Pls help do needful below mention query

My paytm no — [protected] & this no. I am use for paytm transition

I am sending amount 11000/- total with 03 times sending

Details are below —

On dated 17/12/2016 i send payment to canara bank — paytm txn id — [protected] & bank txn id is - [protected] & showing in wallet is sucess but not credit in my account.

& also 03 times (500*3) sending in bank account then the apyment in not reflect in my account

Pls help do needful for future relationship with paytm

    Movie tickets not booked at City gold on 25th December nd money debited from my paytm account

    I went to city gold shyamal box office nd display my msg which come from paytm but city gold shyamal tell me your tickets are not booked nd booking id is object object.

    My show is start nd tickets not received from city gold shyamal

        I transfer 5000 rs in my bank a/ c on[protected]. Its successfully transfer from paytm wallet but not credit in bank account. Pls credit my a/c urgently. My bank txn i'd - [protected] and wallet order id-[protected]. This money for an operation but not credit till date. Pls credit the a/c. Thanks

          Respected sir/madam I added money of 1100 Rs. to my paytm wallet and selected the option return to bank .The transaction is showing to successful but not received in my bank account .I send mail to paytm but there was no response from the paytm. There was no proper customer care service phone numbers to speak to an representative. Bank transfer.id [protected]

              For your information, one of my bill payment of electricity department Rs 4294/- done on 19th of December vide order no [protected] thorugh Paytm but till date the same not credited to electricity department and electricity department visited my home for disconnect the electricity connection.

              Regarding this also lodged 3-4 complaints also via mobile app or via mail but till date no response from Paytm team. even customer care number of Paytm is not for complaint or solution. its for sale of product only.

              So my honestly request to please don’t break the trust of people.

                  I booked a ticket from my credit card 10 dec 2016, bt ticket was not made from irctc. bt my bal is deduct from credit card .
                  amt is 786 per ticket
                  same amout one more ticket, both tickets not made by irctc bt payment deduct from my account at trctc paytm
                  i call credit card officer, he said irctc pay tm is not settled your payment so pls call paytm
                  but paytm cant pick my call

                      p.S : inspite a lot of repeated reminders regret to inform you that till date no action has been taken for pending payment for earphone bill( as committed by you).I am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of paytm, which could not be compensated in the terms of money. So expedite the payment urgently otherwise i will compelled to forward this matter to consumer court for vindication of my right.

                              I initiated a payment of Rs 410 towards electricity bill payment (Order no [protected]). Amount from my bank was deducted but bill payment failed. When I complained about it, paytm said(mail) I will receive my money back within 48 hours. it's been more than 48 hours, no action taken yet. My new email was not replied. This was my first transaction on paytm and I feel cheated. In my initial complain, I sent the screenshot of bank message as a proof.

There was an offer of Cashback od Rs 1000/ I have not received the cash back company claims as i have not applied coupon. I requested comapnay saying I have applied coupon & I have book through the link given by company. kindly take action for wrong promises as I am eligible for cashback of Rs 1000.

                                  I have done a recharge on Mbl no -[protected](Vodafone) of rs 350/- on dated: 05.12.16, but due to misc reason recharge failed and i have received a message from paytm that your recharge of rs 350/- has been failed and we will refund your amount within 24 hr, but today is 15.12.16 and i still i doesn't received refund amount or any revert from PAYTM
                                  Reference number of payment deduction on 05.12.16 is[protected]IGAAJOZTL2
                                  I have also a message from paytm in which you said that your money will refundable within 24hr.
                                  After this i was mailed to your customer care from my paytm id about this.But PAYTM done very cheap activity, paytm was deleted my failed order from my paytm account of Rs 350/-.
                                  But i have still a text message from PAYTM & Bank statement in which my account is deducted for Rs 350/- (MERCHANT NAME PAYTM).

                                  This is very irresponsible sign from PAYTM, PAYTM is very famous company on online recharge sites, but this type of mistake & irresponsible attitude not also good for your goodwill, I am very disappointed from PAYTM service.

                                  So now, refund my paytm money to my paytm wallet with Rs 350/- as soon as possible.

                                    I am actually a very old and happy customer of paytm.. But unexpectedly from 26.12.2016 to till date i am facing a problem..
                                    I transferred 1500rs from my wallet dt. 26.12.2016
                                    After some time balance rs. 1500/- deduct my bank a/c but not reach in my paytm wallet.. So kindly do investigate it and solve my issue immediately and for this i'll always be very very thankful to you.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have ordered a red colored carpet from paytm #order : . The product delivered not of adequate quality so I raised a return request the very next day of receiving the product. A courier person came to collect the return pickup and since the size of product was big so he didn't took it saying that he was on a two wheeler and cannot carry.Later after two days another person came with same issue and he also did not took the product and cancelled the return request. Now, paytm is not responding to my concerns stating that seller can accept return within 7 days of delivery. I am not able to contact and customer support as everything is on IVR and neither anyone for paytm is calling me to resolve this.
