I have ordered a red colored carpet from paytm #order : . The product delivered not of adequate quality so I raised a return request the very next day of receiving the product. A courier person came to collect the return pickup and since the size of product was big so he didn't took it saying that he was on a two wheeler and cannot carry.Later after two days another person came with same issue and he also did not took...

I tried to pay the bill for my gas connection (mahanagar gas mumbai ca number[protected] i successfully completed banks verification and bank confirmed the payment but paytm on then screen says payment failed where i received confirmation from bank that paytm has successfully credited with the amount.

The bill of amount of rs 607 where from bank i paid 581 + in wallet i had rs 26 i received the amount of 26 back on the spot...
