I had booked a flight ticket through PayTM, the flight got cancelled, they provided me a refund amount which is not correct. Me and my friends had booked the tickets together, they received a different amount of refund which was no way comparable to mine. I had raised the same complaint to PayTM, they had only responded to my initial mails understanding the problem totally wrong that I had cancelled the ticket, after explaining the problem multiple times they even stopped responding to the email.
I had raised the complaint initially to Indigo, on 23rd of December 2016. They told they had processed the refund and to check the same with PayTM.
I raised the concern to PayTM on 24th of December 2016, and till today I haven't received the exact refund amount and later they even stopped responding for my emails.
