Hi I have transferred 15000 Rs from my Paytm account to ICICI bank on 1st Jan 2017. till date neither the amount has credited to bank not came back to PAYTM account.

tried contacting the customer care its only the automated complaint register number, have registered complaints through mail, online paytm site and also on IVR. no call back till date.

Used to recommend everyone about PAYTM earlier but so sorry its the worst customer care have ever seen. want to discontinue the account.

Please credit back my money either to bank or paytm account.

    The payment was made on 6th Jan 2017. and its been 4 days and the payment is not processed.

    I have raised multiple tickets. i hear no response from PAYTM.

    Sir, yesterday night, I transferred Rs. 1000/- from my account to paytm valley. Amount was debited in bank but not credited in paytm valley. Details are as under

    . I received a payment from [protected]. I received message on mobile date 31/12/16 about receiving money. But that money not gone in my wallet, neither transaction is showing in my app. mob-[protected] for app.
    On January 3, 2017 I added Rs. 1000 from my SBI account to my Paytm wallet. However, I received a notification of failed payment even after the money had been deducted from my bank account. My bank account shows that the payment has been made to Paytm, although my paytm wallet does not reflects the same.

      On 30th Dec 2016 I ordered a bag from shop.adidas.co.in and my mode of payment was paytm wallet. As I did the payment of ₹1011 a window poped up saying "order cannot be placed please try again later" but the money got deducted from my paytm wallet. Since then I have tried every way of forwarding my issue to the conserned department but the only response i get is to wait for 24 to 48
      hours. I registered my complaint through their app, through call and also on facebook but the issue is not yet resolved and my money has not been refunded.

        And i was compalain customer helpline but not found any response by him.
        Plz help me where is show of amount.
        That is very big mistake of paytm customer support .

                    On 1st Jan 2017, I've tried to add Rs1800 in to paytm account using my credit card but unfortunately after completing the transaction, the money got debited from my card but the transaction is shown as "Payment failed" in PayTM and the order ID is "[protected]" .

                    Can you please help me out here by reflecting the amount in paytm or reverting them back to my bank ?

                        I tried to add rs 6500 in my paytm wallet. i got message that payment of 6500 is received but paytm but then i received that it is cancled and refunded to bank. but i haven't received any refund money in my bank account.

                          This is to inform you that my debit card has been unauthorized misused by unknown person thru paytm. My debit card details:-

                          Time:-23:42:10

                          3.Date:- 10.01.2017
                          Amount:- Rs.20000/-
                          Merchant details:- thru paytm
                          Time:-00:18:39
                          The total amount Rs.45000/-..

                          The above transaction happened in the midnight 09.01.17 and the debit card was with me at the time this has happened. I has not shared any credentials with any one like my password or card details. Then immediately I called the customer care to block my debit card hence it was blocked. In the morning hour I went to the bank for the details of the above transaction got a very stupid reply that the bank is unable to help in the matter.

                          In the above bank is responsible for the mistake what has happened due to lack of security lapse and negligence from their side as I have not received OTP or any security questions so that this would have been taken care off.

                          I request you to help me for the reimbursement of my above amount at the earliest.

                                      I have been adding money to the paytm wallet dated 08/01/2017 with amount Rs. 1500/- from my axis bank account. It seems that the money is deducted from my axis bank account but paytm wallet is showing no addition of that amount. Request you to resolve this issue at the earliest. This has happened with many other customers using paytm. Kindly get some solution for this as its the matter of one thousand five hundred bucks. Thank you. Hope u resolve this as soon as possible.

                                        On 29 dec 2016 i add money to my paytm account with 2800 but on 31 dec 2016 i make a refund of my money (2800) back to my icici bank account, i received a message from paytm that within 7 working days ur money will be transfer but today is 9 jan 2016 and still i didn't received my 2800 in my bank.
                                        i try to contact them but there customer care were totally artificial not geneuine
                                        and send them a lots of emails but didn't received any response till date.
