    I booked a train ticket for 5 passengers which I later cancelled. Paytm refunded me for 4 passengers but did not refund me for the 5th. I have been trying to liaise with their customer service team but to no benefits. I have written a few emails already but the illiterate fools servicing customers on their customer care emails are either really ILLITERATE or just not ready to understand the concern. They go in circles like we have refunded, we refunded but it failed etc etc. To make a long story short, I DID NOT GET THE REFUND FOR THE 5th TICKET. Their own system shows that the refund failed (see attached screenshot). Its not that big of an amount but I want to make sure that everyone understand how Paytm is scamming using small amounts and adding to their profits.

      I have transfered money from my paytm wallet to my bank account and the money got deducted from my paytm wallet but the money is not yet credited in my bank account. My mobile Nmbr is [protected]. They promised that if the money is not credit in my bank within 7 days then they will credited back in my paytm wallet, but 7days already gone but the money is neither credited in my bank account nor in my paytm wallet.

        Hi,
        I have done a Vodafone mobile recharge for Rs.150 in paytm with order no-[protected] and Date - 04 Jan '17 4:23 pm. I paid through Internet banking and the money got debited from my bank account.

        But still the mobile recharge is not done and error is shown as " Payment confirmation Pending" . Also I am not able to cancel the order. So i requested Paytm to cancel the order and refund the money to the bank account. Paytm is not responding to the number of mails that i sent. I did not receive the cash back or any proper response. Atleast Cutomer's queries should be addressed properly.

        Kindly send the confirmation from your side stating that the payment had failed, else the bank would not refund the money. Please reply, this is so worse from your side.

        I don't understand why Paytm behave so irresponsibly like this? They take customer's money for granted.
        I have already mailed them several times asking for a refund confirmation mail that has to be given to the bank.Only with that mail, bank will refund. It has been more than 13 days now and I don't understand why they still treat customers like this. Why don't they have proper customer care service?

        Very worst service. I think they should atleast respond as soon as possible without wasting my time further.Kindly help

          i m using Paytm service i had no problem, but i paid Rs. 2, 048/- from my same above said mobile number for DGVCL- surat Gujarat..as it was my first experience to deliver to DGVCL, on 05- January 2017 @ 90.39 hrs...i inquired at DGVCL off. surat, but the said " it has not been credited.

            If dont contact me then me going to register my case in cbi cyber cell my uncle is assistant commissioner in cbi he told me first you contact paytm then you register your case my problem is that i dont know how my money transfer 5000 to retailer acc and me check retailer passbook and mine but that transction is not my paytm passbook and retailer passbook and money deducted from my iccic bank acc so tell me where is money plz call me my number and me not satisfied for your service today your paytam executive call me and me said my problem and he cut my phone so what me do last message from my side call me yeah give my money reply me and check my acc and retailer acc and my icci passbook

                On around 04-Dec-16 I had around 2800rs in my paytm wallet but when i changed phone and bought a new phone and i logged in my paytm account my balance disappeared..Highly shocking..Logged complaints many times no revert till now...They dont even bother to reply..My many friends are complaining about this issue now..I want my money back at the earliest..i have sent all the details with the proof of amount accepted through paytm..I have made many complaints on theirs social networking site also..but no revert so far..kinD get my issue resolved ASAP.

                  Sir,

                  Today date 05.01.2017 at 11.30pm i receive transaction alert of Rs.1500 in 3 times from my debit card. The details of 3 transactions are,
                  a. Rs. 500 to IIN*Paytm Mobil/[protected] on[protected];28;50. The aval balance in Accout is Rs. 2061.27.
                  b. Rs. 500 to IIN*Paytm Mobil/[protected] on[protected];30;11.The aval balance in Accout is Rs. 1561.27
                  c. Rs. 500 to IIN*Paytm Mobil/[protected] on[protected];32;41. The aval balance in Accout is Rs. 1061.27
                  Thereafter when i see that someone is making transactions from my debit card, Suddenly i transferred balance Rs. 1000 to my other bank account. and started calling icici customer care executive to deactivate my atm/debit card. Around 12;56 they have deactivated my atm/debit card and suggested me to call in the morning and to report a complaint.

                  Now in this regard, i want to know the mobile number from which these transactions have been made and in which account my money has been transferred. Sir please submit my complaint about the unauthorized transaction of Rs. 1500 and help me to let me know the information about the hackers. So that i can get my money back. I m also going to the police station regarding this matter. Please help

                    Hi All,

                    This is Prem, when i tried to transfer money. I found that there is 6000 rupees debited from my ICICI bank account with three different paytm transaction.

                    I didn't authorize any of such transactions from my paytm, even this happened with bank of baroda account, when a 1000 rupees transaction made through paytm.

                    I would like to complain on this and the concerned authority, please take it to the higher officials as the fraudster inside paytm or anyone through paytm is doing with our hard earned money.

                    Please take immediate action.

                        An amount of Rs 2000 was debited from my bank account on 26/12/16. That money did not get added to my paytm account. Paytm said it would be reversed and I shall see the credit on my bank account with 7 working days. I'm still waiting for the credit. Nobody from paytm answers my emails that I send to [protected]@paytm.com. For how long do I have to wait?? Even my bank is not able to help me. Really being harassed by paytm. Please help me get my money back.

                          Although return request have been placed but however return pick is yet not done although Courier person came but he did not picked up the same he said to place return request again

                          Moreover i am not able to get in touch with customer care executive THIS IS THE MOST WORST THING EVER SEEN IN PAYTM TOTALLY WORST THIS

                          PAYTM DID NOT MAKE ANY CALL BACK WHEN CALL BACK REQUEST WAS PLACED

                            I transferred Rs 2000/- from my bank account to PayTM account. However, I could not get those funds in my PayTm account. I have written several emails to them however, I could not receive any response yet. The money has been deducted from the bank account (visible in the passbook) but the transferred money did not reflect in the payTM passbook. Hence, I have lost those 2000/-
                            Please look into it. Thanks

                                        I made Vodafone payment of rs.100 on 3:53 pm, Jan 04 2017 and my Order No is [protected] through paytm website. Money from my account got debited but i can see status in website as payment confirmation awaited. when can i expect my recharge done?. and there is no respose from the support team.

                                        I tried many time reaching paytm customer care number but they took the order number through IVR system and promised for call but no call back from last 7 days .

                                        Looking for quick resolution
