For rs 4000 i have done 3 transactions and for rs 50 i have done 2 transactions. All transaction are failed. I already generated complain token. On 29 they called me and told me that within 24 hours they are going to solve my issue but still i didn't get my money back.
Here are the transaction id and timing.

I had done a transfer to wallet from my back account of Rs. 1000 and later i had to return the money back from wallet to my bank account. This transaction was done on 07th Dec 2016 and till today, the money is never reflected in my bank account.

In the paytm screen, it shows as success, but the money is not credited.

I now have my own doubts on paytm services and please note that word of mouth on such issues...

It is being learnt that the processing of PAYTM transaction is happening without either authentic process as once downloaded the APP, either transaction can take place without any authenticity of the user.

I have faced the problem recently i.e. on 2nd Jan.'17 where i had lost my phone and block my no. but even after that proceeding, the multiple transaction took place that was even including the wallet recharge from my credit...

I tried to make 3 transactions through paytm of 500/-, 2500/-, and 5400/- and i added these amounts from my bank account to my paytm wallet and above said transactions are kept failed from dut 24/12/2016 and the money is already deducted from my bank account on the same day. Recharge of VideoconD2H. Paytm deducted amount of INR 2610, but I did not get the service from Videocon. After contacting Videocn, they said they havent received money from Paytm.

I had booked a sandisk otg 64 gb pandrive from paytm .the est delivery was on 3rd of jan but still i did not get it and i am unable to track my order i dont know when will i get my pandrive .i had already paid for it. there is no cancellation option for the product please help me. order no ([protected]).i need my pandrive in in just two days because i had to go for my college. if they are unable to give my pandrive i will take strict action...

Recently on 15th dec 2016 transfered amount rs4990/- from my paytm wallet to another wallet with transaction i'd no: ([protected]) but till now the amount dint credited to the receivers wallet account. I had added Rs2001 dated 29.12.2016 to my
paytm wallet, due to my personal reason so I had sent the money back
to my same IOB acount.
The money was not refunded so I had sent a mail in
which it was intimated that I would get back my
money within 3 working days however today is
05.01.2017 and my money has still not been sent

Hello sir/mam, i did a transaction from paytm to my bank on 21/12/2016. But still i have not received the cash from paytm they asked for a letter from the bank if the cash is not refunded i got a written mail from my bank manager and mailed to the officer but still they have not responded.
the paytm transaction against order id-[protected] amount INR-800 is not refunded to my bank account.But they claim that they have refunded the cash...

7 days completed but still my money not credited to my back account even didn't refunded to my paytm wallet...

Hello Sir I transferred ₹10389 from paytm wallet to bank on 23 December 2016 and according to the option coming on the paytm app i.e return to bank I did the same as the same money was refunded to my paytm wallet before 23 December 2016 on cancelling a HTC mobile order . On 12 Oct there was an transaction of 8500/- made by my Paytm wallet ([protected]) with credit card # ending with 2547, while transaction message pop up saying payment declined so keeping up in my knowledge payment was not made so left. But when I checked my bank statement payment was made through paytm. I had a long conversation with bank but they said payment was successfully made from my side.
Now the problem...

On 21st Dec I transferred Rs 5000 to my PayTm Wallet.
The amount was deducted from my bank account instantly, but it has not been yet credited to my PayTm Wallet. Unfortunately, it has not yet been reversed to my bank account too.

I have dropped several complaint mails to PayTm Care. I have shared the statement of my bank account too, but this issue still stands unresolved....

I tried to recharge my wallet for 10500INR and it said transaction failed but money got deducted and i tried again and same happened..i had this in my order list that 2 transactions failed..its been more than ten days and i didnt get my refund, , when i reached their customer service and provided them with the order details they just deleted the details of those failed transactions from my paytm transaction list instead of refunding my money.....

Dear Concern,

I had paid money by paytm wallet for uber ride, for the same ride uber had made refund the amount but the same is not reflected into my paytm wallet.
i mailed paytm several times but they are not replying on my queried they are just sending the mail which elaborate the cause of refund not reflected but not a single is cause is related to my account so i mailed again but they are sending me the same mail...
