Sir I had recharged Rs 10 to my telenor MB no [protected] through SBI debit card after adding amount in paytm wallet, my balance cut of my sbi account but telenor account not recharged .
I would be glad if take action against

    I had booked a flight ticket through PayTM, the flight got cancelled, they provided me a refund amount which is not correct. Me and my friends had booked the tickets together, they received a different amount of refund which was no way comparable to mine. I had raised the same complaint to PayTM, they had only responded to my initial mails understanding the problem totally wrong that I had cancelled the ticket, after explaining the problem multiple times they even stopped responding to the email.

    I had raised the complaint initially to Indigo, on 23rd of December 2016. They told they had processed the refund and to check the same with PayTM.
    I raised the concern to PayTM on 24th of December 2016, and till today I haven't received the exact refund amount and later they even stopped responding for my emails.

      During login i am getting message of account blocked since 8thJan'2017 i am mailing daily to paytm customer care for my blocked account but till date there is no reply from them nor my account is been unblocked, also no reason for blocking my account. My registered mobile no is [protected]. there is balance of Rs. 883/- in my account. i cannot access my account nor unblock from forget password option.

      Vide booking id number 89837 on 28.12.2016, it was intimated that about order status. the order status was shown as FAILURE.
      THOUGH THE ABOUT OF RS. 440/- WAS DEBITED FROM BY AXIS BANK ACCOUNT.

        This is regarding shopping order# [protected] with PayTM, I have registered several complaints regarding Cashback not received .
        It had been a few days, but I have not heard back from them yet
        I requested for the order to be cancelled today.

          Hi I have transferred 15000 Rs from my Paytm account to ICICI bank on 1st Jan 2017. till date neither the amount has credited to bank not came back to PAYTM account.

          tried contacting the customer care its only the automated complaint register number, have registered complaints through mail, online paytm site and also on IVR. no call back till date.

          Used to recommend everyone about PAYTM earlier but so sorry its the worst customer care have ever seen. want to discontinue the account.

          Please credit back my money either to bank or paytm account.

              On 30th Dec 2016 I ordered a bag from shop.adidas.co.in and my mode of payment was paytm wallet. As I did the payment of ₹1011 a window poped up saying "order cannot be placed please try again later" but the money got deducted from my paytm wallet. Since then I have tried every way of forwarding my issue to the conserned department but the only response i get is to wait for 24 to 48
              hours. I registered my complaint through their app, through call and also on facebook but the issue is not yet resolved and my money has not been refunded.

                        Paytm have a very bad paymnet gateway because i was entered correct ifsc code, correct account name and one digit wrong entered of my account number but the paytm service already trfed in wrong account now paytm and bank both are not providing my money back and bank told me that their is very big prosegur i am requesting you plzz help me to slove my problems

                          I have transferred ₹ 100 & ₹ 200 on 8th January at around 8.15 am but still the money has not been added to my praytn wallet however the amount has been dbtd from my bank account
                          Now it's more than 48 hour i am waiting for the same
                          Most of your toll free numbers are not working & the number which is working don't have the option the issue I am facing
                          The number also don't have option to speak directly with the customer care executive
                          It's horrible experience

                            On 1st Jan 2017, I've tried to add Rs1800 in to paytm account using my credit card but unfortunately after completing the transaction, the money got debited from my card but the transaction is shown as "Payment failed" in PayTM and the order ID is "[protected]" .

                            Can you please help me out here by reflecting the amount in paytm or reverting them back to my bank ?

                              The status is pending for last 24 hours and not cleared yet.
                              Yesterday few transactions took time to get cleared.

                                I tried to add rs 6500 in my paytm wallet. i got message that payment of 6500 is received but paytm but then i received that it is cancled and refunded to bank. but i haven't received any refund money in my bank account.

                                  The above transaction happened in the midnight 09.01.17 and the debit card was with me at the time this has happened. I has not shared any credentials with any one like my password or card details. Then immediately I called the customer care to block my debit card hence it was blocked. In the morning hour I went to the bank for the details of the above transaction got a very stupid reply that the bank is unable to help in the matter.

                                  In the above bank is responsible for the mistake what has happened due to lack of security lapse and negligence from their side as I have not received OTP or any security questions so that this would have been taken care off.

                                  I request you to help me for the reimbursement of my above amount at the earliest.

                                    Our payment not add in paytm wallet no.[protected] and also deducted from Bank which was also not refunded or credited of Rs. 4000/- trxn no. Pos WDL 342516-ONE 97 on 26 december 2016 on paytm wallet no. [protected]. please help us. Or revert back. I mailed and call you many times but 15 days gone and still my issue not solved or payment not refunded. So i request you please take action urgently.
