I recharged my delhi metro card on 05/01/2017. I got email from paytm that they have received money from my bank but the order failed. Amount of rs. 300 deducted from my bank account. Order no. Was [protected]. Filed a ticket against the same but no reply from paytm. Still waiting for the refund. Kindly do the needful and refund the amount as soon as possible.

That time my no was not registered but after then immediately i registered it. But still i didn't get my money. Its about to a month. Plz return my money. I attached mayank passbook photo and that is showing that he send money and money was deducted from his account or even you can check the record.

          Today morning i tried to add 1600 rs in paytm wallet using my bank account, my bank account got debited with the same amount but still amount is not added paytm wallet, please take firm action on this matter, or else we all have to take serious legal sction action against paytm.
          i thought paytm is most trusted app, but i m very dissapointed right now..
          PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT OR PAYTM WALLET.

            Hey, My name is sagar nd I used paytm to submit fees. But when I went to my orders for printing payment slip, it says invoice generation failed. I need to submit this receipt as soon as possible, but I am not getting any reply from paytm, neither they receive any call. Hence, it is a kind request to paytm to solve this problem as quickly as possible and thus make help us to keep your trust.

                On january 1, 2017, i tried adding money to my paytm wallet through a third party merchant website (Viz. Uber).
                I made three attempts to add money to my paytm wallet through my debit card for an amount of 1000, 1000 and 200 respectively.in all three attempts to add money it showed a message of 'error'.
                I was surprised to find later that rs.2200 (I. E. 1000+1000+200) was debited from my bank account balance. However, my paytm wallet was not credited with rs. 2200.
                It is therefore difficult to understand the whereabout of this amount of rs. 2200.
                Therefore, kindly check and validate the authenticity of the attempted recharge of paytm wallet through uber.
                Otherwise, please refund the money back to me if the same has been erroneously deducted from my bank account.
                If you fail to provide me with a credit of rs.2200 to my paytm wallet or refund the same amount into my bank account within 3 working days from today, i will be constrained to take legal action and invoke my rights that i have under contract and /or other applicable laws.
                Same thing is happened to sir, today on 8th jan 2017, i tried to add 1600rs to paytm wallet, but it was not added in paytm wallet, and amount is deducted from my bank account. lets file a complaint together.

                          I added rs.500/- twice today (8/1/2017) and i checked and confirmed with my bank (Citibank). I heard money has been deducted from bank and approved from paytm merchant too. Approval authorization id of paytm for my two transactions are t07576 and t56572. Kindly i would ask paytm to refund my bank or add rs.1000/- to paytm wallet.

                              Greetings…
                              I have purchased on laptop from paytm on dated[protected].
                              My order id is [protected] (Bill in my husband`s name – umashankar)
                              When i received the delivery; it was a big surprise for me that laptop was getting on. I tried to get it on by charging for some time but it was dead.
                              Later i wrote a mail to company on dated[protected] and received the reply on same day that “ i would like to inform you that your product is covered under manufacturer warranty of 1 year. I recommend that you visit the nearest service center in order to avail this.”
                              I wrote them back that why i should visit the service centre; while product is defective? Why i should take a defective product after paying full amount?
                              Later, after my continuous reminders on dated 12-11, 14-11 company had asked for the images of laptop.
                              That too i forwarded them on[protected]. After this, i had sent them reminders on 7-12, 14-12, 18-12 and 4-1-2017 but company is keeping mum.
                              Not a single reply from them.
                              So i am requesting you kindly take my issue with company asap.
                              (Friends be aware before purchasing any products from paytm; after my so bad experience.)

                                        I have complained to nearbuy merchant also.

                                        Normally any transaction on paytm triggers email notifications but i did not receive any email of these two transactions.
