    Someone used my paytm account on 13-feb-2016 and my transaction id is [protected].
    But i dont know anything about it. And now i recived rs 5000 by navdeep mobile no. [protected] and itstransaction id is - [protected] on dec 2, 2016 22:11:43 and my account is blocked for login
    I have requested paytm team many times but they are not that much help full kindly help me to unblock my account or refund the balance from my wallet to navdeep again

      I've made TATASky DTH recharge of RS 1800/- and found that recharge didnot happen where as the status of transactions is shown as Success in Paytm.

      When i've enquired with TATASky they are saying they did not receive any kind of payment from PAYTm

      It has been 24 hours and PAYTm asks me everytime to wait for another 2 hours.This is ridiculous

      PAytm please pay my money back :( :(

            I had added ₹14000 to the maytm wallet from the sbi bank savings bank account on december 31st 2016. At the very next minute I tranferred ₹14000 back to the same account. Paytm gave an instruction that it will take 7 working days to refund the money back to the account. Now its more than 10 days and still the amount is not credited to the account. When we contacted the paytm customer care through email, they said that the transaction is successful and the sbi bank has given reference number and asked to contact the sbi bank using the reference number. But when I contacted the branch they said the money is not credited and asked to contact the paytm again.

                I added 977₹ to my Paytm wallet and after a days i return to bank. Amount from Paytm has been deducted but i didn't get those amount to my bank spite of 12 days.
                Customer care services is very poor. Calling them since 10days but they're not responding. Very careless customer service. I need my money back anyway. You guys can't be so careless. Give my money back.

                  I have deposited 6900 Rs from my Andhra Bank debit card to Paytm wallet on December 29th 2016. I clicked return to bank option for the same amount on the same day. The Paytm transaction is showing successful but, neither the amount was deposited to my bank nor refunded back to my wallet. Below is the transaction details:

                  I have raised complaint with them twice, set emails to them regarding this. It has been 14 days but no one responded till now.

                  I had deposited 700 rupees...from my boi bank accout on[protected], , after that i click on the return back money to my account but it did not respond on[protected], , , i tried again on[protected] on 8:15 pm...shows retun to your account...after that i checked my ac. balance on[protected] and found money had not return to my account...

                  They will not reply immediately, but one fine day they will get back to us. Email them the complete details about your problem.

                  If you want your money immediately that is never going to happen. I waited for 15 days to get my money back

                  Hi pls help me. I received mail from paytm care. The said ur refund has been resolved like that. Now Wat can I do. But I didn't get refund either bank ac or paytm. How do u get.
                  I had written several emails to PAYTM regarding the my order and still awaiting 50% cash back of Rs. 2349.50/- only. Every time i receives reply to my email is vague and your executive writes to furnish more information like my transaction ID order ID and every time it is given by me, there is no reply, after 2-3 day another executive copy paste same reply and again ask for more details, in last reply received from PAYTM, your executive said my wallet is credited rs 46.99/- and 50% cash back is given in this amount, the amount credited is cash back transacted on IRCTC and not the order for which im writing you this email.
                  Kindly look into the matter Kindly do the needfull

                    I have added 7800Rs from bank account to paytm wallet on 6th jan..transaction shown as failed and order as cancelled but money has been deducted immediately from my bank account but still amount is not generated in paytm wallet...and no one is answering..where is my money and who will return it and when..its really upsetting that paytm is not responding about it..please help your customer... go through my mail & help me out with this its been 6-7 days not yet refunded.

                    I made Vodafone payment of rs.100 on 3:53 pm, Jan 04 2017 and my Order No is [protected] through paytm website. Money from my account got debited but i can see status in website as payment confirmation awaited. when can i expect my recharge done?. and there is no respose from the support team.
                    I returned back my money Rs.1500 in my bank account from paytym wallet on 3rd Jan'17, but my money is not reflecting in my bank account yet . As per Axis bank instruction they haven't received money back from Paytym wallet .

                      1. Order # [protected] on 9th january. 900 rupess debited from my account for metro card recharge. It failed money not refunded.

                      2.1. Order # [protected] on 10th january. 500 rupess debited from my account for metro card recharge. It still waiting for operator confirmation..

                      Raised ticket on tool many times and mailed them. No revert.
                      Not able to contact on customer care as only ivr option comes.

                          1) My money got deducted from Bank. Wallet is not filled. Order says money is refunded to bank. After 3.5 business working days still waiting for money to get refunded. Useless APP. Out of all application, applications related to money & health care are to be critical applications as far as I know. But this app is worst. Its not users responsibility to raise complaints followup on the complaints for the money which he has already paid.
                          3 Orders failed [protected], [protected], [protected].
                          I beg parden to PAYTM team for using their app.
                          2) No one answers when we call the customer care number. Only IVR plays continuously. When we enter order it says no data available for the order
                          3) The navigation is very difficult in paytm.in/care. Its very confusing. It sends OTP, it does not accept, it accepts it hangs all sorts of problems I am facing.
                          It does not show the failed orders for raising ticket. I don't know who the idiot who designed this app.
                          I have been using smart phone for long. Imagine the situation of poor people who are new to technology. Their money will be gone. and they would not know how to get back. This is certainly not digitization.

                            As I had transfer 1500/- rs on 05/01/2017 from Paytm account to my IDBI account, But By mistake I have entered wrong account number as [protected] my correct account number is

                            Till now I have not received any communication from your side, As I have spoken in my bank and branch they say amount has been credited in wrong account from Paytm side, As Paytm should confirm account number matches with account name and IFSC code then only they should transfer the funds.
                            Kindly help me to get my funds back, don't play like its with IDBI bank or with Paytm.

                              On 7th Jan 2017, i recharged a no [protected] by the amount of rs 100(talk time ) & 296(4G recharge) but due to typo error i typed [protected].
                              I recharged this no three time two times data pack and one time talk time

                              total amount deducted from my paytm is =296+296+100=692

                                Ref: 17658716. I've transferred Rs. 5000 however amount is not transferred. I've written multiple complaints however there hasn't been any response. At last I received a email with above mentioned reference number and reads only a standard statement. I've been sending multiple emails and raising multiple complaints over the app but pathetic service from Paytm.

                                I don't know where is my Rs. 5000 gone. Please help me in resolving this issue. Thanks.

                                  I was adding money rs 600 to my paytm wallet on dated 9/1/17. Money has been deducted from my bank account but my paytm wallet is not credited till now and money is still not refunded to my bank account or to my paytm wallet.
                                  O i requet you to please take action on this issue as soon as possible. I called to paytm customer care and it told that money will be refunded to my account or paytm wallet in two days but it still hasn't been credited

                                      Paytm_reviews : paytm does not send money to my bank account paytm is a fraud company

                                      Paytm is a fraud company. When i send money from my paytm wallet to my sbi bank account. Paytm shows that money has sent to my account but money not receive to my bank account. When i register a complaint to paytm. Then they reply after three days by mail that they sent money to bank and contact to your bank. I contact to my bank then bank say that there is no money received from paytm.

                                      I don't know that what should i do.
