I tried to recharge my DTH through paytm mobile application which lead to a failed transaction. But amount got deducted from my account. When paytm customer care was contacted regarding the issue, there was no proper communication from them. They replied as the recharge is done for incorrect DTH num, and asked me to send a correct one so that they can recharge it again. And there is no response since i have sent a correct dth num. This is the Order ID: [protected].
Request paytm to refund my amount back to my account.

    As i have transfered my money 5000 Rs from paytm to my bank account on[protected]:14:00 PM. but i still now i did not receive my money. as the paytm supporters said like -(We would like to inform you that usually amount credits in user's bank account instantly after initiating a transfer from Paytm wallet but sometimes delay happens because bank takes up to 2 working days to process the transaction. (PSUs bank takes up to 3 working days).
    this is the 7th working day right now i didnt receive the money to the bank.

      I have ordered for bill payment on paytm on 5th January for 300rs, my order still pending now and i can't be cancelled it from order history. How can i get back my money from paytm. There is no customer care number to complaint this, please help me.paytm doesn't given me solution for this from fours days even doesn't reply me..

      Customer care call me on[protected] deduct my Rs 24770 in bank account then not any response given i have complain register on [protected] and every time message send will call you in next 2 days but not any response given last 15 days. all proof attached here .

      I had paytm balance of 24 and i used it for recharge of 53 on aircel [protected] and rest balance from my debit card. But not recharged my phone and balance is deducted from both paytm and my bank a/c i want my money back immedately
      I was book ticket from irctc through paytm but the train is cancelled and refund is come in my paytm but my wallet is showing 0 balance .
      There is no customer representative for thats issue

        I got a call from [protected] regarding my previous complaint and then they offer me a support plan of ₹12 i agreed for the service and I ask him for the payment then he hold me that tell me the card numbers and also you will receive a OTP number which you need to share I declined for that and then I told him that I will visit the branch and do the same then he told me that this is the only way for the payment I denied for sharing my card numbers over the phone he tried to retain me and then at last he hung up the phone.
        Similiar issue happened with me on 3rd Jan 2017 and around 39000 was deducted from my debit card which was paid towards Paytm. But no use of expecting any help from these people. They will just console you never do anything for you. After some days you will only loose patience and forget about your money.

        This issue is currently taking place with many people now, but still no action is taken by neither bank nor paytm nor police. Use of Paytm is becoming hell now.

        On 15 April 2017 paytm customer care Rahul tripathi calls me from paytm customer care toll free no. [protected]
        to assist my problem
        He said he is going to refund my money he asked my card no. And Otp
        He deducted Rs. 33690 and Rs. 15540 from my account
        Plz take serious action against paytm

          I had done a transaction on 26/12/2016 .I made a transaction of Rs 10000 but the money is debited from my bank account and it is not reflecting in my wallet. My order Id is-[protected].Please look into this matter and solve this as soon as possible.I am providing the bank transaction details for this transaction.It is almost 9 days since I had done this transaction. Please show me the refund status of my order.MY login id is -[protected].Your customer care does not give any satisfying answer to me.please refund my amount as soon as possible.
          When I was transferring my amount to my bank account but in the mean while the option came that merged then I click there but my amount was missing I am not able to track the amount pls do the needful

            On 29 December, 2016, I transferred Rs 2000 from my Paytm wallet to my SBI account.The amount got deducted from my Paytm wallet but I did not receive it in my bank account.

            The text message which I received said that I would receive the amount within a week but it has been more than a week.Kindly look into the matter

              I have been using paytm since 3 years, Today dated 06.01.2017, I decided to create another account, I thought to merge the account with new account. But as I merged the accounts the balance from my old account that was 5800 did not get transferred and now it shows balance as 0.00. I tired to call customer care service at [protected] but it is computer operated calling service and there in no option to talk to any customer service representative to explaing the actual issue. It is not appriciable form a company who is promoting itself on high market value.
              Kindly help
              My below orders are showing pending from long time.                 I have transferred ten thousand to my bank account through Paytm vallet on 5/1/2017 yesterday evening money deducted from Paytm vallet but I have received yet in my bank account.am trying contact customer support since last I got four five contact number but no response.kindly do need full I need my money back as soon as possible in my account.please help me to get money back I have to pay Bill's.

And so much emails i have write to the paytm care but no response has come from there.Today 13 days are over but no response from that side.I am handicapped person i can't go anywhere what i do please give me solution regarding this.

                  I made a online transaction to add balance in paytm wallet of Rs.10000/- Bank (Txn ID: [protected]) on dt.[protected] which shows successful by paytm (Cash Txn ID [protected]) further i need to use this amount to make my transaction, i attempted the online transaction of Rs. 10000/- which shows successful from paytm wallet Paytm (wallet Txn ID [protected][protected]:25:08 AM but still amount of Rs.10000/- is not transferred to complete this transaction succesful into my bank account. I have called so many times and lodge a complaints against paytm but their is no action taken place so far. i am very depressed due to the failure of this kind of transaction and i am not able to complete necessary work.

                  I was transferring money via Paytm wallet to my a/c. Initially it showed required 7-8 hrs to complete but later checking I found transferred but money wasn't deposited yet what should I do they r also not replying
                  Please return my transferd amount 1068/-rupees only by patym to account.it's transaction are successful but not show my account summers any transferd amount.

                      I am Parveen from Hisar (Haryana). I have a Paytm Account on Mobile No -[protected]. On dated[protected] I made a transaction to recharge my Paytm Wallet but due to some error the transaction was not successful. My amount has been deducted from my bank account but neither the amount is credited in the Paytm Wallet nor my bank account get the credited amount. According to Paytm the amount was credited back to my account. The details regarding transaction are given as below:

                      Till today 12 days have been passed but I have received the amount neither in my Bank Account nor in Paytm Wallet.

                        Created an account with Paytm using my old number long ago but never used the app. I've lost my previous number which was [protected] and yesterday was the first time i wanted to use the app but it asked me to verify the number. I don't use that number anymore and I've added Rs. 1150/- into mu account yesterday but now can't use the money because it's not allowing me to change the number. It's asking for a pdf of my transactions with Paytm. How do I provide that when I haven't used the app before? Please, look into this. I need my money back!

                                      Sir,

                                      I made a payment of Rs 500 to mobile no [protected] on 13.12.2016. This mobile no was not registered with paytm then but later it got registered after one week or so.
                                      In my passbook, there is debit entry of Rs 500 but payment is not received by mobile [protected] till date. I emailed my complaint to paytm customer care but issue has yet not been resolved. Please look into the matter urgently otherwise I shall have to stop using Paytm wallet due to my bad experience.

                                        I have written multiple emails to paytm care with card details history and latest paytm transaction history proof, so that they can transfer my paytm balance from one account to another.

                                        My old mobile number has been deactivated and now I am unaable to login and use my balance which needs to be transferred. After multiple phone calls and emails, the issue is unresolved.
