I used money refund to bank on 05/jan/2017 and refund 950/- rs to bank Bank txn id is [protected], and wallet txn id is [protected] and its successful but still today at 12/jan/2017 i didn't recieved money in my bank account. And second refund amount is also 950/- to bank Bank txn id is [protected] and wallet txn id is [protected] both payments not recieved in bank account till today kindly refund the total amount of rs 1900/- urgently i need it in my bank account bcz i issued a cheque to my client and that's to be cleared by today.
Kindly please communicate the recipient of the money.kindly please communicate the complete mobile no. also to whom the payment is made.

      Hi,

      It is a several times when I am reporting this issue against the same Wallet Transaction Id: [protected]. I have made a "Refund to Bank" transaction of amount 1000 Rs. with Bank Txn Id ONE97.8024.[protected] as on 2nd Jan 2017.

      AAs suggested by Paytm Customer support, this amount should have been credited instantly or within maximum 2 working days.
      Now today is 9th working day, and the amount Rs 1000, has neither been created to my bank account/Card (ICICI bank) nor got rolled back to my wallet ([protected]).

      I am not sure why you guys are not taking care of this issue. This lack of oversight is raising a big concern about Security Aspects/customer services being provided by Paytm.

      I raised this issue around 4 to 5 times but the issue has not been fixed yet!!

        SIR, I had been refunding Rs 2000 to my SBI account from PAYTM WALLET on 5th January 2017. After that first I got message "we have refunded Rs 2000 your SBI bank for your order id: [protected] on paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account". And another message also got" paytm has refunded Rs 2000 to your account
        (Transaction ID: [protected])". 7 days are completed, the money is not credited to my account. I attach a screenshot photo about wallet transaction.

        Paytm had been taken my debit card no., cvv, date of birth by a calling no.[protected] and he said that money will refund within 30 second, yesterday.
        But, i haven't get my money yet.When I am calling back that number, its went dailler tune and taking the charges without talking to paytm clients.
        Sir, it is already completed a week when I was refunded to my SBI account.Please help me. I got very sadness of matters.

          I ordered a fujitsu laptop on 26th December 2016 worth RS24599. Seller cancelled the order on 28th of December. received the message from paytm your will get refund in 7-10 working day's. But till date I have not received my refund.

            Dear Sir,

            I have recharge airtel DTH( Customer ID : [protected]) order no.-
            [protected]

            which got failed (OOps) due to long time delay or any other server/network problem.
            after knowing that my previous order no. is failed i have re-entered payment with following order no. [protected], [protected], [protected]
            All payment are under transaction till today.
            199 Rs have been deducted from my bank account.
            Still not refunded neither my airtel dth ( Customer ID : [protected]) has been recharged.
            There is no cancel option coming on PAYTM
            Requesting PAYTM to cancel all orders and refund this amount in my PAYTM wallet or account no.

              I am ordered Fab Exclusive Maroon Velvet Designer Lehenga on 16/12/2016 and it is small so due to size not fit me I request for return but they do not view my point of return and reject my return request after 7 days. Paytm give me the reason of return rejected that I have to return one item about 1 year ago and one item returned about 1.5 years ago

              They do not saw that why I want to returned item and flag my account If they have problem they do not dispatch but after dispatch and due to small size it is not useful for me they have to return it but they can't

                I have been regularly using Uber cabs for commuting between my home and office at Hyderabad using PayTM wallet. For my ride on 09.01.2017 at 17:42 hrs, payment of Rs.69.84 is being shown as 'not adjusted'. I have balance of Rs.1861.05 in PayTM. Thereafter, I am not able to book Uber, as it is not accepting my booking on the grounds of pending amount.
                In the meantime, I referred this to Uber customer care, who advised me to delete PayTM mode of payment and again add PayTM. Accordingly, I deleted the mode. But to my dismay, it is not accepting adding PayTM.
                I shall be thankful, if the pending amount is cleared early and intimate me of the same.
                I may be guided for again adding PayTM mode of payment to Uber, so that I can travel hasslefree.

                  I added money in my paytm wallet but money did not added in my paytm wallet .
                  Added money on 07/01/2017
                  Money deducted on my bank account but did not added to my paytm wallet.
                  Your customer care said that we wait about 48 hours the money did not added in paytm account will be sender to your bank account but the money not send in my paytm account or not send in my bank account.
                  As we go to my bank branch we talk to the branch manager he said your problem will be solve by paytm ..

                          I purchased certain items from one authorized vendor - ASHOK GOSSAIN - for Rs. 691 on the 4th of Jan (shop in Laxmi Nagar, behind Hira Sweets on Vikas Marg, Delhi). The shop owner was away with his mobile and kept telling his staff that the money was not credited to the account hence did not deliver goods.
                          I tried again and again before he could confirm to his staff about receiving the msg about Paytm transaction on his mobile.
                          In the process, the amount got debited to me thrice !!
                          Please reverse 2 excess the entries asap to rectify the mistake.
                          Also, sensitize the merchants - like keeping the paytm registered mobile in the shop - on the sanctity of these deals to avoid this kind of harassment to buyers.

                          I lodged a complaint a while ago for three times debit of one transaction from my credit card.
                          To my utter shock, a cheat called me up on the number given in the complaint and asked for details of credit card (card number, expiry and CVV code) to reverse the amounts. I suspected it to be a fraud when he asked for CVV code as even banks do not ask for it.
                          Luckily, on my other number I got a call from Credit card company asking if I was doing a transaction for Rs. 6992/ which I was not doing. On the advise of the Bank, the credit card has been blocked to save any damage to me.
                          My serious complaint - for which I will not shy away from lodging a Police complaint, putting it on social media and also writing to PMO who are pushing for cashless transactions and thus exposing customers these risks - now is HOW COME THE DATA WAS RELEASED TO A FRAUDSTER and maintained properly by PAYTM? OR is it that Paytm employees are hand in glove with these cheats?
                          Please revert immediately as this is very serious issue - not only for me but also for the Government, other users of online transaction and for Paytm's credibility.

                            I was paying my electricity bill(jaipur vidyut vitran nigam electricity board) Rs 1188/- against no. of [protected] through allahabad bank debit card . Initially it show transactions succeed and I assured that bill payment had done successfully. but actually electricity board did not got this payment.I went in the electricity board and deposited my pending bill with penaulty cause of paytm. So please take strong action against it.
