Hi team,

I have transfer 5000 and 4000, amount is deducted but the order ID is in pending status.my paytm wallet number is [protected] please check and help as I don't have money to return.there is no customer care to resolve the query.

Daily am facing the problem when we are transferring to the bank.company intentionally keeping money in paytm account.

Please complete the below order ID as I need the money urgently or refund to wallet.

    I have added 500 rs to paytm wallet on 7/12/16. but the amount of 500 is deducted form my account 2 times from my account that means paytm have charged me 500*2=1000rs from my account and loaded my wallet with only 500rs . account statment is attached of decuction . my registered mobile no is [protected]. i emailed the compant for the concern along with my bank statement & also raised tickets for the same from my paytm app . but still the issue is not resoved .

    from morning i am getting fraud call regarding the case . from number [protected], [protected], [protected]. these people started calling me from 6:30 am in the morning demanding my passwords of paytm account and my card details . even person calling form the no [protected]. saying that he is calling form paytm head office noida and also send me the password reset link on my mobile and told me to forward on his number while he is on call . i refused to provide them any details .

      Hello Team,

      I have added the money to the paytm wallet and tried to transfer the amount to the bank today.

      Money got deducted from the wallet, but not got credit to the bank account.
      The status is showing as 'Pending' in passbook. Could you please revert it back to the wallet or send it to the bank.

            I had take a ride from uber. And my payment mode was paytm. Somhow firsttime uber didn't get the bill amount, and they tried it second time from paytm.
            In my paytm passbook there is two transection for the same bill. But the bill amount is deducted twice. I requested paytm but there is not any response from paytm. TAKE CARE OF PAYTM USE.

                  I had done bill payment of the msedcl but when i checked bill payment history on mahavitaran website they shows your bill payment not received yet. So i'm calling to mahavitaran customer care and asked about my payment they told me that your bill payment is not paid.

                          I have 1800 rupees in my paytm account. I recharge my mobile number on 22nd dec. 2016 but i don't because i shows session is expired then i login my account but it shows wrong password and then it shows your account is temporarily locked then after 2 hrs i again login then i shows nil 0.0 balance instead of 1800 rupee.
                          It is first time i am seeing this kind of thing still using paytm ( last 2yrs).

                          My Paytm Account number is link with my mobile number [protected].

                          I would request to refund my money as soon as possible.

                                I attempted to recharge my Paytm Wallet with a sum of ₹700, by transferring money from my Bank Account on 24th December, 2016. Although the money got deducted from my Bank Account it has not yet been reflected in my Paytm Wallet. The 24×7 Customer Care of Paytm that the money would get credited within 48hrs, but it's been around 3days, still no money has been reflected in my Paytm Wallet. Please see to it that my issue gets resolved asap. I have also sent an email at [protected]@paytm.com but haven't received any reply yet.
