          The said amount neither received by bajaj auto finance nor reverted back to icici bank account.

                I used star health and allied insurance company's website to renew a policy of my mother on 8th july 2020. The transaction was made thru paytm secure gateway and via netbanking of icici bank.

                The icici bank netbanking transaction details are given below.

                The amount was debited to my account but the payment was not passed on to star health and allied insurance towards renewal of policy of

                I am at a loss to understand where the money had gone as the bank transaction says successful and my account is debited but paytm secure gateway had dropped without completing the transfer to star health and allied insurance towards renewal of policy.

                Please help me to trace the money transferred to paytm mobile solutions and help me renew the policy or refund to my icici bank account.

                    I placed an order on amazon and i paid it with my paytm payments bank debit card, the order amount is 239 and the reference number is[protected]. However the order got canceled and the amazon initiated the refund from their end, the refund reference number is boosb7160000kblw6g1c, so when i contacted the paytm customer service they said to file charge dispute. So kindly look into this issue and initiate the refund immediately, thank you.

                    I purchased through amazon app in paytm bank amazon send me refund but Paytm not refund in my bank account I complent more than 10 complents also nodal officer but they didn't give me my money the Order#[protected]. We've checked with the details and found that the refund was processed successfully. I request you to please contact your bank with the refund reference number[protected] for further assistance. If your bank is unable to locate the refund, please contact your bank's customer service and file today 10 day but Paytm not refund me

                    I purchased laptop on September 23/2021, by using paytmbank debit card. Amazon refunded the amount due to cancellation, refund initiated on 27, but till now not reflected into my account.. I'm contacted to the customer they are not responding . I need dispute form for uploading but they are not providing. . Please do something

                      Hi. So on the 9th of july, 2020 i initiated a purchase of 300 (+10 free) gold coins for inr 249 from the game shop. The mobile game in question being konami's efootball pes 2020. The successful transaction is reflected on my bank account which shows the full sum of inr 249 as transferred to a "times of money limited", even though i am yet to receive my purchased items as of today, which is the 12th of july, 2020. I would like the concerned parties to look into this issue and either forward a refund or ensure that the purchased coins are duly transferred to my game account.

                        My balance rs 10000 has deducted by paytm app noida in behalf of oriental health insurance as on date 22 june 2020 at 12:48 pm.
                        Avinash and vishal who had calling me again and again through his personal number as [protected] and [protected]. Avinash is on whatsapp also.
                        My hdfc credit card number is 4163...1250. Card has been already blocked and it's transaction number is 07001396400622013720159

                        Just for your information merchant has sent another link for refund money. Then i have spoke paytm customer care and they advise me that can't open this link and said that share mail id and contact details.
                        So please find below details and attached mail copy.

                        Request to you, please take immediate action on this how can they use paytm company mail id and fraud mailing and link sharing.

                          Sir, yesaterday evening i didn't made any payment to rishta paytm but 5000 rupees got deduted from my back account. And the transaction is not showing in paytm transaction list but in my bank statement it is appearing and the amount also deducted. I want to get back the money from your rishta paytm mall immediately.

                            Purchased bc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile lite on 08 Jul 2020 at 6:41 pm via internet banking. Costing rs.240 for bc credit of 190+95extra.

                            My account has been debited for the same amount but no bc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
                            Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                            Customer care centres are unreachable.

                              I have orderd VIP Premium Bonus Vest Set of 5. Worth 550rs against my Paytm Orderno . [protected].

                              And Vendore sent me VIP Supreme Vest set of 5 with MRP 79rs each. Total cost 5 x 79 = 395rs.

                              It is really very disgusting and shameful thing. We trust on Paytm. Shame on vendors mentality.

                              It is my humble request to take some serious kind of action for this kind of thing.
