Sir i have added 1100 rs in paytm wallet and my mobile phone belonging to that account is lost plz suggest to recover in new account ..paytm guys are not helping me to sought out..they are not keen to help me those people thinks that money are grown on the tree, dear sir or mam plz help me recovering my money i am student and 1100 rupees worth me a lot

    Recently on 15th dec 2016 transfered amount rs4990/- from my paytm wallet to another wallet with transaction i'd no: ([protected]) but till now the amount dint credited to the receivers wallet account. On the same day after the transaction i have complained regarding the issue [protected]@paytm.com but they dint responded properly. They gave an response as the transaction gets unsucessfull then the amount will be credited to the sender's paytm wallet after 48hrs but after completion of 20 days till now we dint received any kind of amount. So please help me out as rs4990/- is not a small amount for me. So hope to do needfull for me.

    Yes they helped me but after a long period. No, i havent received any email from the company Ihave received a call and provided me the instructions.

    Below mentioned is the proof as the money transferred from my wallet to another but the receiver received a sms on his mobile through paytm that Rs4990/- have been added but the issue is the amount is not reflecting into the paytm wallet number [protected].Below attached file as the proof.

        Sir
        I had added Rs2001 dated 29.12.2016 to my
        paytm wallet, due to my personal reason so I had sent the money back
        to my same IOB acount.
        The money was not refunded so I had sent a mail in
        which it was intimated that I would get back my
        money within 3 working days however today is
        05.01.2017 and my money has still not been sent
        back to the bank.

        I had transferred 2001 rs from paytm wallet to bank, it had gone more than 7 working days, but the money is not credited to my account till now, i had requested paytm for the reference number, so that i can claim the money in my bank with the reference number, but paytm had not given me reference number, paytm support is so irritating, i had never expected such a service from paytm,

          Hello sir/mam, i did a transaction from paytm to my bank on 21/12/2016. But still i have not received the cash from paytm they asked for a letter from the bank if the cash is not refunded i got a written mail from my bank manager and mailed to the officer but still they have not responded.
          the paytm transaction against order id-[protected] amount INR-800 is not refunded to my bank account.But they claim that they have refunded the cash and say that my bank gave a reference no ARN Number-74766516356650019826128. But my bank says that they have not CREDITED the cash.

              Hello Sir I transferred ₹10389 from paytm wallet to bank on 23 December 2016 and according to the option coming on the paytm app i.e return to bank I did the same as the same money was refunded to my paytm wallet before 23 December 2016 on cancelling a HTC mobile order . As I thought return to bank option in paytm app will transfer the money to the original source from where the money was debited . But even after 13 days money has not been credited in bank or refunded in paytm wallet and paytm is saying either one of the thing has been done . But there is not any such reflection in my paytm wallet . My paytm Account number is [protected] and wallet transaction ID is. [protected] . Sir please solve this issue

              Hello Sir due to ur sruitny and process today Paytm today has asked me by a call made by them for transferring the money into the correct bank account . My problem is solved Thanks for the immediate response

                Hi Team,
                On 12 Oct there was an transaction of 8500/- made by my Paytm wallet ([protected]) with credit card # ending with 2547, while transaction message pop up saying payment declined so keeping up in my knowledge payment was not made so left. But when I checked my bank statement payment was made through paytm. I had a long conversation with bank but they said payment was successfully made from my side.
                Now the problem is the transaction is not showed in my paytm wallet as well as in my transaction history.

                Note: I have been sending mails to [protected]@paytm.com for 2 weeks and I haven't received any proper reply from them. Request you refund my money back to account or my paytm wallet

                  On 21st Dec I transferred Rs 5000 to my PayTm Wallet.
                  The amount was deducted from my bank account instantly, but it has not been yet credited to my PayTm Wallet. Unfortunately, it has not yet been reversed to my bank account too.

                  I have dropped several complaint mails to PayTm Care. I have shared the statement of my bank account too, but this issue still stands unresolved.

