On 26th when I was booking tickets for movie then it showed error page and balance was deducted from my debit card but movie tickets were not booked we went to hall they said the seat were blocked can u please give a solution for this issue and plz returned my money back I think error was gone and tickets were not booked plz solve this issue right now

      Hi Team,

      In Burger King PMC Unit No S-45 second floor Viman Nagar Pune 110014 .My Order No 195/1 1/10197 Card 1048778 in which my Bill was 227 .00 Rs.Which I Paid by PayTM and transaction ID is [protected].In Pay TM wallet amount transferred showed but Store Manager not agree even I showed him Transaction Passbook. Since yesterday I registered complain 10 Times but no complain no Given and even no update .I cant able to talk to any CC executive Please look into this

                  This start when I was recharging my paytm wallet like all days firstly I have to open paytm application and go to add money option where we need to give our bank detail password and fill the required amount that I want to transfer my bank to paytm wallet. but this time I filled all necessary information and 500 INR and click the button so after few seconds I got message from my bank that your 500INR debited successfully but not actually. when I went into my paytm wallet I got no money in that so I waited for a while then after next day I start to contact paytm as well as my bank to know where is the problem actually so bank customer care suggest me to talk paytm executive first to ask about the issue then that very day I have been trying to contact but they are not supporting.

                    I transferred Rs 10000 vide transaction id [protected] and transaction id [protected] but money is not getting credited into my bank account it is in pending state Paytm hoarding money . Completely seemless transaction I think money is not my wallet not in my bank but it is nowhere which cannot be seem . It is completely misbehaviour of Paytm with customers when people need better services they keeping people harrassing and trying to exert it's own benefit from customers money . Paytm is becoming these from superior to worst nothing better these days when customer need good and fast service . My number is [protected]

                    I thought Paytm is providing good service but I spoilled my hope and day by hoarding money into Paytm wallet in pending state .I emailed but no response customer support number is just time called there too but no response yet.they hoarding customer's hard earned money .Pls do something for my problem.my Paytm wallet number is [protected] and my name is Manik Chandra . very poor service in the time when we are discussing Paytm is ultimate instrument to become India cash-free but here customer will have to wait much longer period to successful transaction . Pls solve my problem quickly so that I can take my money .

                    Sir I transferred money from my Paytm wallet to bank account but money deducted from my Paytm account but neither credited into my bank account nor getting refunded into my Paytm wallet they intentially keeping it in pending state .What a same! this company is making fool customer by hoarding their hard earned money today my two transactions are being in pending . We expect good service in a world which is highly reliable on online transaction but this company trying to exert it's benefit only by keeping money itself .Kindly solve my both issues urgently .

                          Sir I have transfered first 5000 txn id [protected] and 2 nd 5000 txn id [protected] dated 30.12.16 .The amounts has deducted from my wallet but not credite in my camera bank account .If the amount will not credite in time my Wii bounce so I request you to please . Resolve my problem as soon as possible.
                          Notification shwos pending.

                          Today I have transfer the amount of RS 5000 txn id [protected] and RS 5000 txn id [protected] from my Paytm wallet but transection showing pending such fund is not transfer in my canera bank account.
                          Above fund was deduct from my Paytm wallet. Now I urgently need a fund for cheque clearance other wise my cheque will bounce and panalty that is extra.
                          So I request you to resend my fund to my Paytm wallet or my bank account and please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Because I am maximum transection doing by using Paytm.
                          I hope you will do fast and better for customer satisfaction and trust.

                              My wallet balance was to be 5000 but now it is showing zero. my account was automatically loged out and when i try to log it give log in error and send me email for password change when i change my password and log in my balance was zero even helpline is idiotically design you cannot reach paytm even nobody is answering my email .even my previous history is not showing of any payments i am just fed up of helpline no it is only eating up my mobile balance most worst costumer service . it is more of seal of lies and fraud .

                                      After entering all details I got message that there is a technical error . So, I pressed send button again but money didn't transferred.

                                      When I checked my Paytm wallet, I found total 5000/- has deducted from my account. Even I didn't get any message from paytm for deducting money.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        order ID [protected] we had tickets booked for 27th dec blr to dubai, due to sudden demise of my grandfather i had to cancel the tickets though the tickets were non refundable, but the airline has the policy to refund under some circumstances but the tickets should have been cancelled for the same. i requested for the same from the app & i received the notification that paytm has received the cancellation request, but my tickets were not cancelled, due to which i cant file for the claim at the airline. i have called 100 times every time i get to hear that your team will revert in 24 hours but i dnt get any response please look into the same asap & provide the solution. because this is not my 1st experience with Paytm & this is leading me towards consumer court which i already with & i am sending a written complaint at your corp address, i will be taking this issue legally now if you do not respond to my complaint.
