    Hello, I wanna registered complain against Paytm that rs. 4000 debited from Axis bank account but still its not appeared in my Paytm wallet and also they not giving it back in bank.i'm facing the problem related to paytm wallet from last two days...I added and added 1000 rs 4 time still they were not shown upgraded balance and this type total 4000 rs debited from bank but not gained in WALLET

              In ref to wallet txn id :[protected], ...the status is transfer pending despite attempts to reach paytm customer support...
              I had to make purchases n it was my whole month's allowance sent by my dad whom I had just got familiarised with sending money via paytm rather than line up in banks..
              And now all of it is stuck in a limbo, neither in paytm wallet nor in my bank account...and no satisfactory response from Paytm side... In case the transaction failed, why not refund it instantly to wallet, or follow it up with the bank...
              Being a RBI approved wallet, I was really beginning to trust...And I do even now..
              But such operational fallacies just shake it...
              Thank you for ruining my new year's eve...n leaving me penniless at the beginning of the month...
              I can't tell dad what happened... It will be embarrassing to tell Paytm sucked after having recommended it myself to him...

                        I initiated a payment of 2640 towards electricity bill payment (Order no [protected]). Amount from my bank was deducted but bill payment failed. When i complained about it, paytm said (Mail) i will receive my money back within 48 hours. It's been more than 48 hours, no action taken yet. My new email was not replied.                             This is the 6th email i am sending regarding the same issue.
                            On 15/12/2016 a failed transaction for 6000.00 INR occured with the reference "IIN/Paytm Mobil/[protected]
                            6000.0"

                            On 16/12/2016 for the failed transaction a refund of 6000.00 has been initiated with the following reference number" IIN/Paytm Mobil/[protected]".

                            On 26/12/2016 you have reverted the refund done on 16th for the failed transaction and i have confirmed the same with the bank the following is the reference

                            "IPS REV DT 15-16.12.16_9084-II 6000.0"

                            Now moving on to the most recent issue.

                            On 20/12/2016 there have been 2 failed transactions for 529.00 INR with the following references i.e

                            " VIN/PAYTM /[protected]/0 " and " IIN/Paytm Mobil/[protected] " respectively.

                            And there was only one refund on 20/12/2016 with the following reference " IIN/Paytm Mobil/[protected] ".

                            Which means there is still another 529 refund to be initiated which was not all the while and today i.e

                            29/12/2016 you have reverted the refund which was done on 20/12/2016 with the following reference '' IPS REV DT[protected].12.16_2 " as i have confirmed same from my bank.

                            What the hell on earth is happening.

                            I have reached out to you people on number of ocassions and i have no response at all.

                            You do not have phone support and you do not respond to the emails.

                            You are obliged to issue a complete refund of 6000.00 + 529.00 + 529.00 which makes a total of 7058.00 .

                            This is not acceptable.

                            Please address to this issue at the earliest and make sure the refund of 7058.00 is immediately issued.

                                I had transferred a sum of Rs.4600/- to my Paytm Wallet, the amount was debited to my savings a/c by ICICI Bank Thane West through Paytm.com
                                The transaction id was [protected] dated 23.12.2016.
                                This amount is not reflecting in my paytm a/c wallet inspite of the fact that I did not do any transaction using my wallet.
                                I have made repeated complaints to Paytm customer care team but the issue is not resolved yet.

                                  Today in the morning at around 10.00am I opened my Paytm wallet (M.no. [protected]) to transfer an amount of Rs.3000.00 out of Rs. 5027, 00 ( my wallet balance )into the account of my husband in IDBI Bank. While transferring the amount and entering the full details and OTP code ( the account no. was already registered )a ‘technical error to complete the transaction ‘ was displayed.
                                  Then I tried it again twice but even after submitting the OTP code the transaction could not be completed but in the mean time I received the massage of ‘0’ balance in my wallet and an amount of Rs.973.oo and Rs. 3000.00 were debited from my Indian Bank A/c thru my Debit card vide transaction ID . [protected] & [protected] respectivaly.
                                  I am very much shocked and surprised by this unknown transactions, therefore it is requested to kindly arrange to trace-out the where-about of my money and advise me further line of action and Police Complaint.

                                      I purchased a Imported 128GB Micro SDHC TF Memory Card Class 10 w/ SD Adapter (order ID: [protected]) by PAYTM, The memory card is working properly and it shows 128GB space but when the memory card exceeded 10GB what ever captured photos or videos are not saving properly . This is because of duplicate product.

                                      I raised the issue to PAYTM but they told:

                                      "I understand that seller has shipped defective item for your order [protected]. I feel really terrible that you had a disappointing experience.

                                      I want to let you know that such complaints need to be raised within 15 days of the date of delivery as per the seller's return policy so that we may file a complaint against the seller and ask for an appropriate resolution for the customer. However, as per the system status, your product was delivered on 10/12/2016 and is outside the seller's return policy. Therefore, we won't be able to process your request further."
