Am using Paytm mobile app using that i have transferred my amount Rs.1500 to another Paytm wallet. amount has deducted from my wallet and shows transaction successful but it is not get credited in payee wallet more over i have raised this issue to paytm customer care and still i didn't get my money back and even there is no proper response from Paytm team. This is too ridiculous and i lost my valuable money because of their awful customer response. Dear Paytm please don't do such things to your customers.
I have made one transactions of Rs.3500 transfer to that no.[protected] paytm wallet.Please refund my amount of Rs.3460 as soon as possible.The transaction id for Rs.3460 payment is order no.[protected] and CC Transaction ID: [protected].Its my kind request to take some serious action against this e-commerce website PAYTM.

In November month I had added Rs 500 to my paytm wallet and used rs 70 out on my own account. So 500 less 70 should be 430 rupees but my wallet balance is reflecting rs 10, I had raised a ticket to paytm but no response from them, please help me on this.
A phone call from no.+91 [protected] came to my phone at 17:42 today.The person was asking for code no./OTP no, Which has come through message from PayTM for verification. After giving code no./OTP no. my PayTM has blocked and showing zero balance. Please refund my balance amount and register a complaint.

    I have airtel internet recharge one time rs 98 Dt: 25/12/2016 but, not successful then time order no. [protected] still not response on that order no. i was tried two time order no. [protected] / [protected] this is repeated order no. when i tried 3 times only one time successful from our side what is the reson about unsuccessful order no. why create this situation on your network please refund and check balance by order no. and resolve the problem this may not create in future. hope you understand your customer. please revert to back to me.

      I have paid my bsnl landline bill of 2570r thru paytm app three days back and till now the bill is not paid. but cash got deducted from my account. my phone got cut and i had to pay that bill in bsnl office directly with fine. Pls know one fact that when i went to bsnl office, they told i cant pay using paytm... Paytm is not authorized to bsnl landline bill. but still they provided the landphone bill payment link in their app. Then they told they hav no connection with paytm..

      i have contacted paytm customer care and no response i mailed too. they hav enot even refund that amount. why they doing this kind of negligence to customers. so kindly take necesary action

        As of now netmeds has not confirmed my order yet, due to they are not received payment from PAYTM, please check and advise, & do the needful

                My Paytm wallet isn't upgraded and I had requested them to upgrade it. They also had booked my appointment which was on 20th Dec. 2016, but they didn't show up. Also they are not showing any type of response to their customers and simply misguiding them.
                Now I am helpless as I can't do any other further transactions.
                So please consult my problem as early as possible.
                I had 6000 rupess in my paytm wallet. I make a 3000+3000 refund to pnb bank on date 21 dec 2016 but it can not credited in my bank account till know my order id [protected] and [protected] it is my wallet order plz give me a immidately solution thanq

                            I have made three transactions of Rs.200, Rs.130 and Rs.300 to add on my Paytm wallet. All Amount has been deducted from my bank account but they didn't add to my Paytm wallet .Please refund my amount of Rs.200, Rs.130 and Rs.300 as soon as possible.The transaction id for Rs.300 payment is Transaction ID: [protected] and for Rs.200 and Rs.130 I have not received even any transaction id.I have mailed to the Paytm for this issue but they are not even replying me.Its my kind request to take some serious action against this e-commerce website PAYTM.                                 I have credited my paytm account from my bank account but wasnt credited and at same time me bank account was debited. I want my money back in my bank account or atlest to paytm account. Or else i would call it a robbery and my next step will be to consumer court with a police complaint to the company. And making it aware to media n social sites also what kind of robbery it is and what the bigger xompany does to this complaint.

                                      I am Sunil Kolawale from pune. Maharshtra. I had requested for 5000 rs from Union bank account to paytm wallet on 23 december at 11.46 Am . Money is debited from bank account but paytm says Payment failed. After that I went to bank for same reason. but bank persons are saying money is debited for paytm.
                                      I have posted complaint for this to paytm many times but got no reply or any type of solution for my problem. I need refund of rs.5000

                                        Sir saturday night n sunday there i am doing paytm from my account .the account money is deducted n bank is says that they done his work ..my money deducted n my paytm not be done plz refund my money to my account ..i m nt happy with your application ..why u deduct money i[censored] cant tranfer then plz resolve this problem my paytm no is [protected]
