I am waiting from two months, as mobile technical problem came i returned it to merchant it reached merchant address on 20-oct-16 only, and i have submitted all tracking details and pod, but although submitting all, paytm has not returned my money or asked for mobile replacement,
O i tell to paytm don't play with the customer, don't breake customer trust on paytm and gain the customers don't loose the customers and as my consern i toldprocess my refund soon, i[censored] could sent good set i have not contact to u, so u people sent defective set so that it is ur responsibility to refund now.
