Hi customer service team,

For the following 2 orders my money deducted but movie ticket not booked & i not got refund

This happened on 22-dec-2016 & now we are in 2017 but still i not got refund to paytm wallet.

This is horrible service from paytm

Two times money deducted & only one time credit given for both of this order

Please do needful & update my wallet balance immediately.

Please do not ask me more details, if you check my statement from 22 december to 24 december you will find all details.

I never able to book my movie ticket through paytm at all.

Two times money deducted & only one time credit given for both of this orders.

I tried to add Rs 2000 to my paytm account on 26/12/16. It said that the amount has been denied by the bank but after a minute I got a SMS from my bank stating that Rs 2000 has been debited. Till date my bank account shows debit and on paytm the added money is 0. Paytm customer service is pathetic because I'm fed up with their system generated response. I have not been able to speak to a human. Also when I mailed to [protected]@paytm.com, I did not get any confirmation. Kindly help. I want my money back into my bank account.

I sent many mails to paytm customer care but my problem does not solved yet. I shopping titan 2480sm02 women analog watche cost of 2558 rupees at paytm with order number [protected] has been processed on 22 dec 2016. And i cancel my order at same day and they refunded my money back to my paytm account. But when i choose the option of transfer of money to my bank account then money deducted from paytm account but did not credited my bank account yet. I sent a lot of mails to paytm team but they just given me arn no. 75134836358816059681515. And said that contact to your bank. But bank authority said that this is not our problem. I contact both paytm and banks authority many many time but no one helping me.
Now i am tired from complaining this, please help me.

I had Rs 8445/- in my Paytm wallet. On 1.1.17 at 1030 pm I was trying to transfer Rs 5000/- to my axis bank saving account but in the last step unexpectedly it showed add money option on the screen so I cancelled the transaction. After it my whole paytm wallet balance Rs 8445/- was deducted and no money was received to my bank account also. Plz solve my problem as earlier as possible.

I was adding money to my wallet on 21/12/16 against no : [protected] amounting rs 3900 but transaction failed and i got a message that my account is debited for 3900 from my bank and then message from paytm that my refund is processed and will show in my account within 7 working days but as if today its more than 10 working days and i am waiting for my refund and also contacted my bank but they are unable to locate my refund status
i have also registered my query to paytm but i got no response
strict action should be taken against such annoying online frauds

Another bad experience with Paytm service, I don't know why paytm is promoting its brand when it is not capable enough to deliver the services.

I recharged my Delhi Metro card on dated 28th Dec 2016, metro card # 69533570.
It shows recharge successful but when I checked at metro station today it doesn't show the recharge amount, neither metro refunded my balance to paytm wallet.
I already have an ongoing issue against paytm which I have escalated to consumer court I don't know what paytm support team is doing now a days there is no callback neither is there way to speak to customer care executive. Please find the attached screenshot which shows the transaction done on above mentioned date.
Please revert me within 24-48 hours otherwise this matter will also go to higher level.

On 20th Dec-16, I refunded an amount of Rs 5000 from my Paytm wallet to my bank account of Syndicate Bank. A message has been displayed that the money will be refunded within 7 days. However, Its been 13 days now, the money is not deposited to my bank account yet. I request PayTM company to refund my money to my bank account. (More then 5 times.) On 24th Dec, I refunded an amount of Rs 6000 from my Paytm wallet to my bank account of Syndicate Bank. A message has been displayed that the money will be refunded within 7 days. When try to order or try for a recharge it gives an error message as "oops. Something went wrong! Please try after 24 hrs" .

Getting the same message from many days, Seen some blogs where many are facing the issues if they have multiple accounts. This is my only account and genuine account.

I've a wallet balance as well. Unable to transfer. How can this be resolved.

On 29th dec 2016 i had added rs:100/- to my paytm wallet, the amount got deducted from my bank account immediately but was not added in my paytm wallet.

I have also got payment received email from paytm but the money was not added in paytm wallet.
I have also registered a complaint against paytm but did not receive a single reply from them.

I have ordered lava x81 16gb (Gold) from paytm website on 30/11/2016.
Order no is [protected] from brand e store. It was a prepaid order. I paid rs.9499. The item was shipped by wow express with tracking id p[protected]. I had received the package on 5/12/2016 afternoon. When i opened, there was only the outer box but inside, there was a stone instead of phone. I immediately registered a complaint to paytm ticket # 11862578 and handled by ankur through e-mail and by phone call. He asked to fill up the customer undertaking form and send all the photos of the product that i received. I did all that. Later, he asked the digital weightage of the package. I also sent all the details. After few days, i got a phone call from wow express regarding the complaint. I also told them that i received a stone. But then, on 16/12/16, he replied that full scale investigation was done and told that correct product was delivered! How could paytm be so irresponsible even after providing the full details? Paytm hasn't shared the mobile's imei number, serial number and other details! No mobile was delivered to me! Please take immediate action for my payment rs.9499 + 1 month my stress for this penalty against paytm!

I send 5000 money another bank from my card on 20 dec money is deducted from my card and wallet but payment status showing pending then i submit complation on 23 dec and same day money is return in my paytm wallet and i press return to bank option status showing success but amount is not credited my sbi account tell me why amount is not credit please help me and solve my problem quickly

I have purchased many product from paytm website and every product they provide the cash back offer on paytm wallet so i have very good amount on my paytm wallet but due to some error "your account is temporarily blocked for login" i can’t login my account or i can't use my paytm wallet.
Last 10-12 days i am continuing email to paytm team but nobody solved my problem till now.
My paytm balance is rs.7591

I tried to call them in different number are given for contact like[protected], [protected]and[protected] but no one can pick up the phone and no reply or no call from paytm team side.
I am very disappointing for this type of support and services provided by paytm team to the customer, please help me to solve my problem.

Paytm is cheating its customers, i have transferred 600 rupees to my friend's paytm account and its been deducted immediately, but not transferred to her paytm account till now. This was happened on 09th dec'16. But no solution is provided by paytm till now.

I have purchased a safari flipper strolley bag which order no. Is [protected]. Any how the promo code could not be applied and the order was booked. So i contacted with customer care and they confirmed that they will add the cashback of inr. 2563, in line to the on-going mega70 cash back promo code. That will be added to my paytm account once the item will be delivered. For this i have to acknowledged replying the mail. I have replied to the mail that the item has been delivered, please process the cash back. But no reply now. The worst pat is your customer service where no one cant talk wit the customer care at the. No one call back also. Please acknowledge the mail and provide me my cash back amount.

I made a paymen on koov.com through paytm of rs 2336. My amount got deducted from my bank. Koovs has confirmed that they have not received any money from paytm. Kindly see the mail attached below.

Paytm has no customer care executive number through which i can contact any person.
