I was adding money rs 600 to my paytm wallet on dated 9/1/17. Money has been deducted from my bank account but my paytm wallet is not credited till now and money is still not refunded to my bank account or to my paytm wallet.
O i requet you to please take action on this issue as soon as possible. I called to paytm customer care and it told that money will be refunded to my account or paytm wallet in two days but it still hasn't been credited

    DEAR PAYTM TEAM,
    When i open my account by register mobile number ([protected]) and click to passbook than opection send to money but after that blank show not show opection transfer. so please i request to peytm team regarding this help me and contact me on [protected].
    and other complaint is my email id not register on my paytm account so also help regarding this.

      Paytm_reviews : paytm does not send money to my bank account paytm is a fraud company

      Paytm is a fraud company. When i send money from my paytm wallet to my sbi bank account. Paytm shows that money has sent to my account but money not receive to my bank account. When i register a complaint to paytm. Then they reply after three days by mail that they sent money to bank and contact to your bank. I contact to my bank then bank say that there is no money received from paytm.

      I don't know that what should i do.

        I had added ₹1900 to the maytm wallet from the canara bank savings bank(SB) account on december 31st 2016. At the very next minute I tranferred ₹1900 back to the same account. Paytm gave an instruction that it will take 7 working days to refund the money back to the account. Now its more than 10 days and still the amount is not credited to the account. When we contacted the paytm customer care through email, they said that the transaction is successful and the canara bank has given reference number and asked to contact the canara bank using the reference number. But when I contacted the branch they said the money is not credited and asked to contact the paytm again.

          Now you have to ask him to deliver to my home

            On 31dec, 2016 around 10.00pm I, transferred Rs.1000 from bank to paytm wallet.The same amount is debited from bank Account but not credited in paytm wallet.I registered complaint many times on[protected] and[protected] but all in vain.Please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.

              I used to login into Paytm for recharging my Metro card thru mobile phone login. my balance was around Rs 1300/-
              I thought since Paytm is increasing in India and its accepted even by vegetable vendors, I should also add my email id in the profile. when I added my email id, the Balance suddenly become "0"/Zero.
              I tried to reset but could not. I called the helpline, but it was of no use. I complained thru email.but did not got any particular reply. Just got a generic reply that pls check your account again.
              I sent 3 reminders, copying the CEO, Mr Harinder and even the promoter, My Vijay Sekhar, but till date have not got any favourable reply from anyone from Paytm,

                  I have used a Send Money option available in Paytm using Paytm IOS app which has a critical defect/bug in the app.

                  But receiver doesn't receive the amount Rs.1600 as transaction got failed. Then I verified the amount then it was proper in my Paytm wallet.

                  Later after the critical bug has been fixed for Paytm IOS app, I upgraded my Paytm from Apple Store.

                  After upgrading when I opened the Paytm account then I realized Rs.11200 has been deducted from my Paytm wallet which means 7 times Rs.1600 has been deducted for the same date, same time along with seconds.

                  Please refer the screen print photo attached.

                  When I raised a customer care ticket then they responded telling that "We don't have money reversal policy, once transferred".
                  And most annoying thing is you don't have option to reach out to customer care service representative through phone number.
                  Again I raised couple of customer service requests but until now I have not received any call from their end.

                          I was trying to pay through paytm gateway on letsgetwet.in for the amount of 4998/- INR but As i submitted the OTP I received. the page did not load.. The amount got deducted from my credit card. But it was not credited successful on my end and for the receiver too. The money has not been reverted back to my credit card. The payment was made on 30/12/2016 around 430 p.m. IST
                          Please help!!

                            I have rs 1400 in my paytm wallet. I want to transfer that amount in my idbi bank account. My account is registered on my mail Id [protected]@yahoo.in, but my phone no is changed and now I am shifted to USA after my marriage.Because of my phone number change, I have a trouble in login and I found it difficult to use my wallet money.If possible reply me via emails please.

                              Sir I m shashi Dwivedi I.was sending money from paytm wallet to bank of Baroda account.but paytm wallet deducted but not received amount in my account and not refund in my paytm wallet.I am facing this problem in 3 days.. already I registered complain through paytm .but no one company executive treat me.as Like some incidence effected company value and company business..please resolved this problem as soon as possible .. otherwise I will take legal action against the company

                                Respected sir,
                                I am writing this mail to inform you a complaint regarding paytm transactions.
                                I transfer the money from paytm wallet to bank account on 21st December at 19.52 having the wallet transaction id :[protected] and having the bank transaction id - [protected]. Now it's more than 20 days. Till now 13300 rs is not credited on my bank account o wallet.I am writing mails and also complained through the app itself. on 31st december i get the reply from paytm that money will be credited within 2 or 3 days . After that i dont get any response from the paytm care.i am attaching the received reply mail and details about the transactions. Kindly check this and please credit back the money as soon as possible because its for medical treatment .I am attaching the Screenshot of my wallet transaction with this. please give a call back if you need any more details to [protected].

                                  The amount get debited from my 2 bank accounts ICICI and HDFC bank, as per bank its a valid transaction and that amount is transferred to PayTM only.

                                  I had done so many mails to paytm and I got only statement from PayTM side which says total 1290/- is in my PayTM wallet, but I can not see the see the same in PayTM wallet.

                                  Sill my paytm wallet balance is 0 / -.

                                  This mails are started from[protected]. Still my problem is not solved.

                                    I am having a retail shop and i accept payments thorugh paytm.
                                    after 1st jan 2017 limit of retailers was extended and for information of it i made a call to paytm executive who helped me installing paytm on my shop. but after when i was having problems regarding it the executive was not responding properly. i told him to make me talk to his senior but he was saying that he is the head & no one is above him .
                                    i only want that my problem that i am having should be solved or hence in the end i have decline to payments from paytm and try others...

                                      16 days had past, I had to recieve a payment of rs 2000 in my bank account, the money is not credited to my account till now, there are 8 business days gone but till now money is not credited to my bank, paytm is claiming that they had sucessfully transferred payment to bank account, when i ask them for reference number, they do not reply on my mail and ticket.if you are true, then please provide me the reference number of transaction, so that i can claim my amount in bank.
