    I had ordered breakfast in a restaurant and did my payment through Paytm, the order was not placed but my amount of Rs 124/- got deducted twice which was on 19th of December. Then on 25th of December and on 26th of December I tried to update my Paytm wallet with Rs 250 each time, the amount got deducted from my account but my wallet isn't updated till yet.. tired of calling on the helpline number, my total amount that needs to be refunded is almost Rs 750.

            On the 19th of dec i transferred rs 1900 to paytm via my debit card.i immediately transferred it back to my account.paytm wallet id.txn no-[protected] shows that the money was transferred.
            today is the 27th of dec and the money still has not reached my account.i have written a email a day to paytm since the 19th.i have also received vague replies from them skirting around the issue.

            i got a call from a number in five min after posting this complaint saying he was from paytm asking for my debit card number to confirm my id.it was obviously a fraud call.
            i then received a call from paytm from their call center number which matched the number on their site.as soon as i explained my problem paytm representative amol cut my call.this was the end of the support i got from paytm.

                Hello,
                We have used option "send money to back" for rupees 10300 on 12/19/16 and yet not credited in the respective account. I lodge my complaint through email and tweeter and did not get the satisfactory answer. They have some templeted email which they are forwarding every time. Per rbi guideline the deducted amount must be credited within seven working day.

                Here are the transaction details for your easy reference:

                I JUST got a call from this number #[protected] and he was transferring instant, but he needs complete details related to debit card before transferring the money. This must be a fake call.
                Please register an FIR on PayTM and fight for your rights

                    On 13th December, I ordered from Swiggy Order #[protected] and paid using PayTM (registered mailid: [protected]@gmail.com)
                    Rs. 149 got deducted from my PayTM Walllet, but didn't reach Swiggy.
                    I was told that I will get refund in 1-2 days, but it is more that 15 days now and have not got refund.

                    I have raised complaints via tha App against the order, but have got useless reply on my email - saying that if Swiggy has a paytm wallet, then only it will get transferred else it would be reverted to my account. Swiggy is a company - a food ordering app - and they have tie up with PayTM to take money - why won't they have an account with PayTM!

                    Please refund my amount at the earliest and don't cheat like this of give lame responses.

                            Hi,

                            I had requested for 500 recharge in my paytm account but the limit was already exhausted so it was not successful.
                            It is showing that amount has been refunded in my account but the bank is saying they didn't receive any amount.
                            I called the customer care but it is automated call service and they are not helpful in this case.
                            They are giving the message that amount will be credited in 2 days but now it is more than 5 days and didn't receive any call or support.
                            Please help to look into the issue.

                              Hope in present scenario when emphasis is on digital payment, strict actions shall be taken against the companies who are not supportive or not addressing the grievance of Customer. Paytm in this Case.

                              1st Case : 18.12.2016
                              Order food through foodpanda app. First transaction failed and i got msg/ email from both paytm and foodpanda so had to place new order. I also have a message from Paytm confirming the receipt of money from my bank for failed transaction but still waiting for refund of money. Even i contacted foodpanda and they reconfirmed receipt of only one payment and offered me support to question Paytm. I can extract and easily present the chat history with Foodpanda also for any legal action.

                              2nd Case: 23.11.2016
                              I used Paytm Wallet for loading the amount to Uber wallet. Amount deducted from my bank account but not reflected either in Paytm Wallet or Uber. I raised my query to Paytm care but so far not received any refund. In parallel i am in contact with bank also. In whole process i am suffering and Paytm (whose platform has been used for transaction) is not even bothered to help me out

                              For both case I have already raised complaint in paytm and have their ticket ref nos. 14374249 & [protected]. As a follow up I have written emails to Paytm care and also tried to reach via phone but got no response. It seems Paytm does not care any more for resolving issues. I am disappointed since I am regular customer of Paytm and doing all my transaction through Paytm.

                              These two instances got my attention but I am afraid if in past also such instances could have easily happened.

                              Received call from Paytm executive after raising this complaint. He just inquired about the amount which is still not refunded without even listening to the problem. After listening to the amount the next second phone got disconnected or he disconnected call.

                              Received another call immediately after first call. He first inquired if I had already received call from Paytm or not?
                              I said yes, then he told be to be online for 5 minutes so that he can check the records. Shockingly he also disconnected the phone within 10 seconds.

                              Just wondering what's going on. I am confused and shocked of this approach. Is Paytm serious about addressing the problems or kidding.

                                I think paytm is working like 0 for us because if paytm is doing anything for there customer so it refunded my amount back but no . I did not get my amount back although not get any call or msg from paytm .i think you all guys can not understand the problem. Now I will do advertisement of paytm but I will make sure that my advertisement will get reduce users of paytm Asap because paytm people think that it was made for helping people but it is giving problems to people as we were use it for resolve our problem but my amount was not transfer and go in paytms account and till now not refunded to me .
