Yesterday on 08th of Jan 2017, at around 10.20 am, I made an attempt to add Rs5000 on my Paytm wallet through ICICI debit card. But though my money was debited from my account and though I received an email from ICICI that it was transferred to my patym account, it was not added to my patym wallet, I was doing this transaction to pay my House rent, its a sincere request . please kindly refund as soon as possible, I have to pay the rent with in 11/1/2017.     I had booked a mobile (sansui x47) on 21 December 2016 and it was delivered on 25 december 2016. I have noticed some problem in this mobile . It quite often hang while opening functions like contact, camera etc . So I want to return this mobile... so I was requested to "paytm mobile solution" to kindly go to my complain and resolve my problem as soon as it possible

      I have been adding money to the paytm wallet dated 08/01/2017 with amount Rs. 1500/- from my axis bank account. It seems that the money is deducted from my axis bank account but paytm wallet is showing no addition of that amount. Request you to resolve this issue at the earliest. This has happened with many other customers using paytm. Kindly get some solution for this as its the matter of one thousand five hundred bucks. Thank you. Hope u resolve this as soon as possible.

        On 29 dec 2016 i add money to my paytm account with 2800 but on 31 dec 2016 i make a refund of my money (2800) back to my icici bank account, i received a message from paytm that within 7 working days ur money will be transfer but today is 9 jan 2016 and still i didn't received my 2800 in my bank.
        i try to contact them but there customer care were totally artificial not geneuine
        and send them a lots of emails but didn't received any response till date.

          i have already complaint about this issue but till now i didnt recieve my amount of 4900 rupees, which should be refund within 7 days. i kindly request u to take some action on my issue because i need my money its very urgent.. And there is no help line number this is completely fraud system. I never thought that paytm could do this type of fraud. This is so irritating...

          it took around 27 days to solve my problem.. i complained on twiitter. i was getting fast reply on twitter. so i suggest people to complaint through twitter rather than email.

            On 5th jan 2016 i recharge 1650/- from paytm to videocon d2h no 13651683 it is showing recharge successful but no recharge done actually.I mailed 10 times to paytm raised ticket.But no reply received from their end till date 11.01.2016.Recharge showing in invoice videocon d2h no-136 instead of 13651683, the complaint was already registered vide ref : 17890659, and many mails were sent but the amount neither credit back to account nor in wallet .
            kindly refund the ammount immediately.

              I had tried to transfer an amount to another registered paytm user on 24 December 2016. The transaction got failed, yet the amount was deducted from my bank account.

              Paytm promises refund of money in case of transaction failure within 48 hours.
              It's been more than 15 days since I have been chasing paytm (almost everyday).

              Everytime I am given a different response. Also, most of the time, I get their standard responses and never a specific response to my problem.

              Their customer care number is also such that I am unable to directly talk to them.

              My amount got deducted on account of failure from their end.
              I deserve to get back my amount which was deducted.

              I have contacted them almost everyday, and yet my efforts have been futile.

              Request you to please help me get my money back.

              Last dec12 i transfered 1000 rs from my paytm wallet to my icici bank account.
              but the amount didn't credited on my account. i also complaint or query to icici customercare and they said me the amount is not credited by paytm and they sent me my all statement on my mail. There is nothing shown on my statement transaction from paytm.
              I am add money 200 rupees and then i am returning to bank my money can not shown on my bank account.
              When i hv change mobile no.on my paytm accoumy. All of my previous balance from account turn to 0 in my paytm account this is not fair please return my balance in my paytm account
              Today i have done transaction from my mobile paytm [protected] for online ticket booking on bookmy show transaction ID [protected] for amount Rs 535.20. Request you to reverse this amount and credit to my paytm wallet. Because I have not received tickets from bookmyshow.
              I have added money in to wallet on 19th dec from my credit card. Also got the cashback from paytm of 650 but same is also not credited, wallet bal is zero as on date.
              Customer care experience is very pathetic no response from paytm. When I have raised query got solution from auto mailer.
              Plese my 1100rs deposit may a/c earlist thanks

                I am writing this complaint i have done the payment on 7 Jan 2017 time 6:29pm for paytm of amount Rs 10000.

                I have not received this payment yet and from 9 Jan 2017, now who is responsible for this .

