On dt 23.12.16 i book a complain on your site having ticket number 15219337 but & i got a call form your costumer care on 24.12.16 to resolve the problem but till now i did not get any positive feed back from your end now & situation is same as before now i requested you pls arrange to resolve my problem on sos basis.

      My complaint is against paytm. My email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com and phone number is [protected]. I have made a transaction of 2500 and it is showing failure on 9th december but amount got deducted from my wallet and i haven't received got any reply even after writing so many mails. The transaction id is [protected]. First of all they are replying after 7 days at least to each mail. After that i have made some transaction using my credit card on 25th december from paytm but they are calling those transaction as made from the refunded money. I have send them the details with transaction id but all they are doing is lying and playing games for past 20 days. I am even attaching the mails below. Please ensure proper action asap.

          PAYTM- NEED TO UPGRADE

          I am using Paytm since 2 years.
          I used to face small issues which were resolved within some time but this time I got really frustrated and wanted to share my experience.
          I transferred my 3000 Rs from my Paytm wallet back to my SBI account around 10 days back.
          I got a message from Paytm that the money will be credited to my bank account within a week. But nothing has happened yet.
          They dont even have a call centre no. Everything is done via e-mail which is also reverted back after 3 days of writing a mail on Paytm/care by them.
          Then i got message by Paytm showing a reference number that SBI has send this ref no. to Paytm that the amount has been credited to bank account and for any grievance contact the bank branch.
          I went to SBI in CP. Had a word with branch manager and showed him that reference no. I was shocked when he said that this reference no. is fake. They havent send any ref no. to paytm.
          I mailed to paytm 2 days back and informed everything happened in the bank but still waiting for their reply.
          I am very frustrated now and wish to visit their office directly in next few days.

          I am still in dilemma that on one side our PM is motivating us on going cashless.But if these false practises by these e-commerce companies happen how consumer is going to accept the cashless changes. Infact this will turn people bankrupt.

            Sir my paytm account no. is [protected]. Sir i have added rs.2400 5 days before but that money was not added to paytm wallet also money was deducted from bank accout. After waiting long 5 days money is not refunded to my bank account. As i am a student i need that money as soon as possible. So please help me to get my money back. My order no. is [protected]

                  My problem is I transferred my wallet amt to bank on 14-dec-2016 wallet transaction Id : [protected] bank txn id :[protected] till date the amount is not credit in my bank account I raise complaints so many times and I produce proof for snapshots also but no response from ur end.From 20th of this month I raise so many complaints but they did not reply and no resolution. The customer care no is working in auto mode only .

                    I have entered a wrong mobile number the amount deducted is 220 rs. Could i get refund from that wrongly processed paytm mobile.
                    I am attaching a screenshot of wrongly transaction.
                    Also i tried to make a call to that person to refer back my account but he is not ready to roll back the amount.

                    So i need a help from paytm team to get my amount back.

                      I want to return the goods purchased but it does not shows the option of returning it.
                      it asks me to wait for some time

                        My frnd was transferring 3075 ruppes to my bank account on19 December.
                        I didn't still get that money and now date is 26 December.
                        I have also complaint on paytm by its customer care number [protected].
                        But they don't resolve my complaint.
                        Please help me to get my money 3075 back as soon as possible.
                        And I have been also calling to bank for last 7 days but they are busy and don't pick up my call.
                        Pls resolve it.

                          Hi,

                          I booked 4 tickets for movie Dangal through PayTM mobile app at PVR Goregaon Oberoi Mall (Mumbai) on 25-DEC-2016 for show on 27-DEC-2016 (Tuesday).
                          Payment (150 per ticket) was deducted and bookings were confirmed for the show. Received an email and text with selected seat number details for the same.

                          Today (26-DEC-2016) evening, received a call from PayTM customer care stating that your ticket has been cancelled due to technical issue in PVR system.

                          How can you cancel my ticket 24 hours later and after sending all the confirmations?

