My paytm registered number is [protected]
date 28 dec 2016 i send to money from account to paytm wallet then total paytm wallet money is : 1576/-
after some time when i login my wallet then my amount is deducted from paytm wallet and there is no any history details in my paytm wallet details.

when i talk to customer care there is no responces for solution
so bad resonces from customer care
if you have any solution for that then contact [protected]

    I have transferred money from my Bank A/c to my Paytm, on numerous occasions...the transactionS kept showing as failed transaction, and yet a huge amount was deducted from my bank account.
    The bank shows AMOUNT DEDUCTED, BUT THE MONEY IS NOT REFLECTED IN MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected]...
    Please look into the matter and transfer my money into my a/c at the earliest, before i take take action by filing complaint formally against your company.

    DESPITE A COMPLAINT AGAINST PAYTM ON JAN 05, 2017...NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN . I HAVE LOST ABOUT RS 2000/- IN FAILED TRANSACTIONS... PL LOOK INTO THE MATTER URGENTLY.

      I transferred Rs. 10000/- from wallet to my bank account on 19.12.2016
      I didn't receive the amount In my bank account till today.

      I contacted Paytm almost 10 times on customer care number and also in other social accounts of Paytm. No one is reacting till now. Just some email saying that your ticket id is booked, we will resolve the problem as early as possible.
      Please teach a lesson to paytm customer care and resolve my issue.

            Sir
            i had payed my airtel phone bill of Rs. 498 by Paytm on 27.12.16 .and transaction was successful .but amount was not credited by airtel..they clearly said ask Paytm regarding this.
            Its all most 9 days have gone but neither i got my money back not the bill payment,
            If we want to talk on customer care only computer is there not any operator is there to attend our call or solve our problems...
            From the last 3 days i am continuously calling on customer care n mailing on Paytm...but no satisfactory ans from your side.
            finally i need my money back or pay my bill...

                  I paid my vodafone bill from paytm of rs.674. money was deducted from my account but "confirmation awaited" and "processing" is shown there. and moreover there is no option to cancel the transaction.
                  its been 3 days im complaining and trying to get my money back.
                  i want to cancel my order and want to get my money back in the wallet.
                  please help.

                      I Sumit Verma would like to complaint about that i made a payment to my paytm wallet of Rs.1000 at 25-Dec-2016 but i didn't get whole amount in my wallet. Even Whole Amount of payment has been deducted from my Account.

                        200rs was transferred from mob no [protected] to [protected] .
                        Although amount is deducted but not credited to [protected].
                        we have tried all possible ways but didnt hear back from any team.
                        Request to take required action else this wont be good for paytm.

                          It has been 20 days and Rs. 2075 is stuck in paytm on december my friend had transfered Rs. 1075 to my paytm he entered the correct no. But it was send to some one else even we didn't get sms amd mail for that transaction. Second I had tranfered 1000 to my wallet from bank it has been deducted from there but yet received in neither in bank again. It has been more than 20 days I am facing this problem being a student 2075 is a huge amount for me which is stucked. Had mailed alot to paytm can show you all those mail still they always say we will do something or money will return back within 7 days but it had been a lot . The company should understand that during this demonetisation what problems people are facing and please solve the problem.
                          I had tried to add Rs160, Rs200 and Rs153 to my wallet. But only Rs200 got added. However all the amount is debited from my bank. Why the balance amount of
                          Rs313 not added to my wallet?

                            I have added some money to my PaytTm wallet, and after that i refunded my balance to my bank account. the balance got deducted from the paytm wallet balance but did not credited to my bank balance.
                            i have complained many times to the PayTm but did not get resolved by them.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am here to inform you that, the money I was paid has not been credited to my account. I was paid 500 through paytm on 20th december, 2016 around 6pm. I got a message on my phone regarding the amount recieved but my paytm wallet still shows zero. Moreover the money was immediately deducted from the sender. I have complained several times, to all your email id's provided on your paytm website but so far no response nor did i get my money back. After the failure of the transfer of money, the paytm application shows error.
                              Is this the way you solve issues, I am very dissapointed. This was the first time I tried using paytm and I get such a bad response. I did comment on the google store and still no response. I have called the customer care but no response. Its been 17days and there is no reply from your side.
                              I would like my money back as soon as possible. And I'm sorry to say this, I didn't expect such kind of issues from you guys.

                                it took around 27 days to solve my problem.. i complained on twiitter. i was getting fast reply on twitter. so i suggest people to complaint through twitter rather than email.

                                  I had a ordered for a printer on Paytm and received the same on 31st December, 2016. On Monday, 2nd Jan, 2017 i had raised an issue related to the printer and told the team to return it and since then i am not getting any proper reply from their side. And today i am raising the issue with you as it the 6th day and i dont want Paytm to say that, we cant take the product as its against are policy.

                                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                        I have paid my electricity bill but transaction got failed and money got detected from my account. Almost 40 hr is over but did not received refund.

                                        1 More thing here...
                                        On the paytm website there is no Customer care no to talk with customer care, it have predefined voice script ([protected]), which i tried 2 time but did not got any response from Paytm.
                                        I tried to complaint by 'contact us' from paytm. it show successful submit, but did not received any email or massage on register email/mobile no.
