On 13th December, I ordered from Swiggy Order #[protected] and paid using PayTM (registered mailid: [protected]@gmail.com)
Rs. 149 got deducted from my PayTM Walllet, but didn't reach Swiggy.
I was told that I will get refund in 1-2 days, but it is more that 15 days now and have not got refund.

I have raised complaints via tha App against the order, but have got useless reply on my email - saying that...

Money deducted my credit card but not refund again, 5000 rs will be deducted from my canara bank credit card but not refunded.plz help me to refund money to my credit card, I raised more tickets to paytm but there is no use .money will not be refunded.iam very much disappointed for this issue why because I unable to do another transaction .plz give me the solution for this issue....

Hi,

I had requested for 500 recharge in my paytm account but the limit was already exhausted so it was not successful.
It is showing that amount has been refunded in my account but the bank is saying they didn't receive any amount.
I called the customer care but it is automated call service and they are not helpful in this case.
They are giving the message that amount will be credited in 2 days but now...

Hope in present scenario when emphasis is on digital payment, strict actions shall be taken against the companies who are not supportive or not addressing the grievance of Customer. Paytm in this Case.

Respected sir/madam i added money of 1500 rs. To my paytm wallet and selected the option return to bank. The transaction is showing to successful but not received in my bank account. I send mail to paytm but there was no response from the paytm. There was no proper customer care service phone numbers to speak to an representative. Bank transfer. Id [protected]...

My ac deducted 1650rs but my paytm balance is showing 00

I was doing payment of mobile shop but 1650 rs deducted from my a\c & that time i couldn't make the payment due to payment not add in paytm balance..
So i request to you kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible

Sir I have attempt two transection of rs 5000 to return to the bank .
But both are in pending state .
As per your email, money will be refund I paytm wallet or in bank in 2 days but till now no refund takes place .plz hurry up do anything.
