On 22nd Dec 2016 Rs 500.oo were transferred by net banking to my paytm account .
I thought to use it and tranfered mony using HDFC net banking debit card.

THe bank transferred the money and debited Rs.500.00 from my account.
I was informed that after some time money would be credited to my Pattm account.

However, till now nothing has bee done by Paytm to credit this amount to paytm or back credit to my bank.

On 39/12/2016 at 13-19 hrs I received a call from [protected] person telling his name AMIT SHARMA. He told me that he is Paytm.
Mr Amit asked me debit card details for confirmation to solve this Paytm problem. I told him the details. He further wanted to CVC Number on the back of my card. I refused to disclose this number.
He seems to be a fraud. I dont understand this .

Hi,

I have received a fake call from a cheater from the number [protected] and asked me to follow simple steps, but he has misguided me and 600 rupees has been transferred to this cheater's number ([protected]).

Also, received one more call from another cheater Ajay Mehra [protected] and he asked me credit card number, expiry date and CVV number.

Request everyone to be aware of these cheaters.

I have transferred some amount from paytm account and the money is got deducted, but my friend has not received the money. Hence I have posted this on social media. Some cheaters have taken my number and started calling me.
I have received a fake call from a cheater from the number [protected] and asked me to follow simple steps, but he has misguided me and 600 rupees has been transferred to this cheater's number ([protected]).

    I have make a transaction of rs 2000, i transferred 2000rs from my paytm wallet to may bank acc., money get deduced from my wallet but still is not received in my bank acc. It's a worst thing happen to me. I tried to contact paytm customer care, drop email at [protected]@paytm.com, tweeted them, message them at their fb page but not received any kind of respnse from any of sources #worst service #money eaters.

      I have send money to bank but it is showing pending
      The money iw deducted from my paytm wallet but it is not send to bank and it is showing pending
      i have given somone a cheque of particular amount which will be fulfill by that money but paytm is helpless at crucial situation please help me plz return or pay my money but remove this pending
      Paytm is unfair in this situation
      I want my problem to be resolved now otherwise cheque will be bounced and it will charge penalty on me

        I have recd. Rs.9000 from my customer on 24.12.2016. By mistake i have press the button send to bank on 26.12.2016 and my paytm balance show zero balance although i have not registered my bank detail in paytm. How can it happened i surprised. I have already registered the complaint from my mobile but no response till date. Kindly refund the balance as early as possible. Paytm cash txn id [protected]

          On 24 december I sent 4500rs to my bank account. But I am not receive my amount. I create more than 20 tickets but there is no one cantact me regarding this. I want my money back. Please I request you to help me. I call to my bank but everything is right with your account.This is paytm fault.Worst thing is customer call no there is only computer voice no one there to solve people's problem. I WANT MY 4500RS BACK thats it.

            Hi this is Neetika

            I was transfering money through paytm BAnk txn ID:[protected]
            My amount of Rs 5000 is not transferred to bank and it is still showing pending and I m in very much in need of that money and I m not getting any response from paytm side as I logged complaint 10 times and it is very irritating and mentally torturing
            Please help me and sort out this problem as soon as possible

              My pay tm no. [protected]

              My Order id is [protected] and my DC Transaction no. [protected]. We recharged my paytm wallet from Rs. 500 as on 20th December 2016. My amount deduct from bank account but not wallet recharge. Then we got message from your end my deducted money send to my bank but not received my money in bank.

              I contacted my bank n cited ARN no. 75503726356010747584962 given by Paytm, but they said they cannot help me bank customer care said they have no system to check ARN or RRN no. So, like a fool i am running from pillar to post...neither paytm nor my bank are helping me..both blame each other...pl solve my issue urgently..

              If you refund my money in my account please send me transaction number than I will take action on bank otherwise your fault.

              I think i think should go to consumer court against you.

                  I added money from my bank of syndicate account to my paytm wallet Rs.200 for send to bank.but I cannot transactions the amount to other banks so iam take return to bank option.still did not credited Rs.200 amount in my bank of syndicate account last 7 days above.

                    I have booked ticket on 24th dec via order no [protected] of Dangal movie. but the status of order shows payment pending and also no ticket is generated against this order. But still payment is deducted from my balance and also i got no refund against failed order. I try to contact you many times by clicking paytm assist which only creates ticket succefully.

                      I have complained about the Subject i got response like with 3 options that is
                      1 Transaction Limit for the month 25K but i have not Crossed

                      3 Bank Down Time I have Tried to Transfer Morning time not Bank Down Time.

                        Sir, i am a paytm new paytm user.when i installed this app, i make payment of rupees 50/- through SBI DEBIT CARD.This transation was successful and money had deducted from my bank account.
                        On the very next i found a option of resend money from paytm wallet to bank.so i click on the option to retransfer of money to my bank, only just to test the trustworthiness of paytm system.just after i found a message from paytm that "they have been refund my money to my bank account and the bank may take up to 7 working days to refund my money, for any queries please contact your bank."

                        After getting this message, i had been waiting for 7 working day but didn't get any credit in my bank account from paytm.so i contact to sbi helpline number regarding my problem, but sbi authority straightly refuse to help me regarding this as they are unable to do so and adviced to contact paytm authority.
                        Then after i tried to contact paytm through so many helpline number, i.e. [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.i got these number from paytm wabsite.all these numbers are even not tollfree.after tring so many times i failed to talk to any of the paytm authority so now i am hopeless of refund of my money.my paytm number /whatsup number is [protected].

                          I very recently installed paytm. I transferred some money in the wallet and started doing transactions. It was ok. But 3 days back i put Rs. 1000 in my wallet and made a paymentof around 475. But from next day thae remaining amount is missing from my wallet. A person transferred Rs. 5000 twice to my wallet. The amt got debited from his bank account. I received an sms stating tht my wallet has been credited with Rs. 10000. But when i check no amount is there.
                          In the meanwhile i tried to generate the bar code but i couldnt do it. So i uninstalled the app and then re installed. But now i am not even able to login. Error message is coming saying that the same mobile number is with another account. This is my personal mobile number.
                          Pls guide me as soon as possible as i am not able to take the money i received.

                              Hi Team,

                              Kindly note that Rs 1000 via transaction ID -[protected] dated 19th Dec has been deducted from my paytm wallet ([protected]) whereas the same has not been added to payee's wallet ([protected])

                              I've reported this several times, however, unable to get any positive response despite multiple follow ups. This has certainly affected my faith on Paytm transactions because the support department seems to be inefficient in putting up a detailed analysis and provide proper resolution. Also, there is no number for wallet queries/complaints wherein I can call and explain the situation unlike most of the service providers in the country.

                                Same fraud happened with me as well.

                                    I lost Rs 10, 000 /- from my savings account, i didn't even authorized any transaction on that day, but when i spoke to bank people they are telling that, i only authorized that transactions, but to be fact i didn't received any secure OTP releated to that transactions. i can clearly see in my statement that amount i was debited to VIN/PAYTM /[protected]/0 & VIN/PAYTM /[protected]/0. i going to lodge a criminal case againt PAYTM regarding this fraudulent transactions in police station, also going to send an email to Banking Ombudsmen of RBI requesting to stop their operations/or to take action against them.

                                    Though i tried to reach PayTM costumer care to discuss about this transaction, my call is been diverted to BLOODY USELESS IVR, and not directing to speak with the executive.

                                      I HV used Paytm wallet for my metro card recharge through my ATM on Dec 27 2016 and process was incomplete but balance was already deducted from my bank account and till now it's not refunded. I was try to use my metro card for traveling but I could not use card.
