They have removed the MRP of the product while in the market the MRP of the same product of 200 ml bottle is 165 Rs each, for 2 bottles it will cost 270 while we got it of Rs 458. They mentioned 400 ml bottle while they delivered 200 ml bottle. So I did not got the product as mentioned as well as the have charged me more than MRP, which is again not legal. And now they are refusing to replace or return the product or the money. This is pure case of cheating.

    Dear sir,
    We highly regvet to inform you that we have been duped by paytm. We requested through mails and calls to transfer my rs 6600 to my account, a call from number [protected] mr. AKASH had come from paytm. He talked for along time and asked my pin number of my bank account and I refused to give than he asked the 16 digital number of my card. Which I give him, after that the amount from my account got debited ie. 6600 and 3300 on[protected]. And he even asked the password of my paytm which I give him and now that account is also zero.
    We confirmed the call and it was from paytm in my message it shows that my cash has been tranfer in account number 97xxxx6148 which is not my account and is neither transfered by me. It has been transferred by AKASH.
    The next day i.e on[protected]. He again called and asked my password. I refused to give him. After that 2 or 3 calls from different numbers have come asking my password.
    I think some worong people are working in the system. We have all the message saved and it is sure that the same was done in paytm.
    WE HAVE EVEN FILED ON F.I.R ON 29.12.2016.
    please co-operative with us and help me as well as the common people be maintained.

      I booked movie ticket on 24/12/2016 Dear Jindagi show time at 0235 PM, but no SMS received for my movie booking and when i went there even not showing booking at theatre IONEX trilium booking computer. lodge complaint many time but no response from Paytm .kindly help me to refund the amount.

        My paytm order number [protected].. Rs. 200 money not add my paytm wallet. But debited from my bank account on 23 december, 2016; 11:33 p. M. After 7 days money not credit (Rs. 200/-) in my bank account.
        Already i mailed & complain in paytm.com. But after that problem not resolved by paytm. Just rs. 200/- not getting after 7 days why i believe next time?
        I want my money as soon as possible. Please help!!!

              On 30-12-16 I transferred 2839/- from my paytm wallet to bank account [protected], bank account holder name is Dattatray pawar.
              After entering all details I got message that there is a technical error . So, I pressed send button again but money didn't transferred.

              When I checked my Paytm wallet, I found total 5678/- has deducted from my account. Even I didn't get any message from paytm for deducting money.

              I want my money to be transferred or return to me ASAP.

                I have added 800 rs from my bank account paytm wallet.The money is dedected from the bank but not came in paytm wallet.I have complaint about my problem to paytm through facebook.They said the money will roll back to your account.But one week gone the money is not roll back to my account.I have contacted to bank and they said the money is debited to paytm and paytm is saying they didnt get any request from the bank.

                  Hello my order no.[protected] show that the transaction is failed but still amount of Rs. 3200/- has been debited from my account and i have done this transaction on 14th Dec 2016 .
                  I was trying to transfer money from my debit card through paytm but the transaction failed the money didn't even credited to my account nor to the accou t to whom i transferred and also the not to my paytm wallet please resolve my problem i have been facing this problem from past 16 days soo please help ...

                      I made a bill payment of rs. 410 n the money has been deducted from my account but the payment failed its been five days till now and they have not refunded it yet.i have registered a complaint on paytm regarding this issue and
                      even sent a mail to their respective mail but have not responded it yet and there is no proper complaint registration only a ticket is generated when we call on their customer care...such a dissapointment from such a big company huh...

                              I returned back 6000 rs from my paytm wallet to my sbi bank account.

                              If my money not returned soon, i need to raise a police complaint.This type of service you people are providing, not caring about customer.I will wait for 1 more day.That's it...then i will take all necessary actions..

                                I transfer rs 1000 on 27 dec to the paytm wallet of my other mobile no. Amount has deducted but still did not credit into my wife paytm wallet. I have written the email to paytm support but no response ..we get. How did government recognize this paytm to deal in cash of public? IVR does not fullfill the purpose in this type of cases. Please lodge my complain and looking for getting back my amount.
