      i have transferred 3000 from my paytm wallet on 20/12/2016 to a bank account, the account number was correct but i have entered incorrect bank name but the transaction is pending and ghe amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. and ghe amount has not been recieved in to the bank account. my wallet txn number is [protected].

              On 21/11/2016, I was try to added ₹5000 in paytm wallet from my bank account. The money was deducted from bank but paytm showed was transaction failed. After this I was contact many times by complained about this failure and refund my amount to my bank account but no response I have getting till date, I was also contact with my bank but they also refuse this transaction failure and tell that was transaction amount successfully transfer to the paytm account and bank have no responsibility after amount deducted. I was also raise ticket complaining on paytm service request also. Please take action soon as possible on

                  I have done a transfer 2000 Rs from my Paytm A/c to my ICICI bank A/c on the date 17-12-16 . The money got deducted from my PayTm a/c but not transfer to in my bank A/c .I have so many times registered complaint with payTm but problem not resolved till now..Anybody may resolve this problem .

                  More frustrating is their customer care service and IVRS .

                    I transferred Rs. 5000 to the other Bank account but the transaction shows pending status and the amount got deducted from my Paytm wallet.
                    Then I transferred same amount again to the same account number and this time the transaction was successful. But the deducted amount is not refunded yo me yet even after 48 hours. Please find the attached screenshot of all the transaction details.
                    I received an email from Paytm asking me to contact Bank but it is not the issue with the bank, Paytm is responsible to give me money back to my wallet.
                    if you look at the below attached screenshot of the transactions done, you will find that first of all Rs 5000 was successfully added to Paytm wallet in Transaction
                    ID-[protected] and after that when I tried to transfer Rs 5000 to another bank account in transaction ID :- [protected], it failed and money got deducted. Therefore, money was basically deducted from Paytm wallet while doing the transaction instead of my bank account. So It is Paytm's responsibility to return the deducted money of sum Rs 5000.

                        I have transfer Rs 1000, 3000 and 3000 on 28 th Nov. this amt deducted from my bank account but Rs 1000 and 3000 only transfer in paytm wallet rs 3000 another was not transfer in paytm but deducted from my bank account and bank manager give me transfer confirmation from bank.
                        second amt showing in my bank account as ONE97 COMMUNICATION which is not transferred in paytm account.

                              I opted for a payTM account on 16 Nov 2016. Despite my repeated requests to upgrade my account to Merchant account no action has been taken by payTM. They are supposed to send their executive to confirm my KYC. My account is lying blocked as it says that I have crossed my monthly limits. Should you require further information call me at [protected]. I would appreciate if you resolve my concerns/complaint immediately or I will have to take a course (legal) which may sound unpleasant to you.

                                I am holdin citi bank credit card bearing no [protected]

                                I received a call from [protected] at 11.13 am on 10.12.2016. Call was from a female. She told me that we are calling from citibank. She asked me which language you are comfortable.
                                I said i am comfortable with english, kannada, hindi, telugu, and tamil. Suddenly she told i will give to tamil speaking executive please talk.

                                A guy started to talk in tamil. He said you are using citi mastero credit card. Further conversation is as below
                                Fraud person: we are sending new credit card within 15days hence this is a verification call.
                                Myself: what verification
                                Fraud person: let me know your credit card number
                                Myself: i refused and asked him, you are telling that you are calling from citi bank, you tell me my card 12 digits afterwards i will tell the last 4 digit nos.
                                Fraud person: this is verification call if you never tell your card will be blocked now.
                                Myself: how do you block my card without my concern
                                Fraud person: this is verification only no cvv no will not be their in future it will be with aabc like that also expiry date also will not be their.
                                Myself: after listening him i revealed my card no.
                                Fraud person: what is your 3 digit cvv no
                                Myself: cvv also i foolishly revealed.
                                Fraud person: asked me for the otp recieved
                                Myself: otp was revelead.
                                Fraud person;your reward points will be transfered to new card.

                                After that i recived message for rs8481 transaction made at shopvista_epaykerela at 11.37am on 10.12.2016

                                Again he made me fool for another rs 6000.00 transaction made atpaytm mobile solution pv. At11.46 am on 10.12.2016

                                I have filed a fir at mico layout police station and requested the citibank customer care to block my card immediately.
                                Also i have e-mailed with the copy of fir to mail id which was sent to my email id by citi bank. E-mail id is retail. Dox. [protected]@citi.com

                                This is for your information.

                                Please i request you kindly solve the issue and help me in the above 2 transactions and punish the persons involved in this fraud

                                  To whom so ever it may concern,

                                  This is regarding the fraud transaction on my account to your company (PayTm/One97). I have never used paytm for any payments. But I am shocked to see that from Dec 1st to Dec 17th a number of transaction fraudulently happened with my account. This is not possible without conniovans of PayTm. You have cheated my of my hard earned money by the way of illegally transferring money from my account without my knowledge and consents.

                                  Reverse all the transaction and credit all the amount in my account immediately, Otherwise I will take all the legal action against you, which includes going to media, social media, going to judicial system and the even writing to PM office.

                                  A written complaint has already been sent to you via speed post.

                                  I am attaching the screen shot of my account statement for the same. The total transaction amount is 11, 600 INR Plus 5000 for mental agony.

                                    I have raised the ticket so many times on Paytm customer care and I would like to inform that after transferring the amount from one Mobile No.[protected] to another Mobile No. [protected] I have merged the both accounts, as both accounts relate to me, I would like to continue with one account and my mobile no. [protected] amount transferred of Rs.454/-, its already 9 days, where does the money will disappear, if the transactions is shown as successful.

                                    I ordered from Bigbasket on 8th Jan around 3pm. I made a payment of Rs629 through PayTM. After a while I received a message from Bigbasket saying that the payment had had failef. However, at the same time I received a message and mail from PayTM saying that the payment was successful and the amount was deducted from the bank account. I cancelled the order from bigbasket. Hoever, the amount hasnt been refunded back to my account. Moreover, there is no trace of the order being placed on the PayTM account(Order ID: 214582). Hence I am not able to talk to anyone over the phone. Kindly Help.

                                      This is to inform that, I had by mistake happened to use PAYTM account after cash crunch across India, I had to pay my lenders Rupees 13, 000/-, I had transferred amount from bank account to PAYTM account, I was told that the amount can be transferred to other account, suddenly i did not have transfer option in the App, I had to return back to bank, I got a SMS conveying that 7 working days I would get the amount in bank, but its 10 days i had not got the amount, I am running to pillar and post to get my hard earned money, If somebody can help me I will be really Thankful
