I tried to pay the bill for my gas connection (mahanagar gas mumbai ca number[protected] i successfully completed banks verification and bank confirmed the payment but paytm on then screen says payment failed where i received confirmation from bank that paytm has successfully credited with the amount.

The bill of amount of rs 607 where from bank i paid 581 + in wallet i had rs 26 i received the amount of 26 back on the spot but its more than 48hrs i have not received my payment of rs 581 back to wallet.

Where i mailed paytm a lot of times and even tried to call but there is no proper response and paytm till now didn't mailed me once regarding my issue.

Paytm do gave me a confirmation sms of rs 581 stating that your bank has confirmed the payment and your money should refunded if order is cancelled.

But till now i have not got any refund for the same.

I request the authority to take serious action against these type of issues as this is clear fraud .

        I have ordered a earphone and made payment. My order no. Is [protected].ur seller has given product to Jv express courier but they are not delivering the product from. Last 3 days even after showing status as product out for delivery and update status as customer not available even when I was present whole day. And they don't even bother to call and ask from customer. Worst seller worst courier service. I have made payment to u so u guys are responsible for delay. Change the seller and send product by another courier service as soon as possible. Hell unprofessional behavior by u guys. Neither u nor ur seller have a contact no. On which I can talk. Anubhav

          I am new in using paytm app. I wanted to know that can i transfer my money from bank account to paytm wallet and wallet to bank account.So my friend had Rs 200 of me and he transfer the same amount to my paytm wallet. Now i wanted to transfer the same amount to bank account.But after the processing an error shown and Rs 200 deducted from the paytm wallet but it didn't credited into my bank account.
          I was new in using paytm but this kind of problem created a hesitation in me using it frequently.I wanted to know that, Is that amount was transferable to bank account. if Yes, please return that money to my bank account and if not, return that money to paytm wallet so that i can use it for the other purposes.Resolve the problem as soon as possible.

            Why paytm is taking 48 hours to transfer the amount from paytm wallet to bank account ?
            Why paytm is not releasing the amount to bank account as I got the debited message from patym wallet ?
            I have to transfer the amount urgently to some other person which I m not able to do from yesterday.
            Now m having no money in my paytm wallet as well in bank account.

              Dear sir i am useing 2 paytm account. Which are [protected] and [protected].in [protected], 5000 and 2800 deducted from bank twice but wallet balance not added and on [protected] there are same incedent happen 2000 deducted from bank and wallet balance not added.                   Many times complaints but not solved my problem I am very irritating @ torture your paytm team. Already 19 days delay to return my refund sir my mother admit to hospital. @ serious condition urgent my money problems. 10 December transaction failed but 7500rs money deducted my account.                     I did a payment of torrent electricity bill on 9th december by using paytm but i found that the transaction failed and my amount (1650 rs.) was deducted from my bank account. It was told that i would be refunded but i din't get any refund. I mailed earlier also but i din't get any response from your side. So could you please check and tell me what exactly happened and why didn't i get my refund.

                        मैंने 14/12/2016 को mobile no [protected] से paytm a/c बनाया जिसमें मैंने अपने idb bank pilibhit 10000 rs transfer किये किसी कारण मुझे कोई payment करने के लिए paytm से अपने बैक मे transfer करना पडे, paytm से तो तुरन्त रूपये कट गये लेकिन मेरे बैंक के खाते मे आज १३ दिन हो गये है अभी तक नही आये है 15-20 बार paytm को शिकायत कर चुका हूं लेकिन अभी तक कुछ नही हुआ

                          I had booked three tickets using paytm transaction gateway from irctc website and after few days i had cancelled some of the tickets.

                          These are the cancellation/refund id's

                          [protected] - Refund Amount - 720 rupees

                          its showing as the amount refunded to BANK - PAYTMAG, but still i didnt get any amount credited to my bank account.

                          ( DURING THE TRANSACTION, I DIDNT BOOK TICKETS BY LOGGING IN PAYTM ACCOUNT )

                          I need my amount to be credited to my bank account.

