Hello,

My name is Ajay ([protected]).on 2nd JAN i was trying to send money(2500) from paytm wallet to another bank account, but it shows failed many times .then i decided to return my money to my BANK through which i have credited my wallet .so used the option like 'RETURN TO BANK' on PAYTM .this transaction was successful and my wallet amount got deducted. but i did not received my money (2500) in my BANK Account even after 7 days.i tried to contact PAYTM Team on mail ([protected]@paytm.com) but nobody respond me .and still i am waiting for my money.

Plz help...

    Yesterday on 08th of Jan, at around 10.30 am, I made an attempt to add Rs5000 on my Paytm wallet through Hdfc debit card. First for few seconds it appeared on my Paytm passbook and then I got a text stating the transaction has been declined and the money has been refunded. But to my knowledge the money hasn't been refunded yet and that's not even added to my Paytm wallet. I was adding that money to pay my college fees and that's all I had. Now my last date of paying the college fees is 11th of Jan and I am not sure how long will it take for Paytm to refund that amount. But its a sincere request to please kindly refund as soon as possible or else I won't be able to appear for my next semester exam. My paytm contact no is: [protected]. Arup Das

    I got a text from Paytm that the money has been refunded today. So I am really grateful for looking into this matter and resolving this. i am really happy with the services of Paytm.

    I have added re's 6000 from Pub debit card against order number [protected] date 12.01.2017 but money not added in wallet not refund in bank order status is canceled refunded to bank but money is still not refund kindly resolve Issue.         I transferred amount of Rs 199 from my debit card to my paytm wallet. Instead of my paytm wallet money transfers in Noida at paytm97998. Amount was never transferred to my account . Order id 5067881. When I contacted customer care no and entered my order id no, it said invalid entry. But this order no I received. Rs 199 was never returned to my bank account. Plz chck.

          This is to inform you that amount of Rs 300 is deducted from my debit card in order to be credited in my ptm wallet
          no:-96****7531 on 2nd jan 2016 but its not showing any amount in my wallet after that i was again trnasfer the 1 rs also to check again i have received the message from with the transaction id :-$WALLET_TXN_ID but its again not showing in my paytm wallet.I would like to inform you that the services being provided on your end is very very unprofessional .Being a customer, after this terrible experience i would never prefer to use paytm application .Please provide my amount of 301 in my paytm wallet as soon as possible.

            I have do a rechrge from paytm it was failed then my refund come in my account i send it to my bank account but it can not be completed. i talk 2 paytm custmer care they say we refund that but today i also check my account not detected in my account italk to my pnb custmer care they say paytm not given any amount. my balance cut on date[protected] and today is[protected]. plz solve my problem

                I use paytm wallet for e-ticket indian railway website, my amount is deduct for my wallet account, my wallet transaction id is [protected] and irctc e-ticketing order #[protected] on 7 jan. 2017. But ticket is not receive me then i call irctc helpline number he told me your payment is not receive irctc you call paytm . I call paytm and email but no response for paytm side.

                      I have transfered sum of Rs 5000 from HDFC bank a/c to paytm wallet on 08/01/17 bt still after 24 hrs amt is not credited wallet but amt has been debited from bank ac/c transaction id ; [protected] paytm no [protected] plz help to solve it.I believed this Paytm service is too good but I tried to contact customer care by phone call there no option to talking with executive of paytm team.And I saw the complaints log details so many complaints are pending to solve, this is the focus of paytm service. I am very suffering this service pls solve the above mentioned issue.As soon as possible.

                        But the money didn't receive in account no and I checked the atm debit card balance that money is debited and in passbook also it is showing that money is debited but it's not credited in account no
                        Either I want refund in my debit card or in my Paytm wallet or I want money in my account

                          When I tried to transfer money from my bank account to Paytm My bank account got debited Rs. 2000/- on 08.01.2017 at 9:57:51 for pur/PAYTM/NOIDA/PTM/seq no. 185723 during transfer of money to my PTM wallet but not credited in PTM wallet. Still after 24hrs it is not credited in my paytm account.

                          I request you to either credit of same amount to my PTM wallet or refund of amount to my bank account.

                            With due respect i would like to state that i am customer of your bank having salary a/c in your bank with a/c no - [protected] ; on the date 23/12/16 i have made a reverse transaction from paytm application (I. E transferred amount from paytm to bank) which was sum of rs 5000 which has not been credited to my a/c till date.

                            Thus i request you to do the necessary action in this regard earliest possible as i am facing much difficulty.

                                Hi am saravanan, Am added money from my bank account to paytm wallet. My money was credited in paytm wallet.After than i did return to my bank account.                                   I did a transaction of rs.5000 to add money on "paytm wallet" on 31st december 2016 at 10:32 a. M. But paytm shows that the payment is failed.

                                  I am here attaching the screenshot of the paytm failed payment.

                                  But at the same time money got deducted from my bank account whose account no. Is [protected] (Idbi bank - sushant lok, gurgaon).

                                  I also asked idbi bank to reverse my amount in the account but they always kept saying that it's the fault of paytm.

                                  Now, i don't know what to do, where to go?

                                    Money deducted from bank accnt but amount not reflecting and also the transaction details are not showing in paytm wallet. Amount is 100rs then again 45 rs.
                                    Its totally fraud.
                                    But while adding money it showed success but wallet balance remained zero.
                                    Please help me out to get back my money.
                                    Paytm is doing fraud i think and worst cuatomer service.

                                      I have also complain to paytm site but get no response.
                                      Amount deducted is 400.
                                      I also have my bank deduction msg.
                                      Please do something as fast as possible.

                                      It is really very poor service by paytm.
                                      Some one named puja called me as paytm executive by [protected] number and asked for card number cvv and otp and again cheated me by deducting 2000 from my account.
                                      Please see my problem and kindly solve my problem.
                                      His other friend misra again try to cheat me by [protected] this number.
                                      These men are false or what.
                                      He is again suring me to caseback 2400 but this time i dont belive him.
                                      If there any paytm care than please solve my problem.

                                        Sir, this is with reference to to the subject mentioned above, I Vinay Kumar arora wants to state that on 3rd January 2017 and on 4th January 2017 I did few money transfer transactions through my state bank of patiala debit card but these transactions failed and amount was debited from my bank account but at the same time I did not receive the amount in my Paytm account
                                        Details of transactions are as follows
                                        1.order no [protected], dated 3rd January 2017 at time 03.47 pm of amount 5000.
                                        2.order no [protected], dated 3rd January 2017 at time 10.38am of amount 10000 rs.
                                        3.order no [protected], dated 4th january 2017 at time 08.44 am of amount 5000 rs
                                        4.order no [protected], dated 4th January 2017at time 02.01pm of amount 5000 rs.

                                        All these 4 transanctions results in total refund of rs.25000 rs which I have not received till date.
                                        Please look into the matter and solve the matter
