Hi All,

This is Prem, when i tried to transfer money. I found that there is 6000 rupees debited from my ICICI bank account with three different paytm transaction.

I didn't authorize any of such transactions from my paytm, even this happened with bank of baroda account, when a 1000 rupees transaction made through paytm.

I would like to complain on this and the concerned authority, please take it...

On[protected] i have made the transaction of rs1150 (was adding the money into my paytm wallet) but the transaction was failed and money got debited from my pnb bank account. I have made several complaints to paytm but till now my problem not solved, i haven't received the amount back .

An amount of Rs 2000 was debited from my bank account on 26/12/16. That money did not get added to my paytm account. Paytm said it would be reversed and I shall see the credit on my bank account with 7 working days. I'm still waiting for the credit. Nobody from paytm answers my emails that I send to [protected]@paytm.com. For how long do I have to wait?? Even my bank is not able to help me. Really being harassed by paytm. Please help me get my money...

Although return request have been placed but however return pick is yet not done although Courier person came but he did not picked up the same he said to place return request again

Moreover i am not able to get in touch with customer care executive THIS IS THE MOST WORST THING EVER SEEN IN PAYTM TOTALLY WORST THIS

I transferred Rs 2000/- from my bank account to PayTM account. However, I could not get those funds in my PayTm account. I have written several emails to them however, I could not receive any response yet. The money has been deducted from the bank account (visible in the passbook) but the transferred money did not reflect in the payTM passbook. Hence, I have lost those 2000/-
Please look into it. Thanks...

I recharge net offer 179 to my phone
It shows processing and finally it is not credited to my phone but money is debited from my paytm wallet...

I have ordered the product in patym, but the transaction of money has failed.But the money from my account has cut off
I shall be waiting from[protected] for money refund.

22/12/16 on this day i am injamul khan booked 4 tickets nam e s.Khan, t.H.K, g.B, s.B is are the traveller i was cancell this ticket but the refund of two tickets are entered in my sbi acc [protected] on 22 dec but two tickets refun are not recived in my account and in my paytm wallet i add 1500 rupees and i send this fund in my bank acount but this maount is not delivered in my bank acount i 13 days has gone plssss return this total amount...

My paytm acount with [protected] moblie no. registered.order id is [protected]. money is debited from the bank acount but not reflecting in my wallet.& paytm messeged ur 350 rupees is successfully refunded to tthe bank but it has not done.i did complaint many time..but their team has not resolved it.for proof i m attaching my current date mini statement of bank acount....

I made Vodafone payment of rs.100 on 3:53 pm, Jan 04 2017 and my Order No is [protected] through paytm website. Money from my account got debited but i can see status in website as payment confirmation awaited. when can i expect my recharge done?. and there is no respose from the support team.

I tried many time reaching paytm customer care number but they took the order number through IVR system and promised for call but no...

after some time when i login my wallet then my amount is deducted from paytm wallet and there is no any history details in my paytm wallet details.

I have transferred money from my Bank A/c to my Paytm, on numerous occasions...the transactionS kept showing as failed transaction, and yet a huge amount was deducted from my bank account.
The bank shows AMOUNT DEDUCTED, BUT THE MONEY IS NOT REFLECTED IN MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected]...
Please look into the matter and transfer my money into my a/c at the earliest, before i take take action by filing complaint formally against...

I contacted Paytm almost 10 times on customer care number and also in other social accounts of Paytm. No one is reacting till now. Just some email...

i had payed my airtel phone bill of Rs. 498 by Paytm on 27.12.16 .and transaction was successful .but amount was not credited by airtel..they clearly said ask Paytm regarding this.
Its all most 9 days have gone but neither i got my money back not the bill payment,
If we want to talk on customer care only computer is there not any operator is there to attend our call or solve our problems...

Acly when i attempt transaction of INR-1200 order id - [protected] and other INR- 2500 order id- [protected] my mobile Number not Varify and money deduct my account on 23rd December 2016 paytm send me mail that you money refund in 2 working days but this time i checkout i did't any refund amount in my bank account. yesterday i go to my own branch thet said ask paytm it's not refund yet so please get me back my money...

I paid my vodafone bill from paytm of rs.674. money was deducted from my account but "confirmation awaited" and "processing" is shown there. and moreover there is no option to cancel the transaction.
its been 3 days im complaining and trying to get my money back.
i want to cancel my order and want to get my money back in the wallet.
please help....
