    This person told that he is working in paytm gateway. He told that he will arrange the refund of money from click2resume. But he wants security desposit. Once I asked his aadhar card number. He is not given. I asked him two times. I check that one of website showing it is fraud..       debited rs.100 in my sbbj saving account of date 26.12.2016 at Paytm Mobile Solutions Noida, order no. [protected] by my debit card but I don't know why this order no.cancelled and don't refund in my bank account till 06 jan.2017.pl refund RS.100 immediately.

        Sir I have done transaction for refunding of 9000₹ for my paytm wallet to pnb bank AC.But paytm has deducted ₹9000 but not sent to bank.the wallet order ID is [protected] which paytm has provided.please sir see this complain as I am suffering from last 8 days .if this type of company will do this type of fraud how will we use digital mode of payment.As well as paytm is not responding on my complain also .

          I am sehdev from hisar, haryana. On 24/12/2016, I added Rs.10000/- to paytm wallet from friends paytm wallet vide transaction id no.#[protected], #[protected] of amount 5000, 5000 and also received confirmation SMS from Paytm.

          When i check my paytm wallet, I saw ZERO balance in my wallet.I have sent so many mails on this matter but didn't get proper response from Paytm.

          Please instruct the Paytm to refund my amount without further delay.

              I traveled shimla to delhi to enjoy my new year 2017. but this new year is Worst new year for me because of Paytm bus service. i like paytm services and i support paytm cashless transactions. 1st time i booked bus ticket from paytm and i am not satisfied with this bus service.

              on Sunday evening i reached boarding point with my friends on time. the bus details paytm is provided to me city land travel and contact no. is not valid. in the office of bus company no one is available and the contact no is not reachable, switch off and not available every time.

              and in the boarding point there are 200-250 peoples are shouting and waiting for the bus. there are only one or two buses are available and these are semi deluxe buses.and all the seats are full who are waiting from 8 pm.

              peoples pay[protected] rs for Volvo bus and they provide ordinary type buses.

              i did not find any seat or any Volvo bus to travel at that point in 11:30 pm of Sunday.

              its important to me to reach on time my office in Delhi at Monday morning.then i decide to cancel the ticket and booking for cab. i tried half hour to connect with paytm to cancel the ticket but my call is not connected every time i try.
              then i left that place or booked a cab for Delhi.

              on Monday morning i registered complaint for this issue and at that time paytm executive registered my complaint and told if you face these problems u will get refund for your bus ticket and get feed back with in 24 hours. but i did not get any call, mail, or sms regarding my complaint after two days i again make call and ask for my complaint then the other executive told me your complaint is in process or we will revert you with in 24 hours again i did not get revert from your side. and call again after two days after 48 hours.

              today morning talked to Ms Neha or Babita they told me there is no problem at that time. bus is on time and every thing is ok. you did not get your refund.

              you can talk to our agent with travel company if i booked my bus ticket through paytm then why i call to them and ask for refund. i dont want to talk to those cheat peoples i book my ticket through paytm and i only get my refund through paytm.

              i am a happy customer of paytm. this is my 1st bad experience with this company. i am happy with latest news about paytm is getting license for banking service. i support cashless transaction, i support paytm.

              i have full faith my query is solved as soon as possible with satisfactory reason.

                  I am Kamlesh S Shah from Ahmedabad using Paytm regularly. On 31/12/2016, I added Rs.12500/- to paytm wallet vide transaction id no.# [protected] and also received confirmation mail and SMS from Paytm.

                  While doing transaction on 01/01/2017, I saw ZERO balance in my wallet.I have sent so many mails on this matter but didn't get proper response from Paytm.

                    I added money on 21 december 2016 from my account to paytm wallet the got cut from the account and no money was added to paytm wallet.
                    and now the paytm says your money has been refunded on 09/12/2016 but ni money has been refunded i didnt get my 1000rupees back its almost been one month i got no money back into my account neither they talk on phone and dont answer my querries

                      Sir i transfer 1500 rs from my paytm account to bank on 30th dec 2016 abd its been 9 days now but i didnt received the money in my bank account and its deducted from my paytm account.                             Dear Paytm, I love the system.
                            But, I have a problem
                            1) On 31.12.2016 I had a balance of Rs.516.52 ( as per your email sent to me to my gmail [protected]@gmail.com. But, on 4.01.17 the balance of Rs.516.52 is not visible in my paytm mobile wallet. I have raised this complaint several times and there is no response for the last 4 days. I am not able to load my money from bank, unless this is solved. Please do solve this problem and restore back the balance, which was in my account on 04.01.17 urgently

                            2) Further, I was shifting money from Corporation Bank to paytm for my useage, but, this bank has been removed from the list of banks, from which I can shift money. I do not have any other primary bank for transacting. Even small co-operative banks are available in your list. Why Corp Bank has been removed from the list is not understood. All banks in India whether they are in Government, Private, Co-operative Sector should be automatically brought into the Paytm list of banks. Ensure this to support Digital / cashless economy of Government and help all users on par.

                            My first problem be solved early.

                                My mobile balance is 0 hance I cannot make a customer call as paytm charges money for it too.

                                What shall we do if we are travelling etc can paytm be trusted in emergency times ?

                                  I made one transaction on 16 Dec 2016 from my PayTm Wallet no +91-[protected] to +91-[protected] PayTm wallet but payee didn't receive this amount till yet. Sent many email to PayTm care but they are only replying that money has been transferred. If this has been done then why me and payee will worried about it.                                     Acoording to the paytm message they have to send refund of rs 1143 to my axis bank account for the Order ID no [protected]. But I have just got an amount of only rs 1030 and that also after 16 working days with making lots of emails to the customer care of paytm company. But they have not replied yet. So please solve these problem as soon as possible. Thank you

                                      I Banu Kumar. A. K. Yesterday date 06/01/2017., 1040 am one call number [protected] coming my number [protected] he told me I calling you from sate bank of India. Your atm card is old and this is stopped. If you want renew your atm card tell me your atm number. I told my atm number[protected] and he told me one confirmation code received you and immediately tell me. I said that number and immediately 18000/- withdrawal from paytm purchase. Please I request you sir my 18000/- rupees paytm transaction order cancel immediately and return me my 18000/- rupees amount same atm / account number.
                                      Thank you.
                                      Similiar issue happened with me on 3rd Jan 2017 and around 39000 was deducted from my debit card which was paid towards Paytm. But no use of expecting any help from these people. They will just console you never do anything for you. After some days you will only loose patience and forget about your money.

                                      This issue is currently taking place with many people now, but still no action is taken by neither bank nor paytm nor police. Use of Paytm is becoming hell now.
