rs.1861.05 in PayTM. Thereafter, I am not able to book Uber, as it is not accepting my booking on the grounds of pending amount.
In the meantime, I referred this to Uber customer care, who advised me to delete PayTM...
