I had ordered a NIKON LENSE(Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18 - 200 mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II Lens (Black)) from PAYTM with Order no: [protected] on 1st Dec 2016.
They delivered a wrong product (18-55mm (priced 8000) instead of 18-200(priced 50000))
Paytm accepted the return, but customer care told that reverse pickup facility is not available with PAYTM.
So I had to courier the wrong product to seller's address, which reached the seller on 9th Dec 2016.
After 15 days of continous calls and mails, Paytm responded that seller had received an empty parcel.
I then checked with courier service(First Flight LTD) which confirmed the successful delivery of the product with actual weight.
Post that PAYTM is not taking the case seriously and not responding at all.
It's almost a month now; return courier of product has reached seller. But PAYTM is behaving pitiful; still not refunding huge amount of 43, 000/-(Forty three thousand)
PAYTM is handling this case pathetically, which is very irritating.
Every call to customer care is routed/escalated to a team manager who falsely assures of some update within 24 hours. Even after 30 long days I have neither received a reply nor 43, 000 refund mount.
Every day I have to write an email to PAYTM which never gets a response.
I am very much frustrated with shopping experience and customer service from PAYTM.
I have all the documents ready to file a case in consumer forum or an FIR.
