Dear Paytm, I love the system.
But, I have a problem
1) On 31.12.2016 I had a balance of Rs.516.52 ( as per your email sent to me to my gmail [protected]@gmail.com. But, on 4.01.17 the balance of Rs.516.52 is not visible in my paytm mobile wallet. I have raised this complaint several times and there is no response for the last 4 days. I am not able to load my money from bank, unless this is solved. Please do solve this problem and restore back the balance, which was in my account on 04.01.17 urgently
2) Further, I was shifting money from Corporation Bank to paytm for my useage, but, this bank has been removed from the list of banks, from which I can shift money. I do not have any other primary bank for transacting. Even small co-operative banks are available in your list. Why Corp Bank has been removed from the list is not understood. All banks in India whether they are in Government, Private, Co-operative Sector should be automatically brought into the Paytm list of banks. Ensure this to support Digital / cashless economy of Government and help all users on par.
My first problem be solved early.

This issue is currently taking place with many people now, but still no action is taken by neither bank nor paytm nor police. Use of Paytm is becoming hell now.