                          I was surprised, opened the PayTM website to book the tickets again but realized that now the tickets were available at higher prices. - (PVR and PayTM movie bookings screenshots with higher prices attached)

                          I sent a query immediately to PayTM and received below response:
                          "As per telephonic conversation, We regret to inform that the show for movie Dangal at PVR Oberoi Goregaon (E) Mumbai, has been cancelled by the Cinema due to unavoidable circumstances" - (Email from PayTM care attached)

                          I called at PVR Cinemas helpline to confirm and the agent (Anuj) confirmed that there has been no cancellations from PVR's end and the show is still on.

                          I am extremely disappointed with such an unprofessional behavior. How can you suddenly cancel my tickets without my confirmation when the show is still on? Who is at fault here? PayTM customer care is lying about show cancellation by sending a written communication ?

                          Where is PayTM's cancellation policy which doesn't allow customers to cancel a movie ticket once it's booked and confirmations are sent? Who gives PayTM an authority to play with customers bookings once it's confirmed? Should PayTM not issue another ticket if there were any technical errors?

                            I try to add money Rs.1000 on my paytm wallet on 24 of December 2016 10:20pm and the payment fail but the money deducted from my bank account and the order no is [protected]. again 10:23pm another Rs.1000 i try again the order no [protected] the payment fail again but the money deducted again the total money deducted is Rs.2000. i file a complain from my paytm account but there is no response i send and email no response is there anyone can help me for this case.

                            the moment i post this complain i got a call from +[protected], he said he is call from Paytm, in order to resolve the case he need my debit card number and i ask him his name before i provide the card he just hangup the line what is the solution who to trust and and who not to trust. i read a comment before i upload and its mention that Paytm didn't ask any account or bank detail.

                              Kindly go through the Facts of the case as mentioned below:
                              1. On 19-12-16, a payment of Rs. 323 was made through Paytm to Big Basket.
                              2. In the first attempt the transaction failed.
                              3. Another attempt was made for Rs. 323 through Paytm.
                              4. Again Payment failed.
                              5. The order showed no payment made and against my order Cash on delivery status was shown.
                              6. subsequently order was cancelled by me by calling at Big Basket Customer care.
                              7. Order status against my account changed to order cancelled.
                              8. I tried to call PayTm but nobody except IVRS is willing to listen to my problem.
                              9. I have given all snapshots to PayTm Facebook team and they are not willing to refund my amount.
                              10. despite order cancelling why money is not refunded to my account.
                              11. please see all attached documents with this mail.
                              12. Please refund my money soon.
                              13. its a case of cheating, theft and duping people.

                                Paytm has now crossed it Limit doing Fraud.I have tried yesterday Adding money to paytm Wallet but the transaction failed.When i have checked my bank statement Rs 3000/- got deducted from my Bank Account with different Transaction Id.So its a warning for paytm to refund the money ASAP or else i do have alternate option to go for Judicial enquiry for the same.

                                  I received a call by paytm ([protected]). And that caller not solve my problems but creat other problems. He says i required your mob. No and password of paytm. After that he required my atm card no, exp. Date, cvv no.
                                  It's totally unethical. It means paytm want to do froid to the customer. I all ready provided all documents in the mail.

                                    I m complaing about paytm field executive having nob no [protected] whoso ever name of the candidate is rude and ruthless to me and does not deserve to be in the company he is not at all problem solving rather problem creating. He has given me threat to kill me and lots of slang language uneceesary when asked why he cold not came for verification yesturday and today as aapoinment for checking of physical documents for upgration of my profile to vip customer. What the hail is this??? You people have hired criminals in your organisation wether on or off the roll, if this issue is not resolved within 1 hour i will go for police help, media and to the consumercourt and goverment bodies, i will not tolerate this nonsense at, fire him with immediate notice whom soever was assigned to me for this verification task otherwise company will have to face the consequences.

                                        I was trying to add money in my paytm, but that time 2400 rupees deducted from my debit card but not added yo my paytm. Transaction has been done on 28th november 2016 and 25th december 2016. Why this is happening, this is the worst experience i had on paytm.
                                        I have contacted paytm through mails but there is no response from paytm side.
                                        This is a serious issue. I want my money back, provide me all the details about these two transactions otherwise i have to go for fir.
                                        I need faster actions to be taken.
                                        As you people are not responding atlest call me and help me out.
