I made a transaction of Rs.1500 from my ICICI bank credit card on 4th dec 2016.

The bank transaction ID/Auth ID is 656001.

As per the ICICI back :

We inform you that, the transaction made at Paytm for Rs. 1500 debited in your card account on December 04, 2016 and the transaction ID/auth ID is 656001.

As the transaction amount is claimed by the merchant, it has been billed and reflecting in your current month statement.

Since the merchant has already claimed the amount, the reversal or refund of those charges can not be processed from our side.

We request you to kindly contact the merchant for the refund of those charges.

Once the merchant refunds the amount it will be reflecting in your, the then current statement.

    I tried to add Rs.1620 from my debit card to the Paytm account for mobile number - [protected]. It showed in paytm app that transaction failed, but the amount got deducted from my account. I tried the same transaction again and the same thing happened. Hence, total amount of Rs.3240 has been deducted and the amount has not been added to paytm wallet. I did not receive a refund from the bank as well as the amount was transfered according to them. Please look into the problem and please transfer back the amount. Thank you.

      I was added 10000 to my paytm wallet and that money is put return to my bank
      At 23rd December. but still now it is not credited my bank account . I called my (bank of baroda) bank they told me to credit with in 7 working days. Now it is over and i don't have any results ithink this is the problem for the paytm. Kindly request you to do the need full

        23 december 5000 rs txn id - [protected] time 19:27 pm and 95 rs txn id - [protected] time 19:40 pm return in my paytm wallet and after returing the money i press return to bank option and money is deducted my paytm wallet and also received msg transtion success but till today 5000 and 95 rs money is not credited my sbi account than we contact phone banking customer he told me we can not help you contact only paytm care support. What i do please help me and solve ny problem and return my amount where is my money..

          Sir,
          I am rahul baisoya having syndicate saving bank account no [protected] whose branch code is 8692.
          I have done transaction of rs. 2000/- on 25 dec 16 with transaction id 13548822 on paytm. Image of bank statement attched for ready reference. That amount has been debited from my account but not credited in paytm wallet and also not showing in paytm transaction details. Screenshot of paytm wallet is also attached.
          When i contacted bank for this transaction, they refused to help me and said that this happens normally which in unacceptable in mordern digitalised world.
          It is requested to liase with paytm and refund my money back into my account or state the reason of non refundnent.

            Hello sir I have added 700 to paytm wallet to transfer into another bank account but my transition become fail and my payment added to wallet and I am refunded to my bank account but it not credit' I futures contact with paytm but there is no single response from paytm paytm claim 7day policy but after 7day is already passed even though I am not getting my amount so sir please help me to getting back my amount the paytm insure the trust but this trust is rumer and now a day country has trend to go cashless but can we belive in this fraud company my mobile no. is [protected] and bank transition id is [protected]

                Refund not showing in bank account

                After a failed transfer to SBI A/c from my wallet Paytm refunded Rs.3150 back to my source BOI A/c ( Order Id : [protected] )( Transsaction Id : [protected])

                Paytm website displays successful transfer . But no refund amount is showing in my bank A/c statement .

                How long will it take ? Does this procedure take a week or month ?...

                On 25 dec'16 i added (1000+1000)=2000 in my paytm wallet i receive msg that my amount has been dedicated from my a/c but didn't reflect in payment wallet then i call paytm customer care they told me that within 48 hours the amount goes back in ut a/c and today is 3 jan'17 my refrence no is[protected] &[protected] and i didn't receive amount yet so please do the needful i'm very worried about this

                    My friend transferred amount to my wallet 5000/- but i didnt received to my wallet transaction id:[protected] i raised complaitns to paytm.com//care but no response and i transferred to my brother wallet 2000/- but he didnt get amount transaction id: [protected]

                    im raising complaints from lats 2months but no one is responding from paytm care, they have very poor customer service..

                    if this wont solve i will go for consumer forum

                        I have received a call regarding reward points. Due to which rs. 9850 was debited from my account to keep the amount for security. But after debiting rs. 9850 once, the same amount around 9000 was debited three times again. Twice the message says info vin*pay and debited amount is 9850 and another twice it says iin*paytm in which once 9846 is debited and second time, 9600 is debited.
                        Please help.
                        As on dated 29 dec 2016. I have transfer money from paytm wallet 4120rs but as its deducted from wallet but not credited respected bank account. I need urgent mount in my bank. Please resolve urgent.

                          On 24th december 2016 i made a transfer from my bank account to paytm wallet for rs.392 thru debit card and the transaction got clear from my bank account but the payment has not been added in my paytm wallet when i enquired at my bank they said the payment has transferred to the paytm but its not added in my paytm wallet so they said to complain at the paytm for ur refund amount in your paytm wallet or to your bank. So im waiting for refund as early as possible.

                            I would like to draw your kind attention on the following facts:
                            I am having a saving bank account with sbi at rohini sector-7, delhi 85
                            I am not register for net banking.
                            Every time i use my debit card at any place i get one sms from the bank.
                            I have not registered with paytm.
                            2/1/2017 i have received three sms of amount rs. 19994, 1999 and 5000. I did’t any transaction on the same day and was surprised to see that.
                            I have never transferred any amount to paytm.
                            All these transactions are unauthorized.

                              From icici credit card 17th december 2016 2 transactions done.. One is failed... But amount deducted from bank.. Bank people intimated me amount received by merchant and those 2 transactions details are: 130819 and 588102.

                              Your payment has been declined by your bank. Please contact your bank for any queries. If money has been deducted from your account, your bank will inform us within 48 hrs and we will refund the same.

                                  I have recently installed this paytm app and added 1000 rs in the wallet to transfer to my bank account but this option doesn't work even though i am not able to send my 1000 rps back to the bank. I tried to call the customer care executive but all have gone in vein, there is no option to contact them, now either i want to transfer the money to the account or send it back to the bank. One of my friend has deposit money in my paytm wallet but it cant add in my bank or in wallet and at same time my friend has deducted money from her account so i have already complaint on paytm before 25 days but it cant be resolved. The service of paytm is such a poor i will not suggest anyone.

                                      I tried to pay my bses yamuna electricity bill of inr 300 on 23-dec-2016 by paytm money deducted from my bank account but electricity bill didn't get paid it was mentioning within 48 hours we will refund you (Enclosing that screenshot) but now its 31-12-16 i didn't get my money back. I called them many times i mailed them more than 30 times they are replying you already get the refund i showed them many times screenshot of my bank statement still they are not replying properly. They are providing me a rnr no. 74766516358651175949728 but my bank don't have any information regarding this.
                                      They don't have any customer care executive number. I even tweet to their director mr. Vijayshekher still i didn't get any assistance i even mailed to their head office. But my issue is not resolved yet. Same case happened with my friends also. My order id is [protected].
                                      I am also enclosing my bank details.
                                      Please help me to get my money back.
