Dear paytm authority

I have two different issues about paytm service.. As

1. It is found very slow responsive process to take care of the customer in need.
On 16th dec, 2016, i have ordered a pizza online, the amount rs.730 is transferred to dominoo account specified. But the order is processed and paytm without verifying order processing has deducted the amount which is not yet redeposited to my wallet.
It is very difficult to talk to their customer executive because it has voice over phone facilty. Does not ready to talk or take care of the customer. I am waiting since 16th dec, thats why it is a very slow responsive service.

2. On 25th dec., on chrismass day, i have traansferred rs.2000 to my paytm acoount so as to purchase some product from mall. But the amount is deducted and again the wallte is not updated.
I am trying to put the request, but no response from paytm.

This is really feeling disturbing mind and paytm should take care of the customer who really want to make the use of.

The above are the two examples shows very poor responsive service by paytm.

Dear sir I beg to say that my money is deducted from my BOI bank but not transferred to my Paytm wallet kindly requested please check the information and refund my money back because their is an emergency I am in very danger and need money very much badly please solve my problem soon as possible

i have informed all of you .i have put my complaint in this web . i have my fraud call and he always says i am from pay-tm head office . and says share the user name and password and debit and credit card number or validity expired date ...please never share with her its a fraud person ... pay TM SERVICE SO BAD NO ANY TAKE THE responsibility . i experience dont use pay-tm service ..no customer care service ... i have received the fraud call regularly from these numbers ...[protected] and [protected]... never share any personal details on this site

I bought a product through paytm..and its 3-4 daysi havent received my item.I paid for the product through paytm.Where is my product...paytm ..i want my money back..i transferred the amount to [protected].. i want my money back...Paytm should increase their buyer protection..or otherwise the buyer will loose their money and he will not get his product.
i got cheated and now the vendor phone is switched off...is this the security of paytm...cheating...full cheating...enough o[censored]r ads..stop cheating people..easy payment..but no security..

I had made reture back money 4000 from paytm to my axis bank still not recive d . kind ly resolve, my txn id [protected] on dated 19 dec 2016 via patym wallet .i had confirm from bank they denied any transaction back from paytm.

I don't get my money back in my bank account tharough paytm account.

I purchased I mac from Paytm online in end august. Cash back of Rs.8269 was approved.

Recd email from customer care for this. Not recd so far in spite of several reminders on email to customer care of pay tm.

I got credit in Paytm wallet on 27th Aug 2016 but returned for being above 10000 total amount in ballet.
1st Sep again credited and reversed.

Last week there happened 2 instances where money from my wallet was deducted for somebody else order to food panda. The transaction happened from some other mobile and that too without my knowledge or any OTP. i just got sms that money is deducted from my account for an order which I don't know.
I send multiple mails to paytm on this and it is such a disgrace that they did not even respond to the complaint I have raised.
Paytm wallet is not at all secure and anyone who has your mobile number can access your money. So please don't use this insecure gateway for your financial transactions.

Transferred amount of Rs. 3000/- from my ICICI bank account bank txn id is [protected] through my PAYTM wallet registered mobile no. Is [protected] wallet txn I'd is [protected] to other PAYTM wallet registered no. [protected] wallet txn I'd is [protected] dtd. 18.12.2016 time 6:42AM but till date amount is not transferred to his PAYTM wallet or not refund to my PAYTM wallet.

Rs. 6, 500 was added in the account wallet and as it could not be transferred to the bank account where I was supposed to send money, the money remained in the wallet, where there was an option of sending the money back to the bank from where it was debited.

This all happened on the 17th of December, 2016.
Now I have already sent PayTM an email through their app explaining whatever happened. There was no reply to that email saying they got it or would surely resolve it. I have been calling them but all I can hear is the automated machine which says they will call back. But no email or phone call.

Sir, i raghav bawa have compained about paytm thrice to its customer care email id. This is my second time i am on this page but still nothing is getting worked out . i got a call one said refund will be added other call told me that its been initiated . They all are making a fool of me everytime they call me with a new explanation . the amount is 5000 and its big enough for me to crib the hell out i have given the screenshot as well as other required documents too but still nothing . i repeat NOTHING FROM THEIR SIDE. just a call and thats it . i HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER ITS HIGH TIME NOW .

Iwill give time at 1 Jan.17 .it will be last day for refund my money after that I will drop the case agens (Morales harassment and Froid )
So pls solve it now. And require call back by higher authority. Which are able to solve that problem by priority basis. Froid (rs.1000) is to be Done by paytm at 10 Dec.16

I transferred Rs.300 to my friends paytm account. My screen displayed transaction was successful, amount was debited from my paytm balance however there was no credit done to my friends paytm wallet. There was no SMS confirmation sent to me nor does this transaction show in my paytm passbook.

I tried to contact them through their my contact section raised queries 3 times but no revert. Sent them a message through fb messenger received a reply after many reminders. They said that the amount was transferred on mobile no so n so and the number provided was a 9 digit number ...again I wrote to them how can an amount get transfered to an incomplete mobile number ...but no reply inspire of sending reminders.

Also called up on their helpline number unfortunately it is IVR based there is no human who helps here. Ivrs asked me to provide the transaction number how do I provide them with the transaction details when I haven't received any confirmation over email SMS or in the passbook, so the so called helpline number was also of no use for my query.

Today its a small amount what if I would have had transferred or transacted for a big amount? Paytm is not bothered about customer satisfaction or customer greviences they do not care if the customer is unhappy with their services.

Its been over 20 days now that I have been following up with them for my money but all in vain.

Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PAYTM THE WORST WALLET PROVIDER.

Hi i added 500 rs into my wallet later i was thinking its not require so i requested to refund back to my bank. I raise return to bank option they deduced amount from paytm wallet and later my bank account is not credit with the same when i talked to my bank they said no transaction has been made. Pls tell me where is my money. Sir i want my money back into my account. Till now my issue is not resolve. My mobile num is

I had made a bill payment for my vodafone mobile, and currently its stuck on "payment confirmation awaited". I have tried their customers care services but they are all self help service, i have never been able to talk to a real person on phone. My problem is that since that message had shown, it's been stuck there for about 2 days and there's no valuable information that is being provided by paytm regarding this matter. The amount of 600 rupees had also been deducted from my paytm wallet since then, and there is no option for cancelling the process. I am stuck with my rs 600 amidst this processing that's been continuously going on for two days.

Sir I m Vikas Gupta paytm is not giving my refund 4500 RS added in Paytm Paytm says me that is 7 working days ur fund in your account but not in account. Also Paytm give me a message that is ur order is successful but not sure in my account my account PNB Indore ray.
