On 25th of december, i used to pay electric bill but bill didn't done by paytm and the amount of rs1210 that is bill amount deducted from my account. Here i am giving some details of transaction.
Order no.[protected]. Dc transaction no.[protected]. And pos[protected] given in my updated passbook. Please return my money as soon as possible.
So, please please please please return my money back to my account.

I started recharge for Rs.300 to my Tatasky DTH account. The amount deducted immediately but not reached my tatasky account and it shows "payment confirmation awaited" for the past 7 days.
I raised so many tickets to customer care and no actions taken.
I tried too many mails to [protected]@paytm but of no reply any way.
So frustrating. this people are playing with our Money.
I trusted paytm much but of all in vain now.
There is not even a single customer care number to reach this people.
All numbers are of recorded message structure.
Surely we must have a cyber complaint cell to complaint about these type of websites. Am so depressed of their service.

I was booking a flight ticket on the spice jet app. On reaching the payment stage i was directed to paytm app. I was not logged in to the paytm app and was using it as guest user. When i initiated the payment process, i was redirected to verified by visa page. On entering the transaction it showed as "transaction failed" and was taken back to the payment page of spicejet app. I initiated the payment process again and was redirected to paytm app. This time i logged in and continued the payment process and successfully booked the ticket. The amount inr[protected] because i already had inr 3 in my paytm wallet) got transferred to my paytm account and then was paid to spicejet app successfully. However the first failed transaction too got debited from my bank account which is reflected in my bank statement. Kindly look into this issue at the earliest and initiate the refund process for the amount of inr 3767 which was debited from my account even though the payment failed. No transaction id or order id got generated for the failed transaction

I transferred the amount of 5000 using my ICICI prepaid card on 30/12/2016 into my ICICI bank account however amount not transferred.
It was showing pending status for long then I opted to get it back to my prepaid card however this is also not done. I have enquired with ICICI bank and they confirmed that it is pending from PAYTM only. Need to co-ordinate accordingly. I registered no. of complaints meanwhile, but none of the authorities from company is seeking their responsibilities.

I have transfer inr 4500 from paytm wallet in to my canara bank dated 25 dec 2016 and the money has been debated from paytm wallet but I haven't received this my bank account plz help me

this is to inform you that my Paytm balance of Rs. 1701 get nil while i tried to make payment to a shopkeeper. The transaction was not successful. But my balance got reduced to Rs. 0.00. I have notified Paytm team by drafting a mail to [protected]@paytm.com on 29th Dec 2016. A responding mail came to me by giving reasons of failure. I have replied it by requesting them to please make the refund of balance fund but no response to this has been made till time nor the return of balance fund has been made in my account. So, please do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear sir, i tried to make 3 transactons through paytm of 500/-, 2500/-, and 5400/- and i added these amounts from my bank account to my paytm wallet and above said transactions are kept failed from dt 24/12/2016 and the money is already deducted from my bank account on the same day. But still is not credited in my paytm wallet... I think no one is bother to get back at paytm will you pls get this refund urgently back to bank account. Many time i complaint it... But no any responce in your side... I am not satisfied.

I(Saurabh sharma) purchased a Iphone 6s 32 GB from paytm and was delivered on 02/12/2016.

When i opened the package the mobile was defective as the Display was not working.

Since then i have filed numerous returns and gave them all the certificates they wanted for verification.
First of all paytm does not reply on customer care.

They reply on emails only and the reply they give is-
"Your issue has been highlighted to our relevant team and they might take up to 48-72 hrs to resolve the issue."

This reply is coming from last 15 days.

I have clearly asked them for refund and they are fooling me by saying that phone is under warranty and i should contact apple customer care.

This is very unprofessional of Paytm and they are fooling customers by giving defective products and then not refunding the amount.

I want PAYTM to take their product back and refund my amount.

Today morning I transferred the money from paytm mobile app to a bank. The money did not transferred. The transaction status showing as pending..I didn't got money back on paytm or bank..please resolve the issue as earliest as possible
I took a snapshot of the transaction. Please go through the transaction.

Pls credit my bank a/c immediately. I return 5000 rs to same bank from which AC I debit paytm wallet. (through atm card )Paytm wallet showing transfer not sucessfully but bank not credit my amount. I transfered Rs.1000 in in paytm wallet on 24th december 2016 and money deducted from my account and i received a message from paytm that Rs.1000 has been successfully confirmed from bank account and transfered in paytm wallet, i did complaint but no action been taken yet, kindly refund my amount, contact no. is [protected]

I was transfer 1500 to my bank account but showing pending. Transactions id is [protected]. Yesterday also i tried to transfer money to my bank account but showing the same after that it was returned to my paytm wallet. Now at last timeof transaction I received a message, (my bank is over loaded if the transition is failing the amount will be credited to my paytm wallet.) plz do the needful

Hi Team,

I had added Rs 4000/- from my HDFC bank to Paytm on 30th Dec'16 at 2:56 PM. I got the msg frm bank that " OTP is XXXX for txn of INR 4000 at ONE97 CCOMMU-PAYTM on my card ending XXXX and after putting the OTP the amount was deducted from my bank but the same has not been added in my Paytm till to date.

Request you to look into this matter asap and get the money transferred to my Paytm or return to my HDFC bank.

Hi i have recharge a mobile number from prepaid and by mistake from postpaid menu in paytm app. But they deduct my money from both menu. But the mobile number is prepaid so how can they deduct money from postpaid also. I want my money back from one transaction. Please give me some help... Yesterday some called me he told me I am calling from hdfc credit card he taken my Citibank credit card for money transfer Citibank to hdfc den he transferred to paytm app not for my hdfc 13500 he transferred I have proof card number;[protected]

Yesterday night i am sending 1300rs. money to a person but by mistake mobile no. is wrong filled by me and the Mobile no. of the person is switched off in this case i have written 3-4 email to paytm/care till now no reply should be done ...by paytm ... i never seen this worst type of facility

first things is that - No any direct call goes to customer care very Cheap service ever ..paytm have to provide Toll free customer care .

Second thing - we are human beings if the mistake happens then what is the solution Paytm tell us . You are leading Brand and like Bank in india... .

i am very regret from your services it happens with me 2-3 times some times money didn't transfer you simply cheated the peoples.

I have lost my mobile phone so I request you guys to block the old Paytm account number and transfer the account balance into new Paytm account. I have been trying since yesterday so far I have not been contacted by any of the concern people please help. I am so worried about the money which is 3000 rupees in the old Paytm account.