                If i will not get this resolve by tomorrow i ensure will...
                Paytm me paisa transaction karte waqt mere a/c se paisa deduct ho gaya par woh paisa nahi paytm me show kar raha hai aur nahi bank me toh phir mera paisa kahan gaya sir ji
                My friend transferred money to me in my paytm wallet I got the text message saying money is added but the money is not getting reflected in the Paytm wallet.
                I have written 13 mails about my problem the only response I am getting is standard one which is not solving the problem. It is already 15 days since I lost the money.
                Company has blocked access to the web site and mobile application.
                Complained to PayTM. But no response.
                Aksed them to close my account and transfer the balance. But no response

                On 28th Dec I submitted a request of Paymet for an online recharge for Delhi Metro card for rs. 300. According to Paytm, payment had failed (chq/Ref No[protected]. But the mentioned amount got deducted from my bank account and not refunded yet.

                on january 2 i did a transaction of 8000 but not received the money in my wallet
                there is no use of submitting complain here, we have to take action by our-self. My 1500 also deduct from bank but not added to wallet.. Share you phone no. so we can make a group of whose who lost their money and the take some action against it...

                  Today morning i tried to add rs 6500 in my paytm wallet. i got message that payment of 6500 is received but paytm but then i received that it is cancled and refunded to bank. but i haven't received any refund money in my bank account.

                    During login i am getting message of account blocked since Jan 4 i am mailing daily to paytm customer care for my blocked account but till date there is no reply from them nor my account is been unblocked, also no reason for blocking my account. My registered mobile no is[protected]. there is balance of Rs. 2010 in my account. i cannot access my account nor unblock from forget password option.

                    I have made 5, 000 bank transaction from my paytm wallet. It showing still pending. Sent an email to Paytm Company they didn't replied yet what they are doing and how much time it will take to resolve.

                      Every time I received same message as Failed to add money and amount was zero in Paytm account but where as in my BOB account after all transactions every time related amount was deducted and transaction was failed. Till today I have not refunded (Credited) all amount in my related saving account.

                      Please do the needful and credit Rs.350/- (50/- + 50/- + 50/- + 50/- + 100/- + 25/-) in my BOB saving account number [protected] as soon as possible.

                            Dear PAY TM

                            I am writing this complaint 3rd time as i have done the payment on 2 Jan 2017 for my Airtel DTH recharge of amount Rs 400.
                            Order no. #[protected].

                            According to DTH service provider (Airtel) they have not received this payment yet and from 5 Jan 2017 my DTH is suspended, now who is responsible for this .
                            When i am complaining to PAY Tm for this they revert me that it will take another 24-48 hours more to resolve, i don't know how many more hours i have to wait for this .

                            If i will not get this resolve by tomorrow i ensure will log in this case against forgery to consumer court.

                                On 4th'jan'2017 for an amount of Rs.600/- was deducted from SBI debit card and it appeared that the amount was transferred for the purpose of payTM wallet transaction No. POS PRCH POS[protected] but till date it is not added in my payTM account and also the said amount is not return to my SBI bank account.

This is the money for giving insurance company today is the last day..money is not yet refunded to Bank itself sir taken fast step against this .order number [protected]... My money 6200 I need argently with in 4 hours otherwise my job will go...sir please kindly help me..

                                      My name is Amit Dagli., and Advocate by profession. Paytm is going to make people fool by not giving answer and not refund at earliest.

                                      I have paid Rs.350/-(Paytm Order No: [protected]) as Adani Bill at my customer ID. My Adani Gas Registered ID is # [protected]. The said amount has been deducted from my Bank account. I have verified from my bank. After completing there is screen also said that transaction completed. Now read what Paytm says:

                                      Your payment of Rs.335 for Order [protected] on Adani Gas Limited could not be processed. If money has been deducted from your account, your bank will inform us the same within 2 working days.

                                      I tries to contact Paytm officer, surprisingly Paytm is fully aware that money is deducted but seeking clarification from my bank. They not specifying which type of clarification they want and why. I tried many time to contact Paytm but there are only voice driven menu. I/we and people cant talk with their officer. I have write email on their system but they have not contacted me. I am unable to contact them. 9th January, 2017 is last day, there after Rs.50/- will be charged extra by Adani. In electronic system, payment is verified in two minutes, while Paytm seek clarification from Bank, surprise.
                                      I will not trust Paytm as they are not publishing telephone number for talking and understanding.
                                      Paytm must provide their officer Telephone Number on which there are 2 way talk. Not one way.

                                      I want to file PIL (Public Interest Litigation) against Paytm. I need minimum 5 case(s) where Paytm is not responding for morethan 30 days after sending email(s). Who suffer loss of money and time, please contact me on email [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no: [protected]. First I will file case in Consumer Forum and then take this matter before The Hon'ble High Court.
