I (Vipin) transferred 1000 Rs/- to Mukesh Gautam Account by Paytm send money on
last Friday 25th November.Transaction ID *[protected]*

But the amount has not been updated on Receiver's account.

If we call the customer care, it says there is balance of Rs 1000. However the same is not reflected on paytm App via mobile and Web browser both.

I purchased certain items from one authorized vendor - ASHOK GOSSAIN - for Rs. 691 on the 4th of Jan (shop in Laxmi Nagar, behind Hira Sweets on Vikas Marg, Delhi). The shop owner was away with his mobile and kept telling his staff that the money was not credited to the account hence did not deliver goods.
I tried again and again before he could confirm to his staff about receiving the msg about Paytm transaction on his mobile.br...

I was paying my electricity bill(jaipur vidyut vitran nigam electricity board) Rs 1188/- against no. of [protected] through allahabad bank debit card . Initially it show transactions succeed and I assured that bill payment had done successfully. but actually electricity board did not got this payment.I went in the electricity board and deposited my pending bill with penaulty cause of paytm. So please take strong action against it.

I transferred money from paytm to My bank account of Rs. 11500 with transaction id ([protected]) and order id ([protected]) on 22nd december 2016. But its not reflected in my account. when i called a bank they are saying money is not credit in your account what would i do. Kindly help me out from this mess. and reply my soon. here i attach my account statement is well details given below;

Hi partik here paytm deducted an amount of 7015.00 without asking me to justdial on 9th january in the morning i did mail them with the details but yet no response from them please help me and their customer care is horrible i am not able to talk to any of the executive only the answering machine keeps saying paytm karo paytm karo

I booked online bus ticket ticket from Thane to aurangabad for Dolphin bus operator on 6 jan 2017 .amount paid online is 713 rupees from my axis bank account Transaction details are INB/[protected]. BUS TICKET NOT BOOKED AND MESSAGE DISPLAYED was transaction failed. hence i booked ticket again .But my bank account statement shows deduction of Rs 713 twice .Hence i request to reimbuse Rs 713 in my bank account .

Sir 5/1/2017. Ko mens paytm me 8500 add kiya tha aur vapas account me transfer kiya tha par account me paisa vapas jama nahi huva 7 din se jada hogaya he. Paytme pe complain karta hu to vo bolte he ki hamne kar diya but kiya ho ta to account me batana chaiye na. Vo bolte he SBI me complain karo SBI wale bolte he paytm me complain karo ab kaha janr ka mujhe

Refund not credited
I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

Whenever I check my Refund status, it shows REFUNDED TO BANK, but...

My mobile no. Is [protected]. I added rs. 500/- from my saving bank account punjab and sind bank on dated jan.10, 2017 but amount is not credited in my atm wallet pass book.
You are requested to kindly update my payment as soon as possible.
This gives me a lot of trouble and binds me not to go for atm transactions infuture. Really this is shocking for me.
Hope my problem shall be rectified.

I had added Rs 1000 to my Paytm wallet from my Indusind Bank credit card on 05.01.2017 at 8.50 pm. but till date the money is not reflected to my wallet, My registered Mobile Number is [protected]. I also confirmed from the Indusind Customer care executive that the money is claimed by Paytm and the Authorization code for that is 275014...

I transferred a sum of 1015rs back to bank on 31st december from my paytm account, but not yet credited to my bank account..., paytm customer service is very worst...

I have transferred Rs. 9500 from my debit card at 12:36 pm, on Jan 11 2017, the order No. is [protected] and again i tried for the same amount at 12:40 pm, on Jan 11 2017, the order no. is [protected].

At the second attempt I got message from bank that they cut off from my account Total Rs. 9500/-. But still i haven't received money in my wallet nor you returned it to my bank account. I am very disappointed. I need that money...

My order Id is [protected]. I am waiting for my 3000rs. My registered mobile no. is [protected]. Money is deducted from paytm wallet successfully but do not added in my bank account while transferring. I talkee to my bank, they said no money has been deposited for my account from Paytm. My all 3000 rs are disappeared from paytm wallet and paytm custmer service centre is also not helping in getting my money back.Please never use paytm. it sucks...

Mere no par [protected] se 10.01.2017 ko call ata hai ar mera purana 25040 rs wapas mere acount me tranfer krne ko khta hai ar uske bad mujhe rs 12 ka charge pay krne ko khta hai uske bad mere acount se 8576rs nikal liya.
Bina mujhe btaye ar meri jankari k bina paise nikal liya chor sala.
