I had booked movie ticket but first time order no [protected] was failed at 3 jan 17, at 11:00pm and second time i booked the ticket order no [protected] that was successfully booked but after some time again the first order had been booked order no [protected] at 11:19 pm and booked both ticket and deduct money from my account. I want to cancel my first order.
Kindly do the needful.

      The last transaction i did with paytm was to add 1500 rs from my hdfc debit card. the money was deducted instantly from bank but never reflected on paytm wallet.the bank says that the money was succesfull transferred to paytm. now the bank has asked me to show the proof that the transaction was declined but there is no mention of the unsuccesful transaction in paytm. there is no one to reach on telephone on paytm. paytm is just scamming people of their money now. my number is [protected]

        i 'dont understand you guys are playing games with me i'm sending lot's of reminders regarding my refund status. still there is no response from your side . Even my order to send money to my bank account from my Paytm wallet. The money will be debited in my Paytm wallet but you guys are not refund my amount in my bank account still transaction done on 29/12/2016 now date 04/01/2017...below mail message i'm revived Dec-29th 2016

          Please help me to refund the money which is 15000 Indian rupees I have added this money from my bank account. Initially my paytm wallet has shown the 15000 rupees money and after 2 hours I made a logout and login then it shown 0 rupees in my paytm wallet.             Pehle to mere accounts she paise kat liye and order b nhi LGA. Bank ne b abi tak refund nhi kiya bank keh RHA h apka paisa Paytm Ke hi pass hai 45 din Ke bad milega. Uske bad mene bank me or paisa JMA karke dubara order lgaya. Uske bad courier company ne mujhe bina call kiye saman returned kar diya or status me in correct address dal diya. Paytm ne dubara phir mera paisa ROK liya. Or na to saman bheja na paisa. Or is saman se cash back scheme ko b kam kar diya. Issue mujhe 10000 Ka nuksan hua hai pls call me [protected]

                I opted for the option of send back the money to the bank and it was showing that the money will be credited within 7 days but its being more than 12 days and no proper response from the company regarding the query.

                  I have added 500 rs to paytm wallet on 7/12/16. but the amount of 500 is deducted form my account 2 times from my account that means paytm have charged me 500*2=1000rs from my account and loaded my wallet with only 500rs . account statment is attached of decuction . my registered mobile no is . i emailed the compant for the concern along with my bank statement & also raised tickets for the same from my paytm app . but still the issue is not resoved .

                    I have returned the fasttrack watch of order Id[protected]. For that paytm has to refund me the money of rs 1143. Paytm has messaged me that they have submitted money into my bank account which I have not received yet. It's been 10 working days after receiving massage. I have even complained in customer care also but they are not giving proper reply.

                      I purchase android Mobile Name Reach Allure Speed from GADGET 360 SHOPPING and paid through paytm wallet from my debit card the transaction failed but the money was deducted and it was said that the money will be returned in 2 to 3 days but it is still not forwarded into my account. The date is 24/12/2016 Paytm App Pos 731322... I complaint to the gadgetz 360 shopping but they said they can't do anything, I had contact to the bank but they said transaction already done through PAYTM I had contact PAYTM but they said to contact the bank... Please help me where should I compliant... Such issue will make people aware of digital payment

                        My transaction failed, I tried again and It failed again.
                        A total sum of Rs. 480 got debited from my account but nothing has been refunded to me yet.

                        Paytm is such a fraud.

                        Contact me asap and get the issue resolved.

                          I transfer Rs.5000 two times totally amount Rs.10000 date 28/12/2016.
                          This amount returns in my wallet 29/12/16 5:30 am then I press returns to bank but not receive in my banks account.
                          After date02/01/17 i go my bank SBI they say me "I don't help paytm mobile banking matter, you call costumer care of paytm".
                          So plz help me...and plz.return my money in my banks account.

                              My registered mobile number is [protected]. I ordered men's purple blazer. Order id [protected]. After that my account got merged. So I had to return that blazer but there is no order list in my mobile because all order list got merged. So after that I mailed to paytm after that they sent a courier man for return pick up. Courier man took the product. After that I got message from paytm your refund amount 1579 is successfully. But I am not able to see that amount 1579 in my wallet. I can see zero. It almost one month over. Till I didn't get my money. I have mailed so many time. I called paytm so many time. But there is no perfect answer from paytm. Please resolve my problem. How can I get my money 1579. Please paytm.

                                  I made a transaction of Rs.1500 from my ICICI bank credit card on 4th dec 2016.

                                  The bank transaction ID/Auth ID is 656001.

                                  As per the ICICI back :

                                  We inform you that, the transaction made at Paytm for Rs. 1500 debited in your card account on December 04, 2016 and the transaction ID/auth ID is 656001.

                                  As the transaction amount is claimed by the merchant, it has been billed and reflecting in your current month statement.

                                  Since the merchant has already claimed the amount, the reversal or refund of those charges can not be processed from our side.

                                  We request you to kindly contact the merchant for the refund of those charges.

                                  Once the merchant refunds the amount it will be reflecting in your, the then current statement.

                                    I tried to add Rs.1620 from my debit card to the Paytm account for mobile number - [protected]. It showed in paytm app that transaction failed, but the amount got deducted from my account. I tried the same transaction again and the same thing happened. Hence, total amount of Rs.3240 has been deducted and the amount has not been added to paytm wallet. I did not receive a refund from the bank as well as the amount was transfered according to them. Please look into the problem and please transfer back the amount. Thank you.

                                      At 23rd December. but still now it is not credited my bank account . I called my (bank of baroda) bank they told me to credit with in 7 working days.                                         23 december 5000 rs txn id - [protected] time 19:27 pm and 95 rs txn id - [protected] time 19:40 pm return in my paytm wallet and after returing the money i press return to bank option and money is deducted my paytm wallet and also received msg transtion success but till today 5000 and 95 rs money is not credited my sbi account than we contact phone banking customer he told me we can not help you contact only paytm care support. What i do please help me and solve ny problem and return my amount where is my money..
