    Hello sir

    I have returned my money from paytm wallet to my sbi account on 28th dec 2016 and i got a message from the paytm team stating "sbi just gave us a reference number 74766516363651576210814 for successful refund of rs 1300 from paytm to your bank account" but till now i did not get any refund please see into this matter. Already complained twice on paytm no proper response.

      The amount of 2000 rupees still not refund in my state bank account.. I have send back money to my bank accounts dated 20.12.2016 and i have received a msg (We have refunded rs. 2000 to your sbi bank for the your order id [protected] on paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount) but still we have not received the rs. 2000 in my bank.
      Please solve this problem

          Dear tean consumer

          I am using this serviece we purchased 6 movie ticket in 3 lot but
          4 ticket is successfully done and one transaction is done but not clear and money debited and ticket not received.. Paytm issued me ticket but not mention ticket id so cinema house sold this un identify ticket to another person and at that time we suffered lot... And still refund my money so please i tired to race again and again ticket to paytm so please help me in this case

            I am facing a lot of issues while using paytm. I make payments using it, and it shows that the transaction has failed but the amount has been deducted. while transferring the amount from my paytm wallet to my bank account the transactions are again and again failing.
            I've made three transactions using it. first to pay for my movie tickets and the other two for transferring the amount to my bank account from my paytm wallet. While paying for my tickets the amount was deducted but the transaction failed. the customer care services for paytm are not showing any concern.
            Please make any paytm customer care representative communicate to me. as soon as possible.

                From my State bank of India's bank account on 12th Dec 2016 3 times and on 13th and 14th Dec 2016 one time money got deducted saying "TO TRANSFER-INB Times of Money Limited". Amount Rs 256.17 for each transaction, And i am sure i havnt purchase or order anything on those days.

                I just want to refund my money, i tried to look at Times of money site http://www.timesofmoney.com/, i havnt got any number to contact

                  I have booked a ticket for dangal on paytm site and during booking i have applied promocode book200 and choose instant payment option but after issuing tickets then their site shows that no promocode applied. Paytm booking id is [protected]

                  I have mailed them many times but their is no reply from their side and also there is no option to call them directly. Online shopping must have customer care no.

                    2 week back there happened 2 instances where money from my wallet was deducted for somebody else order to food panda. The transaction happened from some other mobile and that too without my knowledge or any OTP. I just got sms that money is deducted from my account for an order which I don't know.
                    I send multiple mails to paytm on this and it is such a disgrace that they did not even respond to the complaint I have raised.
                    Do you paytm have the minimum decency to respond to a complaint. I have lost the money due to this insecure app and not paytm. Shame on you.

                      Sir i added 280 rs in my paytm wallet on 23 dec 2016.
                      But after that my money was debited but not added on my wallet.
                      Then i contacted your care then you said money is refunded to your account.
                      Today i checked my account statement it show no money were refunded.
                      I am giving you my bank account statement.
                      2 days before your costomer executive called me and asked me my order id... I gave him my order id and he said this was done in july 2016... How is this possible... You all are liar
                      And also i am sending screenshot of my order id.
                      I want my money back.

                        Hi Team.
                        My transaction date was 23Dec. And today is 3 Jan 2017' but still 13000 not credit in my bank account and paytm wallet is showing 0 balance. Customer care didn't pick up the call. This company is not returned my money .they have not any customer care support number and do not give any reply. The emial, due to this problem lots the faith of digital payments from the proples. I have many times complained with paytm but the have no solution, please contacted with paytm and resolve my.problem.

                        Due to that I am very mentally harass.

                            On[protected] i added money to paytm through my atm card (Bank of maharashtra)
                            Amount has been cut from my account but money is not added to my paytm account i have contacted to paytm costmer every time dey say money will be added with in 2 days. But money is not still added i have received message and email from bank on deduction of money that is 1000 rupees but not added in my paytm account

                                I was making payment of rs3772 through paytm app to pay electricity bill
                                I have done all the steps and money was successfully debited from bank
                                After that processing started and few hours after an message appears that order was canceled. I can not able to under stand that where has money gone

                                  For the following 2 orders my money deducted but movie ticket not booked & i not got refund

                                  This happened on 22-dec-2016 & now we are in 2017 but still i not got refund to paytm wallet.

                                  This is horrible service from paytm

                                  Two times money deducted & only one time credit given for both of this order

                                    I tried to add Rs 2000 to my paytm account on 26/12/16. It said that the amount has been denied by the bank but after a minute I got a SMS from my bank stating that Rs 2000 has been debited. Till date my bank account shows debit and on paytm the added money is 0. Paytm customer service is pathetic because I'm fed up with their system generated response. I have not been able to speak to a human. Also when I mailed to [protected]@paytm.com, I did not get any confirmation. Kindly help. I want my money back into my bank account.

                                      I sent many mails to paytm customer care but my problem does not solved yet. I shopping titan 2480sm02 women analog watche cost of 2558 rupees at paytm with order number [protected] has been processed on 22 dec 2016. And i cancel my order at same day and they refunded my money back to my paytm account. But when i choose the option of transfer of money to my bank account then money deducted from paytm account but did not credited my bank account yet. I sent a lot of mails to paytm team but they just given me arn no. 75134836358816059681515. And said that contact to your bank. But bank authority said that this is not our problem. I contact both paytm and banks authority many many time but no one helping me.
                                      Now i am tired from complaining this, please help me.

                                        I had Rs 8445/- in my Paytm wallet. On 1.1.17 at 1030 pm I was trying to transfer Rs 5000/- to my axis bank saving account but in the last step unexpectedly it showed add money option on the screen so I cancelled the transaction. After it my whole paytm wallet balance Rs 8445/- was deducted and no money was received to my bank account also. Plz solve my problem as earlier as possible.
