I had purchase a bingo U8 smart watch and it is delivered on 28 dec. 2016. After that one week it was working properly and in good condition. But on 09 jan. 2017 it has stop working by displaying a notification low battery and when i tried to charge it, Neither it is charging nor it is switching on.I had alredy tried to switching it on but it did not work for me.Please resolve this as soon as possible.

    I also met this problem..my account 5000 cut. But still I m not getting.i dont know how to get that amount. Jan 5 that amount cut from Wallet till its not getting to my account.i complained so many times. But no response.

      Hi Team,

      Yesterday, i initiated 3 transactions from my PayTM wallet to a IDBI bank account where i entered a wrong account number (Instead of [protected], i gave [protected]). This transfer is initiated for the branch IBKL0001205 and it shows "Success" status. This branch doesn't have the provided account number as all the account numbers would start with 1205*. It would be great, if you can help me in refunding back my amount to my PayTM wallet at the earliest. Or please let me know, who's retaining this amount as that IDBI branch doesn't have no such account numbers?

      Note: 3 transactions of 5000 each was initiated towards the same unavailable\wrong account. Transaction details are attached for your reference.

      Awaiting for someones genuine help as it's a huge amount and major part of my salary.

          I have been using Paytm wallet for Uber rides and had a balance of Rs. 200. On Saturday, 07/01/2017, I downloaded Paytm App from Google playstore and during the process, it tracked the already existing account and prompted for merging the two accounts and I accepted. Now, Paytm is showing a balance of Rs.0 !! I lost Rs.200 from the older account in the process..I want the amount to be refunded ASAP to the existing account.

              On 8th january 2017 I added Rs4000 from my Bank of Baroda Debit card my money is deducted from my bank account but not credited in my wallet paytm shows transaction cancelled and money refund to bank but money is not credited in my bank account or in my paytm wallet .                 I tried to to add money to my paytm wallet of no. [protected] account, ₹300, order no. [protected] on[protected], but my order was not succesful. My money was deducted from my bank account but not refunded yet. After that i tried again to add money ₹300 but this time also my order was unsuccessful, order no. [protected]. This time also my money was deducted from bank account but not refunded yet. So my ₹600 is not refunded. I am very disappointed with this. I request to refund my money at the earliest. Hope you will not force me to approach consumer court.

                  I made added to paytm 2000/-ON 08/01/2017 but not added and same debited from accounts through transaction: BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-/[protected]_SCWW.

                  REQUEST TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AND REDIM TO ACCOUNT (OR) add to paytm account.

                  i have lodge a complaint on today at 12.00pm in same web site after lodging, i got a call from paytm call centre and asked debit card details for remidance of 2000/- to my account . i belive you site and i have given debit card details. he fraud me for 33500/-, he made transaction from account in the name of paytm.

                  Again a call from paytm call centre :[protected] saying that sorry opalize that debited from your bank account fromtransactions were may due to server overload. and asking new account details for return back the amount 33500 +2000/- due to unable since account is blocked.

                  for your kind information as bank you can remit the wrong transaction back to my account.

                      I have ordered a Wardrobe from paytm, the seller was Home Town. The order Id is: [protected]. The product delivered was of different colour and I have raised a complaint immediately on Jan 5, 2017. The reference number for the complaint is : 17724689.
                      For that complaint, it was asked to provide the pictures of the product along with the pictures of all the packages, which I have provided on Jan 6, 2017. I have also noticed that the product is damaged as well and informed the same in the mail.
                      However, I have not received any further communication from Paytm customer support after 4 days. I have dropped another 3 mails and tried to call them twice, but customer representatives are not receiving calls, rather they are telling they will contact us within 2 days. Which means there is no emergency assistance.

                      Extremely poor customer support.
                      I am doing online shopping for last 3 years and I have bought several products from Flipkart and Amazon and their customer support service is excellent. But handling with Paytm customer care is nightmare.
                      Recommending everyone not to buy from Paytm.

                        Have made a online transaction from ICICI bank to Unique Piped Gas which got failed during processing. Post discussion with Bank got to understand transaction was successful at their end but got failed at Paytm Mobile solution end.

