    My neighbour who is a security guard in coco Cola company, his name is Sony Tamang, I gave him advice to use paytm, he added Rs 6000/ rupees in paytm wallet on 22.12.2016 & transferred in his account on my advice, but amount didn't credit in his account, than called to customer care, but he didn't connect with customer care, than we mailed to paytm on this web page dated 11.01.2017 Name Lakpa chiring, we get a call from paytm customer care no. [protected], he asked us, that you are registered any complaint & he told us give me your debit card no, we told him our debit card no that was a big mistake. than 6000/ rupees debited from my neighbour account, we debout on that person, he told us that his name is vivek & we can check paytm customer care no on the Google & match with his no, we did according him, the no was same, after some time, we have lost Rs 6000/ rupees again, the total amount Rs 18000/ was losted by us, we contect in cyber crime pune on 12.01.2017, I would like to give a suggestion all of my friends, don't use paytm, it's a fraud company.           On 27/12/2016 my 4000rs not refunded to my bank and today again my 4000rs I transfer to other bank but the application shows pending process I am going in loss of rs8000 what can I do please tell... In this situation can we do a police complaint against #Paytm. Or how much time paytm want more to give back my money to me is this very disappointed from you paytm please give my money back to me otherwise I do police complaint against you #paytm

            SIR, I had been refunding Rs 12050 to my SBI card from PAYTM WALLET on 1st January 2017. After that I got a message that "Paytm has refunded Rs. 12050 your SBI bank card for your order id: [protected] on paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account".
            (Bank Transaction ID: [protected])". 11 days are completed, the money is not credited to my account. I attached a screenshot about wallet transaction.

              When I going for any transaction it shows "your mobile number is not registered"
              Please do help for the same...

              When I go for recharge, all process done but at last moment it says mobile number is not registered so I couldn't get OTP. I was change email n mobile number also but same problem repeated.. I need paytm as I do many transactions online..

                    Hi sir,
                    i Regularly use paytm for shopping, billing, etc all these days.
                    during my transactions paytm use to show transaction failed, after retrying payment was successful.

                    but on 29th dec, 2nd jan and 9th jan during these i have not even used paytm but in my account statement says its amount paid in favior of (one 97 Community Paytm).totally i have lost 1900rs.
                    i tried to even post a complent in paytm online paytm customer care but it asks for transaction i dont have it as i have not perchased any products/recharga of such amounts.
                    one of the picture shows that the reply from paytm during the chat.
                    the rest of two picture shows my bank passbook details about deduction by paytm.
                    still no response from Paytm please help me and their customer care is horrible i am not able to talk to any of the executive only the answering machine keeps saying paytm karo paytm karo
                    please get this done

                    yesterday paytm official called me suddenly the call was disconnected after me telling the total amount deducted was 1900 rs. i even tried to call them but no response not fair paytm.

                      Added rs 1300 to my paytm account and despite continuosly writing to them / raising tickets there is no reply.

                      Also they do not have any call centre or any such facility that can be used to register and understand custom/specific complaints.

                      Because of these problems i have ended up creating an alternate account with the same mail id and what not. Still clueless despite writing strict mails to the organisation.

                      Not a cool job by them, i see some tough time ahead for PayTm if they go ahead in the same style.

                          On 9th Jan 2017 at about 6:15p.m. I deposited Rs.10100 in my paytm wallet by SBBJ debit card. After that I sign up my a/c, I saw my balance was zero. My before balance of this transaction was Rs.185. My total balance was Rs.10285 but my wallet is showed zero balance...Why???

                              On 8th Jan 2016 I made three attempts to transfer Rs 2000 from my HDFC account to PayTM Wallet, on first two attempts i got message on mobile 'transaction reversed/credited' on third attempt i got message that the money has been deducted from my account but not added in wallet, however my bank account transactions shows that Rs 6000 has been transferred to my PayTM Wallet.

                              Then i made complaint at your website. Immediately after lodging my first online complaint, received phone call from [protected] (at 9.42am) that person took all my details then asked for my debit card CCV no. which i didn't share and disconnect the phone. Then at 10.10 a.m. received another call from PayTM using phone number [protected] which i didn't not entertain. Again at 10.49 received call from PayTM from mobile no [protected]. I presume both these calls were fake.

                              But on 9th Jan Paytm transfer Rs 4000 to my HDFC account and i am still waiting to get Rs 2000 from PayTM

                                I have booked flight ticket through paytm and cancelled.
                                I have raised a refund request but after mailing many times and raising request issue is not yet resolved.In mail they inform that they will get back withing 72 hrs but 6 days is over i didn't get any response.

                                There is no customer support provided where i can talk directly with any representative.Everything is recorded.

                                On 26th december 2016, I successfully added Rs.2600 to my paytm wallet. But after 5 minutes I had added another amount of Rs.2600 again to my wallet. But the money is not added in Paytm wallet. I didn't got any information on the transaction. But my SBH bank balance got debited with transaction Id:[protected]. I contacted the branch, till now no response is generated. I need my money (Rs.2600) quickly. You are not giving any clarification on my money. My paytm wallet is not showing this transaction. But when I contacted in branch it is showing the transaction details added to my paytm account.So I kindly request to forward my money to my Bank account. I had waited long time since 26days. I will take a serious complaint against Paytm regarding this issue.please work on it

                                    Its 8th Jan 2017, shopping at lifestyle store, pecific mall, subhash nagar, new delhi. There is a offer if your bill is above 4000 and you had to pay it through paytm so you get 400 rs cashback 200 is wallet cashback and 200 off at movie ticket. But now its 12th Jan but there is no cashback. I call their customer care no. and register complaint but after 4 days i didn't get any call or sms from their side. My order no. is [protected]. Plz solve my problem. and one more thing, if you have to call paytm customer care so there is no any option for direct call from their executives even rest of the other all customer care there is a department. Even i call to subhash nagar lifestore store but they tell this is paytm service and we can't do anything for it.
                                    I started using 'paytm' . My mobile no. [protected].
                                    When i open the 'paytm' page, the diply shows paytm wallet with options ..'add money, 'pass book' and 'nearby' with symbels/logos.

                                    There is no option for scanning/photograph. Hence unable to use where the facility required.

                                      Hello sir, I HV a paytm account . mene 6 jan 17 KO paytm wallet sent SBI bank account me mony transfer ki thi BT Abhi to mere account me koi mony transfer in Hui h. Mujhe within 7 days me money refund ka mail to aaya BT Abhi tk muje mere 5398 rupees refund no hue. I send u a pic of my successful transfer. But Abhi tk koi amount nhi aaya mere bank account me.