                          Kindly make it done as soon as possible.

                            On december 21st my mother asked to install a paytm app as she was very keen to use it.. I was very happy that to hear that and i installed the app and created an account on paytm for her mobile number [protected]. I added rs 500 via credit card and she made couple of transactions, after sometime she got timeout message and was asked to login again, she tried login but got message that invalid username/password, she tried forgot password, could not do that as she got a message that account does not exist. How it is possible? Anyways she tried to signup again and she was able create account again.. No idea what was going on..in the first signup she had a balance of rs 490 which got vanished after 2nd signup on the same mobile number, now the balance is rs 0 with no history of previous transactions. I have already wrote an email on [protected]@paytm.com and [protected]@paytm.com but have not received any update so far.. This is very awful and bad experience so far with paytm.

                            After 6 days they are saying they cannot refund the amount.

                              I have recharged my Metro card on 24th Dec with Rs.200 with Order no: [protected] and payment is deducted form Bank Account, It got Confirmation Message that Paytm is received my Payment.
                              But Recharge is still under Processing Since 3 day i Tried to contact but No response no Paytm side on Automated response given by their System and no customer care associate is reachable.
                              this type of response to their Customer is very frustrating to customer.
                              I want my money back.

                                The electricity bill amount had been deducted from my bank account but the payment of the bill failed due to unknown error.
                                It's been more than 5 days, the amount had been deducted from my bank account and they had confirmed it via mail on the registered ID.
                                They told me that they have refunded the deducted amount to my paytm wallet but i have not received any kind of refund yet.
                                If they can only refund my deducted money it will be more than enough.

After 2 days of delivery of the phone I am Facing heating problem and the battery draining frequently with normal use and also I install a number o[censored]sual applications. Now I want to return the phone, because my first impression was quite disappointing. But I can't contact to paytm regarding this issue.                                     I had tried to add rs. 1000 on 15.12.2016 in my paytm wallet by icci debit card. Amount of rs. 1000 got debited from my account through paytm order no. [protected] but due to the problem in their server that amount did not get added in to my paytm wallet. Paytm has also updated that the debited amoun has been refunded to account but nothing has been refunded till date. Despite of all writing mail and lodging complain with paytm nothing has been refunded to my account. Please help me to get my money back. Copy of bank statement of 27.12.2016 from which paytm got deducted rs. 1000 but not refunded and screenshot of mobile for showing deduction of rs. 1000 by paytm.

                                      I am waiting from two months, as mobile technical problem came i returned it to merchant it reached merchant address on 20-oct-16 only, and i have submitted all tracking details and pod, but although submitting all, paytm has not returned my money or asked for mobile replacement,
                                      O i tell to paytm don't play with the customer, don't breake customer trust on paytm and gain the customers don't loose the customers and as my consern i toldprocess my refund soon, i[censored] could sent good set i have not contact to u, so u people sent defective set so that it is ur responsibility to refund now.

                                        I have added money into PAYTM wallet by using my friend PNB account, after a day I had requested for return money into same bank account but money not refunded into that account but PAYTM said that your money has been refunded but bank decline that no payment received from PAYTM and I already asked to PAYTM kindly check this issue and refund my money but PAYTM is not doing anything for it. Because PAYTM don't want to refund my money. PAYTM said every time like a parrot that just speak to bank and I already visit 2 3 times but every time bank said ask to PAYTM for your money. how can I beleive that PAYTM refund money into my friend bank account while bank decline any payment from PAYTM

                                        Still no solution of my problem how can they said that my problem has been solved no retrun in my bank bank accout
                                        Patym doing a fraud with his customer. No reply from patym on my issue and they said here problem is resolved how can they said that its clearly indicate that they are doing a fraud.
                                        So people please aware of paytm a don't use paytm because one day they will eat your money and after that they don't reply your complaint and lie about your complaint that they already resolved your problem. Paytm is cheater and fraud company...