                    I tried to recharge my wallet for 10500INR and it said transaction failed but money got deducted and i tried again and same happened..i had this in my order list that 2 transactions failed..its been more than ten days and i didnt get my refund, , when i reached their customer service and provided them with the order details they just deleted the details of those failed transactions from my paytm transaction list instead of refunding my money.. total monet lost 21000INR paytm wallet id [protected]...i just want my money back, , the transaction happened on 25 devember 2016..i can get my bank statements, , , , just a fraud company..ill ask all my ppl and frnds to stop using this scam wallet..these people are serious scam..

                      Dear Concern,

                      I had paid money by paytm wallet for uber ride, for the same ride uber had made refund the amount but the same is not reflected into my paytm wallet.
                      i mailed paytm several times but they are not replying on my queried they are just sending the mail which elaborate the cause of refund not reflected but not a single is cause is related to my account so i mailed again but they are sending me the same mail again again. it is really frustrating and soon i will take a legal action on it.

                        Hi,

                        I had added Rs 3200 dated 28.12.2016 to my paytm wallet, as the merchant was unable to process the payment so I had sent the money back to my same ICICI acount.
                        The money was not refunded so I had sent a mail in which it was intimated that I would get back my money within 3 working days however today is 04.01.2017 and my money has still not been sent back to the bank.
                        Its a very negative example that paytm had set for me, I would think twice from now before using the service, I wouldon't request my money to be refunded to my bank account.

                          I have recharged my Paytm account with Rs. 500 on 31st Dec'16 & on 1stJan'17 without my knowledge they have deducted my money from the account stating "Little Internet Trideal Order" - (Wallet txn ID - [protected]) . I have raised the concern with Paytm but instead of listening to my concern they want me to follow up with the mechant and get their consent in writing for refunding the amount.

                          I request the concerned authorities to take strict disciplinary actions for such forgery and fooling to the customers and pursuing fraudulent activities causing immense mental disturbance & loss of time in following up with the company.

                                Fraud people! It's better Not to use dis app am complaining 2nd time
                                I added 1000 rs to wallet through my atm amount has been detected from account but not added in paytm wallet I received msg from bank of deduction of money but paytm did not added to my wallet
                                I request you to pls look after my complaint properly. This is the second time i am complaining you

                                I had only used 7500 an according to you limit is 20000
                                Bank downtime i hav recived mail from bank of deduction of 1000 rupees. If I don't get my money back i am gonna file a fraud complaint on paytm

                                  Are you only earning money for yourself or are you also concerned about the issues that a customer faces while using your application?

                                  I've lost Rs.3000 that I transferred from my Paytm wallet to my bank account!

                                  The wallet balance was deducted the same day but I'm still waiting for this amount to be credited in my bank account. Could someone please bother and put some time and efforts to look into this matter?

                                  I've been facing this issue since the past 17 days and have also written several E-mails to your customer care department on [protected]@paytm.com.

                                  I now wonder whether there actually is any customer service department as I'm still waiting to hear from anyone.

                                  I'm very concerned and confused and helpless with no clue whatsoever about where my money is !

                                  It is my hard earned money and I request someone to personally take this up so that this could be resolved.

                                  Moreover, there is no phone number available on your website or application for us to reach you on, which is pathetic! I therefore request you to please help me with a phone number where I can personally talk to someone about this. If not, please make sure to respond to this post.

                                  This would help maintain the credibility of your business and build trust within people to continue using Paytm app without fear.

                                  Please help me in getting my Rs. 3000 back. I'm giving you my transaction ID. It is [protected] and the date of transaction is 17th December 2016..

It's been long time passed 17 Dec 2016 to 4 Jan 2017 but refund still not credit in my bank account..                                       On 24th dec 2016, i tried to pay tata sky the sum of inr 1850 through paytm. the amount was deducted from my wallet but tatasky didnt receive the payment. despite repeated complaints, the money has not been refunded to my apytm wallet and i would like this to happen soon . paytm said within 10 days they will refund the money but it has not happened. noone is responding to my calls or calling back, i request a senior person in paytm to take this complaint forward and resolve this issue ASAP
