Dear sir,
I am here to inform you that, the money I was paid has not been credited to my account. I was paid 500 through paytm on 20th december, 2016 around 6pm. I got a message on my phone regarding the amount recieved but my paytm wallet still shows zero. Moreover the money was immediately deducted from the sender. I have complained several times, to all your email id's provided on your paytm website but so far no response nor did i get my money back. After the failure of the transfer of money, the paytm application shows error.
Is this the way you solve issues, I am very dissapointed. This was the first time I tried using paytm and I get such a bad response. I did comment on the google store and still no response. I have called the customer care but no response. Its been 17days and there is no reply from your side.
I would like my money back as soon as possible. And I'm sorry to say this, I didn't expect such kind of issues from you guys.
