Today in the morning at around 10.00am I opened my Paytm wallet (M.no. [protected]) to transfer an amount of Rs.3000.00 out of Rs. 5027, 00 ( my wallet balance )into the account of my husband in IDBI Bank. While transferring the amount and entering the full details and OTP code ( the account no. was already registered )a ‘technical error to complete the transaction ‘ was displayed.
Then I tried it again twice but even after submitting the OTP code the transaction could not be completed but in the mean time I received the massage of ‘0’ balance in my wallet and an amount of Rs.973.oo and Rs. 3000.00 were debited from my Indian Bank A/c thru my Debit card vide transaction ID . [protected] & [protected] respectivaly.
I am very much shocked and surprised by this unknown transactions, therefore it is requested to kindly arrange to trace-out the where-about of my money and advise me further line of action and Police Complaint.

    I transferred money from my paytm wallet to a babk account a payment i had to make.the money got deducted from my paytm account but even after hours not credited.did thru paytm as i thought it was fast and reliable.really spoiled my day.transaction id is [protected].the amount transferred was 10000.kindly please do something i m facing lots of problem i m not able to fulfill my daily need due to this

      I purchased a Imported 128GB Micro SDHC TF Memory Card Class 10 w/ SD Adapter (order ID: [protected]) by PAYTM, The memory card is working properly and it shows 128GB space but when the memory card exceeded 10GB what ever captured photos or videos are not saving properly . This is because of duplicate product.

      I raised the issue to PAYTM but they told:

      "I understand that seller has shipped defective item for your order [protected]. I feel really terrible that you had a disappointing experience.

      I want to let you know that such complaints need to be raised within 15 days of the date of delivery as per the seller's return policy so that we may file a complaint against the seller and ask for an appropriate resolution for the customer. However, as per the system status, your product was delivered on 10/12/2016 and is outside the seller's return policy. Therefore, we won't be able to process your request further."

        I transferred money from my paytm wallet to a babk account a payment i had to make.the money got deducted from my paytm account but even after hours not credited.did thru paytm as i thought it was fast and reliable.really spoiled my day.transaction id is [protected]..the amount transferred was 4900.kindly do something.hard earned money.and seems real CASHLESS now.

            This is in reference to a trip that I booked through uber on 21 Oct, 2016. I paid through paytm. I received a message for the 50% cash back on payment through paytm. But I have not received the cashback yet. I contacted uber but I have been asked to contact paytm for the same. I contact paytm multiple times but there has been no satisfactory response from them. I even dropped a message on facebook. They ask for the details but never come back with the resolution. It's has been more than two months but I have not received the casback yet.

              I PAID 593 FOR ELECTRICITY bill using Paytm at that time to pay bill .I added 591 from my central bank as my wallet balance was 2Rs.

              And the bill order is showing processing, on next day Paytm refunded 593 rs in my wallet with message that transaction not happened . So I paid my electricity bill by physically going to electricity board

              On the same day Rs 591 deducted from my walled with message WITHDRAWAN AGAINST DISPUTE

              KINDLY HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK

                  I had paid Zomato Rs.1116.95 dated on 25th December 8:14pm vide Paytm Ref No: [protected] and Zomato Ref No. 13805670. Amount have been deducted from wallet, but Zomato is showing failed transaction. I asked Zomato for refund and they confirmed refund to Paytm on the same day via TrackID: ZTW16C5028706B7C4F. But the amount is not showing in Paytm Wallet passbook balance. Please resolve immediately. Regards

I have transfered my wallet money of 1000 rupees order id is [protected] and of 600 rupees oder id [protected] on 11th of December but the money had not reached to my bank account although it has been deducted from my paytm wallet
                    so its my request to you to kindly solve my problem and send my money either to my bank account or my paytm wallet

                      Dear sir i am using paytm account. Which are [protected]. 2000 deducted from bank and balance not added to wallet and Also shows order are failed. I have mail paytm care many times they are not helped me. It's been more than 5 days, the amount had been deducted from my bank account and they had confirmed it via mail on the registered ID.
                      They told me that they have refunded the deducted amount to my bank account but i have not received any kind of refund yet.
                      If they can only refund my deducted money it will be more than enough. Pls help me. Hope you will solve my problem.

                      Dear sir i am using paytm account. Which are [protected]. The paytm customer care are cheating with me. They also call to me from [protected] no. And say, i am from the paytm customer care for yr help but thry still fraud with me. He can ask my bank deatils, for returuned my money, i can replay i not share the my bank details. But he can say, then your money is not reatined to you. I can request to my money was already reduct from my account. 2000 at on 25 dec 2016. Also today customer care was adding 2000 the money from my account.
                      My money is i want to refund. 2000+ today reduction 2000.
                      Total 4000 rupees reduct from my account. Today added money. But not showing in my wallet balance is 0. I want my money refund on my account. Take serious action. If you not taking sreriously then i can get legal action by police complaint, also the call from paytm custmor care are recorded. I want clear my problem within 12 hours. Take serious action. Hurry up...

                        Hi, I have booked train ticket through Paytm on 24th Dec, 2016. I have got the message saying that ticket booking is failed but the amount is deducted. Since then i am taking follow up for the refund but not getting satisfactory response from Paytm team. I have raised the ticket in paytm but still no response. Deduction details are given below -

                          Dear sir,

                          i called you or mail you so many time for my refund of rs. 480 which was deduct my bank a/c but not transect in your site for electricity pay in order no. [protected]. No any call or response i get . I called you one of your office in noida on no.[protected] and she said first me that i am from pay tm but after hearing my problem her response was that sorry sir i m not from paytm by mistakely i said that. If you cant solve my problem regrading my refund than i will complaint against you in consumer court. No any no. To talk direct customer care excutive always on computer genrated voice with no any solution.

                          Plz solve my problem immediately otherwise i will get some hard action against you

So i was trying to call customer care from some days did not responds... Im sending lots of email, complaint to paytm customer but they are not responding me...                                 I have make a transaction of Rs 5000, i transferred 5000rs from my paytm wallet to may bank acc., Money get deduced from my wallet but still is not received in my bank acc. It's a worst thing happen to me. I tried to contact paytm customer care, drop email at [protected]@paytm.com, tweeted them, message them at their FB page but not received any kind of respnse from any of sources #worst service #money Eaters...

                                    Its more than 72 hours im following up for my refund of bill payment and still they replying the same BS on mail you will get a refund in 48hours!..
                                    I had to pay the due date charges as i jad expected to b solved as per their ETRs.
                                    Called up their customer care as well never got call bck...
                                    They r big time fraud.

                                      It is to inform you that I have made a transaction of ₹4000 from my paytm account to my linked bank account on 16th December 2016 at 6:14PM with bank txn. Id.[protected] and Paytm wallet txn.Id.[protected]. But it is to inform you that till date I didn't received the amount in my bank account nor it is returned back to my Paytm account. Please let me know the exact status of the amount and when it will be credited to any of my accounts mentioned above
                                      Its the same issue with me and they give a bullsbit reply of 48hours...
                                      dont know how long is their 48 hours..

Initially the transaction was declined and tried again, but the bill amount was deducted twice. I raised a request but no proper response and amount was not refunded yet. Its been almost 21 days.
