    On 20/12/2016, I was try to added ₹5000 in paytm wallet from my bank account. The money was deducted from bank but paytm showed was transaction failed. After this I was contact many times by complained about this failure and refund my amount to my bank account but no response I have getting till date, I was also contact with my bank but they also refuse...

    Sir I am transition paytm to bank account then 2 transition successful bus 1 transition not successful also showing 5000 pending amount...Ravi meena.
    My contact number was taken by an employee at Paytm and he contacted me on the instant messenger, WhatsApp saying abrupt things.
    He did apologized for this but taking the personal details of customers like that is offensive in the first place.

    Kindly try to understand my issue, I added Rs. 1240 to paytm wallet which failed deducting amount from my bank. Then I again added the same amount i.e., Rs. 1240. So there is one failed transaction.

    I transferred Rs.1150 from my Paytm account but it didn't happen status showing as pending.
    I raised ticket at paytm care and sent email as well but I didn't get any update for the same. Please do not play with users money as its our hard earned money. If you are not able to transfer money at the same time please refund it to same place, where it was (ewallet) do not hold for so long time. Kindly refund it to my wallet now.

      I have tried to transfer the funds on[protected] from my paytm wallet to other bank account with the transaction ID [protected]. This transaction got failed and the funds Rs. 4500/- got deducted from my paytm wallet. Neither this funds transferred to the bank account nor it is refunded in my paytm wallet. The transaction ID [protected] is showing in pending status since 5days. I have reached to the customer care at [protected] multiple times and logged complaints but no response. I was trying to reach in all possible ways since 5days by email(wrote nearly 9 mails to [protected]@paytm.com) and event tried to reach regional offices contact numbers but no one is responding. I'm really frustrated and fed up with the issue.I thought the PAYTM is trust worthy for shopping and for the transactions and thought customer care is very responsive if any issues there for the customers. But after the multiple attempts of calls and emails from the past 5days I have found there is no such care for the customers though PAYTM company states that there is 24X7 care, 100% assurance that if we have any issues our money will be refunded immediately and paytm trust. But what i realized is there is no such care for the customers and I have lost trust on PAYTM. I'm in a need of money and it's an emergency situation for me. Please some one help me on this issue.

        Order No. [protected]. Wallet was debited but bank was not credited. No one has been available to resolve our update on this issue, 2 days tat is over where is my money? Extremely dissatisfied with this and have learnt my lesson, #paytm and #paytm karo only for chillar transaction. You are a bunch of incompetent cheats and scammers. Where is my money? How and when will I get my money? Someone please help.

          Sir yesterday I made a complaint regarding ref no.PTM[protected] as soon as complaint was registered several phone calls followed me from different no.I couldn't recognise which one was fraud and which one was genuine. sir kindly refund the amount of Rs1709 which was paid against my bsnl landline bill account no.[protected] dated 15_12_2016 by me the amount is pending with paytm as paytm debited the amount from bank account but the bsnl bill is not paid.                 Myself Kishan Patel. i have paid an electricity bill of Torrent power having amount of 2780 on 10th december 2016. It was showing that payment initial process has been successfully done by paytm but later on status was showing pending for long time. On 16th december 2016 i got a response status of transaction failure over paytm order history. Also i got an email from paytm team that amount which has been deducted will credit in paytm wallet but still no payment has been credited to my account.                   Hello paytm .. i ordered mobile on dec 9 in sabbuy.com paid thru paytm to avail 10 percent cashback and i didnt receive any prdouct or communication from the merchant.. i called the merchant many times but no response and i try to reach paytm but no response frm u either.i keep on sending u the emails . is this service u r providing by u.. how can i trust uu. im sending u the tranaction images.. surprisingly the site is still working and duping many customers by avcepting payments thru paytm.. kindly look into the matter and arrange the refund..                       I have transfered 1500 rupees 2 days back by paytm wallet to my bank account which is still pending. There is no complaint number of paytm and they are not responding to online complaints. Thier customer care number are just for online transaction and nothing else if you try for complaining, then they give advice to register any complain by paytm app, to which they are not replying

                              My Paytm registered number is [protected], @ Date 15/12/2016 transfer 8000 Rupees to paytm account but still is not debited, same amount credited by my Bank Account to Paytm, I cant find my Money,

                                Dear Sir, For payment of Electric Bill for CA No. [protected], I paid through paytm on 19 December 2016. On the same day at 5.43 pm, the Track Order showed Payment Failure. Immediately at 5.54 pm, I got a Message from Paytm as under: "Your Bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs. 950.00 on Paytm against Order ID [protected]. We will refund your money in case the Order is cancelled". Since Payment has failed, I expected a quick refund of Rs. 950.00 in my Bank Account. But Paytm has not yet refunded the amount.                                       My transaction is showing pending from last 2 days and the balance was deducted from my wallet. I m trying to call on customer care of Paytm they are not responding it is not a first time when they are doing like this my 5000 rupees is showing pending I Have to transfer it in bank it's very urgent but they not responding please do something as soon as possible.thank you

                                        I registered for a new paytm account yesterday morning and while trying to login yesterday in the evening i was not able to login. I tried many times and made a passsword reset. Now when i try to login with the new password it says "account blocked you have entered wrong password in last 5 attempts. try again after 30 mins" Please help!! I have transferred 20000 rupees to my account. Need immediate intervention. My registered mobile number is "[protected]" and email id is "[protected]@gmail.com".
