Iam transferred money 5000 rupees paytm to my bank acount, since 04/01/2017.transfer complete messege is coming.but can not money received my bank acount .then iam calling paytm consumer care so many times.but no replay is coming.we so poor.we want 5000 rupees.this is my salery.sir. as early as possible plz help me sir.next time iam dont use paytm and cashless transfers.thank u sir

I am writing this mail to inform you a complaint regarding paytm transactions.
I transfer the money from paytm wallet to bank account on 21st December at 19.52 having the wallet transaction id :[protected] and having the bank transaction id - [protected]. Now it's more than 20 days. Till now 13300 rs is not credited on my bank account o wallet.I am writing mails and also complained through the app itself....

The amount get debited from my 2 bank accounts ICICI and HDFC bank, as per bank its a valid transaction and that amount is transferred to PayTM only.

I had done so many mails to paytm and I got only statement from PayTM side which says total 1290/- is in my PayTM wallet, but I can not see the see the same in PayTM wallet.

Sill my paytm wallet balance is 0 / -.

I am having a retail shop and i accept payments thorugh paytm.
after 1st jan 2017 limit of retailers was extended and for information of it i made a call to paytm executive who helped me installing paytm on my shop. but after when i was having problems regarding it the executive was not responding properly. i told him to make me talk to his senior but he was saying that he is the head & no one is above him .

I tried payment transaction of Rs.7018/- in PAYTM on 25th Dec 2016 with my credit card which notified a window of transaction failure for order #IG[protected] but the amount was taken from my bank account. I had purchase a bingo U8 smart watch and it is delivered on 28 dec. 2016. After that one week it was working properly and in good condition. Yesterday, i initiated 3 transactions from my PayTM wallet to a IDBI bank account where i entered a wrong account number (Instead of [protected], i gave [protected]). This transfer is initiated for the branch IBKL0001205 and it shows "Success" status. This branch doesn't have the provided account number as all the account numbers would start with 1205*. It would be great, if you can help me in refunding...

I tried to add an amount of money of Rs 1000 to my Paytm wallet from my SBI bank account by using my SBI Debit Card .Perhaps, due to some technical reason, the payment order declined but Rs.1000 debited from my bank account. I have been using Paytm wallet for Uber rides and had a balance of Rs. 200. On Saturday, 07/01/2017, I downloaded Paytm App from Google playstore and during the process, it tracked the already existing account and prompted for merging the two accounts and I accepted. Now, Paytm is showing a balance of Rs.0 !! I lost Rs.200 from the older account in the process..I want the amount to be refunded ASAP to the existing account.
