I have ordered a bike cover for my Yamaha Fazer from Paytm on the 25th 0f Dec, 2016 but I got the delivery of the product one day late from the estimated date i.e on the 4th Jan, 2017
that too at 9.30 pm & the person who delivered the courier was asking for money though I told him that I have already paid for the order online & the next day When I opened this courier I was totally disappointed the Bike Cover was not at all as expected. I ordered a red Blue cover & they delivered me a black cover in which my vehicle Brand is not mentioned though all other brands are mentioned & So I decided to inform Paytm about this concern & called their Customer Support no. but no one is answering calls even then I tried thrice such a worst way Of Cheating from Paytm & please tell me what will I do with that bike cover which is not suitable for my bike.

    I purchased a Scooter through PAYTM and the delivery was promised on 2-5 Dec. I did not recieve any status update when the delivery did not come. After repeated emails to customer care of PAYTM to cancel my order and refund the money the only response I get is an email that says, " Apologies for the inconvenience caused.Please be assured that we are working on resolving your concern at the earliest and our concerned team and will get back to you shortly.
    We assure you, the best of our service.". it is already past a month now. How long should I wait before I file a case against PAYTM?

      On[protected] around 9 PM, I try to add rs. 276 to my paytm wallet by my union bank debit card, but after submitting OTP, paytm give me message "your payment is declined by the bank", when I saw my account statement, money is deducted, on the next day, again I try to add rs. 276, this time it is successful, I thought that the money deducted on 25 December is returned in 7 days, but it is not returned till now, when I submit complain in [protected]@paytm.com, they always said that money is credited to your paytm wallet, actually money is deducted two times, but credited only one time, they want me to submit transaction id, there is no transaction id generated, please take appropriate action against paytm, I also send my bank account statement to prove money is deducted two times on the name of one97 communication, but they not refunded my money, I want to know where my money goes, I also contact bank they said transaction is successful, so why paytm is cheat the customers like me, I attached the proof of deducting rs. 276 twice.

      same thing happened to me on the same date 25-12-16 around 9:50pm, but sadly for me 2 transactions failed summing 21000, ,
      when i complained them and geve my order number they deleted my transaction details from my paytm wallet..fraud people, ,

        i have complained many times to the PayTm but did not get resolved by them.

          Best to worst app

          I had done a transfer to wallet from my back account of Rs. 20000 and later i had to return the money back from wallet to my bank account. This transaction was done on 19th Dec 2016 and till today, the money is never reflected in my bank account.

          In the paytm screen, it shows as success, but the money is not credited.

          I now have my own doubts on paytm services and please note that word of mouth on such issues will have major impact on your organization.

              I have booked a flight ticket from Doha to chennai for 19th Dec'16 through paytm travel ref. my order id [protected] dt.10.12.2016 and same has been cancelled on 12th Dec'2016. Till date i have not received my payment back. and customer care executive are confirming that i will get the payment within 24hrs to 48 hrs. but nothing has happened from 13th dec'2016 to till date. if i am not getting refund by today i am forced to write a compliant and take action paytm. Kindly do the needful.

                For rs 4000 i have done 3 transactions and for rs 50 i have done 2 transactions. All transaction are failed. I already generated complain token. On 29 they called me and told me that within 24 hours they are going to solve my issue but still i didn't get my money back.

                    It is being learnt that the processing of PAYTM transaction is happening without either authentic process as once downloaded the APP, either transaction can take place without any authenticity of the user.

                    I have faced the problem recently i.e. on 2nd Jan.'17 where i had lost my phone and block my no. but even after that proceeding, the multiple transaction took place that was even including the wallet recharge from my credit card...but fortunately... it's the bank authenticity that the transaction of wallet recharge couldn't take place just because of my unavailability as well as the unavailability where the OPT could come across...

                    Unfortunately, i only came to know about the transaction of paying money while i got the re-activation of my mobile no. and the time where i uploaded the PAYTM APP and it was worth shocking while i get to know about the transaction what went on while the phone was lost and even while the time where my mobile no. was deactivated by the service provider with the sent ticket no. of the request.

                    NOW THE BIGGEST QUESTION IS ...HOW FAR THE SAFETY OF WALLET MONEY OF PAYTM REMAINS SAFE...AND THE QUESTION CAN BE...NO MORE...

                    The message can be well floated that plz do not recharge of wallet more than the time specific need else PAYTM won't give you the similar pleasure as you have been experiencing with the bank or expecting the remedy from the bank.

                    The mobile nos. (96xxxx2561 & 87xxxx7703) are reflecting the pass book of PAYTM where the transactions have been taken place on dated 2nd January'2017 from the moment 11.25 a.m. onwards but scared that either remedy can be taken place...if PAYTM COULD REMEDIED THEN MY DETAILS ARE;

                    Date of Accident : 02.01.2017
                    Time : 11.25 a.m. onwards.

                    Expected remedy: My lost money could revert back from the nos. that i mention or from PAYTM...

                        I tried to make 3 transactions through paytm of 500/-, 2500/-, and 5400/- and i added these amounts from my bank account to my paytm wallet and above said transactions are kept failed from dut 24/12/2016 and the money is already deducted from my bank account on the same day. But still is not credited in my paytm wallet... I think no one is bother to get back at paytm will you pls get this refund urgently back to bank account. Many time i complaint it... But no any response in your side... I am not satisfied.

                          Recharge of VideoconD2H. Paytm deducted amount of INR 2610, but I did not get the service from Videocon. After contacting Videocn, they said they havent received money from Paytm.

                          Even after raining multiple complaints with paytm with complete proofs, they are not acting on it.

                          It is urprising that they do not have an 1800 number.

                                I had booked a sandisk otg 64 gb pandrive from paytm .the est delivery was on 3rd of jan but still i did not get it and i am unable to track my order i dont know when will i get my pandrive .i had already paid for it. there is no cancellation option for the product please help me. order no ([protected]).i need my pandrive in in just two days because i had to go for my college. if they are unable to give my pandrive i will take strict action on paytm.

                                    Recently on 15th dec 2016 transfered amount rs4990/- from my paytm wallet to another wallet with transaction i'd no: ([protected]) but till now the amount dint credited to the receivers wallet account. On the same day after the transaction i have complained regarding the issue [protected]@paytm.com but they dint responded properly. They gave an response as the transaction gets unsucessfull then the amount will be credited to the sender's paytm wallet after 48hrs but after completion of 20 days till now we dint received any kind of amount. So please help me out as rs4990/- is not a small amount for me. So hope to do needfull for me.

                                        I had added Rs2001 dated 29.12.2016 to my
                                        paytm wallet, due to my personal reason so I had sent the money back
                                        to my same IOB acount.
                                        The money was not refunded so I had sent a mail in

                                        I had transferred 2001 rs from paytm wallet to bank, it had gone more than 7 working days, but the money is not credited to my account till now, i had requested paytm for the reference number, so that i can claim the money in my bank with the reference number, but paytm had not given me reference number, paytm support is so irritating, i had never expected such a service from paytm,