                        This is with regards to refund of Rs 560.98 as it is now around one month this transaction failed & was in a notion that it will get automatically refunded in my account.

                          On 8th Jan'17 I made two add money to paytm wallet transaction from Uber App received sms from the bank that the an amount 200+1800 has been paid to PAYTM1153658 (Rs 200/-)and ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS(Rs.1800/-).

                          But the same didn't credited in the paytm wallet. I tried to contact the company given mail at - [protected]@Paytm.com. Tried to speak to the customer care representative at the following Numbers –[protected] / [protected] but only IVR machine was responding with no resolution.

                                I am writing this mail with deep sadness as my amount Rs 10000 is not credited to my paytm wallet and amount got deducted from Axis savings account

                                I have been sending lots of email and hardly i get response after many days which is all non favourable to me. Its been more than 45 days from today this issue still going on but nothing is favouring me so far

                                I am being honest here, i am asking my money with solid proofs by attaching the email which states that paytm wallet is credited with Rs 10000/- but it is not credited when i checked in paytm wallet account or passbook transaction. Also following up with Axis bank to reverse my amount but they are saying paytm is responsible for this not bank. Either paytm has to send email to Axis bank stating amount did not credited to my paytm wallet and please reverse the amount to my axis savings account

                                Recently i got a reply from paytm stating that amount couldn't credit as below which is not at all good

                                We would like to inform you that generally amount transfer doesn't happen due to the following reasons:

                                1) User's wallet limit gets exceeded
                                2) User's mobile number or account is not verified (For wallet to wallet transfer)
                                3) Bank downtime (For Wallet to Bank transfer)

                                User can transfer maximum 25 K amount(wallet to wallet + wallet to bank ) in a calendar month in case if you have reached your maximum limit then you will not be able to make a transaction.

                                    I had booked a flight ticket through PayTM, the flight got cancelled, they provided me a refund amount which is not correct. Me and my friends had booked the tickets together, they received a different amount of refund which was no way comparable to mine. I had raised the same complaint to PayTM, they had only responded to my initial mails understanding the problem totally wrong that I had cancelled the ticket, after explaining the problem multiple times they even stopped responding to the email.

                                    I had raised the complaint initially to Indigo, on 23rd of December 2016. They told they had processed the refund and to check the same with PayTM.
                                    I raised the concern to PayTM on 24th of December 2016, and till today I haven't received the exact refund amount and later they even stopped responding for my emails.

                                      During login i am getting message of account blocked since 8thJan'2017 i am mailing daily to paytm customer care for my blocked account but till date there is no reply from them nor my account is been unblocked, also no reason for blocking my account. My registered mobile no is [protected]. there is balance of Rs. 883/- in my account. i cannot access my account nor unblock from forget password option.

                                      Paytm is not transferred my money to the SBI bank account. I'm already told to the paytm care but company is not replied to me. So, please help me

                                      My money has been deducted from my wallet as well from debit card but my train ticket has not been booked my ord id is#[protected]
                                      Vide booking id number 89837 on 28.12.2016, it was intimated that about order status. the order status was shown as FAILURE.
                                      THOUGH THE ABOUT OF RS. 440/- WAS DEBITED FROM BY AXIS BANK ACCOUNT.
                                      ON REACHING CINEMA HALL I WAS ASKED TO BUY TICKETS AS ONLINE BOOKING WAS NOT COMPLETED.
                                      YOU ARE REQUESTED TO REFUND MY ABOVE AMOUNT

                                        This is regarding shopping order# [protected] with PayTM, I have registered several complaints regarding Cashback not received .
                                        It had been a few days, but I have not heard back from them yet
                                        I requested for the order to be cancelled today.
                                        Not sure when they will respond back. They did not provide a complaint number which I find a little odd

                                        I had transferred Rs 2058 to my paytm account and the balance is Rs 2060. Now my old one paytm account get merged with the new one on same number and mail id. The account balance shown in the passbook is Rs 0.

                                        Actually 7000 rupees add in my paytm wallet. That ₹ 7000 transfer to another account but it is not transferred. Mail id and password was i forgot, so that my account was blocked. I created another account. I didn't get my money to return to my bank account plzzzz... I don't have money also. My new mail id was [protected]@yahoo.com.
